Crack—
Crack—
A space like shattered glass unfolded before Qin Xiao.
The Mirror Dinsion.
This was the first spell he had mastered.
Looking at the fully ford dinsion, Qin Xiao clenched his fist.
Once he mastered portal creation, his purpose for coming to Kamar-Taj would be complete.
"Let's see just how stable your Mirror Dinsion is," the Ancient One said as she observed the opening.
Qin Xiao's magical talent wasn't particularly outstanding.
He had spent quite so ti learning this spell.
So she wanted to see—
what kind of result soone backed by a "dinsional entity" could produce.
"Alright. I want to see it too."
Qin Xiao stepped into the Mirror Dinsion.
The Ancient One followed imdiately.
If she didn't, Qin Xiao might accidentally trap himself inside.
She looked around.
At first glance, nothing seed different.
It still resembled the training grounds of Kamar-Taj.
But…
sothing felt unstable.
Then she noticed Qin Xiao—
standing there, eyes wide, completely stunned.
"Qin? What's wrong?"
Qin Xiao swallowed hard.
"Is there… a standard size for the Mirror Dinsion?"
"When first learned, it's usually the size of a single room.
Later, it can expand to a building—or even an entire street."
The Ancient One explained calmly.
"Then… mine seems a little abnormal."
Qin Xiao instinctively walked toward the edge of the training grounds.
The Ancient One followed.
They pushed open the "door"—
And what they saw made even her composure falter.
The streets of Kamar-Taj were bustling with people.
Yet no one could see them.
In the far distance, the boundary of the Mirror Dinsion shimred like fractured glass.
Above them, sunlight pierced through the broken space.
The entire city—
was enveloped in the fragnted texture of the Mirror Dinsion.
"How is this possible…?
You covered the entire Kamar-Taj on your first attempt?"
For the first ti, the Ancient One showed visible shock.
Qin Xiao said nothing.
He waved his hands—
and the entire Mirror Dinsion shifted.
Space twisted.
Positions changed.
Both he and the Ancient One moved freely within it.
A surge of understanding filled his mind.
"So that's it… this is related to my body."
He finally stopped at the highest point of Kamar-Taj, murmuring to himself.
"The power cos from your body?
Is your 'dinsional entity' supplying you with magic?"
The Ancient One imdiately ford her own conclusion.
Magic drew power from other dinsions.
White magic ca from the Vishanti.
But she herself—
had also drawn power from Dormammu.
That was why she possessed such imnse strength.
Longevity was just one benefit.
More importantly—
her magical reserves were virtually limitless.
She could even directly influence reality.
When Kaecilius attempted to summon Dormammu,
she had manipulated reality itself to eliminate traitors.
Later, when Kaecilius gained power from Dormammu,
he too could influence reality—
even taking control of the Mirror Dinsion across New York.
Only the Ancient One could wrest control back from him.
That was the power of dinsional backing.
So in her eyes—
Qin Xiao's feat could only an one thing:
He was being supported by another powerful entity.
Her reasoning made sense.
But it wasn't entirely correct.
Because Qin Xiao had no such entity behind him.
Instead—
he himself was the anomaly.
A traveler from another universe.
His very body acted as a bridge between worlds.
Which ant—
the source of his magical power wasn't a single entity.
But an entire universe.
Magic required energy from other dinsions.
For Qin Xiao—
that was effortless.
In other words—
his "software" (learning ability) might be average.
But his "hardware" (his body) was top-tier.
A perfect magical vessel.
"Ancient One…"
Qin Xiao turned to her, a faint smile forming.
"Perhaps… I should learn more magic from you."
