"Is it over already?"
Usopp asked in doubt as he gazed at the eerily calm scene below.
"Seems like it..."
Nami replied uneasily, still finding it hard to believe that it had ended so smoothly.
anwhile, Zoro and Brook were panting heavily, clearly exhausted.
"Hey, Zoro, did you see those strange eyes earlier?"
Brook asked between gasps.
"Yeah, I thought it was just a hallucination,"
Zoro admitted. If Brook had seen it too, it must have been real.
But what exactly was that?
The eerie sensation still lingered, as though sothing was watching him, making Zoro deeply uncomfortable.
"Shishishi, Zoro and Brook are amazing!"
Luffy floated in the air, grinning proudly at his comrades' strength.
But the next mont, his expression twisted in pain. His body suddenly deflated like a balloon, rapidly shrinking before flailing helplessly through the air, even drifting toward the lake.
"Luffy!"
Everyone shouted in alarm. The aftereffects of Gear 5—his Nika form—had kicked in at the worst possible mont!
Though incredibly powerful, Luffy had yet to fully master it, and overusing it resulted in severe exhaustion. His body, now shrunken and frail, looked aged and deflated as he plumted toward the lake.
The lake—the domain of the Thousand-Winged Angel!
As if sensing the sound of Luffy falling, feathers imdiately began spreading from the angel's surface, reaching out toward him.
"This is bad!"
Zoro and Brook attempted to slash at the feathers to save Luffy.
But Robin acted swiftly, using a flying sword to catch Luffy just in ti and pulling him back toward the ship.
Everyone breathed a sigh of relief at Robin's quick thinking.
However, the feathers continued chasing the sound of the flying sword cutting through the air, multiplying rapidly.
Brook and Zoro imdiately unleashed sword energy to slash through the pursuing feathers, while Robin maneuvered the flying swords to bring everyone back to safety.
"This isn't working. As long as there's sound, the feathers will keep appearing. We can't contain it like this,"
Franky said gravely.
"What about Sanji? How is he?"
Franky asked, looking toward Chopper and Nami.
Sanji lay on the deck, his body emaciated, his skin rough and dry like wood. Chopper and Nami were working tirelessly to treat him.
Nami used Sky Dragon Slayer Magic to restore Sanji's vitality, while Chopper applied every dical technique he knew.
"Sanji's condition is critical. His body looks like it's been burned to a crisp, but sohow, it hasn't completely broken down. In fact, it's slowly healing itself. This kind of self-healing, I've never seen it before,"
Chopper said, puzzled by the changes in Sanji's body.
"Well, as long as he's alive,"
Franky sighed in relief, deciding to set the mystery aside for now.
"So, what do we do now? Just stay silent and leave that thing alone?"
Usopp asked, pointing to the Thousand-Winged Angel hovering over the lake.
"We can't ignore it. Any nearby sound will cause it to spread its feathers again. We need to contain it in a completely soundproof, sealed environnt,"
Robin explained, leaning against the railing.
"But how can we contain it? Getting close to it makes even the slightest sound dangerous!"
Usopp said anxiously. This was the most troubleso part of the situation.
"Hey, what's the deal with this situation? What's causing this weird phenonon?"
The sudden, discordant voices made everyone turn sharply, weapons drawn in alarm.
On the other side of the ship stood a group of strangers. Two figures at the forefront stood out the most.
One wielded a long sword, wore a spotted black-and-white hat, and had a sowhat casual appearance.
The other was a wild-looking man with bright red hair and an aggressive deanor.
"Who are you?"
Zoro demanded, his vigilance heightened after returning to the ship and noticing the uninvited guests.
"They're also pirates with bounties over 100 million: Trafalgar Law and Eustass Kid,"
Robin identified them imdiately.
"What? Pirates with bounties over 100 million? What are they doing here?"
Usopp exclaid in shock.
"Did you guys also stumble into Skull Island by accident?"
Brook asked.
"This place is called Skull Island? What's going on with this island? We got here mysteriously and can't leave. Then, ice walls appeared around us!"
Kid said angrily, clearly frustrated and demanding answers.
"We don't know much either. For now, no one can leave the island. But why are you on our ship?"
Zoro asked, pointing his sword at the duo.
"We've been riding this monster all along,"
Law replied, pointing at Rodan below.
"When the feathers first appeared, we sensed danger and jumped onto this creature to escape. Coincidentally, Eustass had the sa idea, and we both ended up on the sa monster. Then, apparently, you guys chose it too."
Law's expression showed clear dissatisfaction, finding the coincidence rather unpleasant.
"Oh, so that's why. Things were hectic earlier, so I didn't check Rodan's other passengers,"
Brook said, finally understanding the situation.
"We've answered your questions. Now it's your turn. What do you know? Tell us everything!"
Kid demanded impatiently, his aggressive deanor unwavering.
"What's that attitude? If we don't tell you, what will you do?"
Zoro asked, his vigilance against Kid increasing.
"Heh, then I'll make you talk,"
Kid sneered, and the next mont, Zoro's swords—Wado Ichimonji, Sandai Kitetsu, and Shusui—were wrenched away by an unseen force, flying toward Kid.
Not just Zoro's swords—every piece of tal nearby gathered above Kid.
Seeing this, everyone readied themselves for battle, prepared for another fight to break out.
