Tony , no stranger to using powerful weapons to deter criminals, watched the unfolding events with a mix of familiarity and disdain.

Unlike the Celestial Dragons, however, Tony drew a line: he never used his power to oppress others.

Tony Stark: "This is disturbingly similar to our own country."

At that mont, Natasha Romanoff spoke up.

Natasha: "Isn't our country the sa? We use our military might to dominate the world. Imagine if the U.S. was the only nation with nuclear weapons—it'd be even worse."

Her words carried a sharp edge of sarcasm.

Nick Fury: (frowning) "Natasha, don't badmouth your own country like that!"

Natasha: (shrugs and falls silent, though her expression shows no regret)

Fury, visibly annoyed, noticed Natasha's increasingly candid remarks about the governnt. While Fury shared so of her skepticism, he was careful to avoid open dissent.

Steve Rogers: (confused) "What? Natasha, what are you talking about? I still don't understand what's beco of the country I'm fighting for."

Tony Stark: (turning to Fury) "Fury, can I ask you sothing? SHIELD claims to work for world peace, but behind the scenes, aren't you really serving U.S. interests or so corporate overlord?"

Fury took a deep breath, suppressing his urge to punch Stark.

Nick Fury: "Let make this clear one more ti: SHIELD exists to maintain world peace. We don't answer to any politician or corporation—we give them orders!"

Stark smirked but said nothing more, turning back to the screen.

Many people were enraged by the Celestial Dragons' behavior.

Naruto: "Whitebeard-san, if a country doesn't pay this Heavenly Tribute, what happens?"

Whitebeard: "The outco is grim. A nation without the ans to protect itself becos a haven for pirates, slavers, and criminal syndicates—or falls victim to wars waged by other nations to seize its resources."

Whitebeard: "I've lived long enough to see it all. So places, unable to afford the tribute, are left to rot in misery. Others hire outside protection, only to be treated like pirates themselves by the World Governnt, with the Navy sent to crush them."

Naruto: "That's too cruel!"

Akainu: "Don't act like pirates aren't to bla for this ss! Without them, those places wouldn't suffer!"

Whitebeard: "Oh? Then why do Navy soldiers wreak havoc in non-mber nations? I've seen it myself—they loot and plunder freely, knowing the World Governnt won't care. To them, those people aren't even considered human."

Steve Rogers: "What? Soldiers condoning robbery?!"

Sengoku: "That's the work of a few rotten apples! Whitebeard, you pirates are far worse in your plundering!"

Whitebeard: "Perhaps. But at least we're not hypocrites."

Orochimaru: "Every world has its darkness, doesn't it, Jiraiya?"

Jiraiya: "Leave out of this!"

Diana: "Your world is chaos incarnate. Soone needs to set things right."

Loki: "Indeed. A true god must guide these mortals to the proper path."

Thanatos: "Why bother guiding such foolish creatures? Better to destroy them outright. Mortals claiming to be gods—it's laughable."

Aaron: "If I were in that world, I'd grant them the salvation of death."

Nobita: "Good thing our world isn't like that."

Doraemon: "True. Such practices should have been left behind long ago."

Dan: "Enough about that. What about the Plague Doctor?"

Everyone turned their attention back to the screen, where a figure clad in a long robe and bird-like mask stepped onto the road ahead of the Celestial Dragon's procession.

Amid the kneeling crowd, the Plague Doctor stood out starkly.

Plague Doctor: (gazing around curiously) "Where am I? Does this world suffer from plague?"

The Celestial Dragon's face twisted in anger at soone daring to stand before him.

Celestial Dragon: "What are you? How dare you stand in my presence!"

All eyes turned to the Plague Doctor, the crowd collectively holding their breath. Surely, this defiant figure was dood.

Plague Doctor: (calmly) "What else are legs for but standing?"

The crowd gasped. The audacity! This was a Celestial Dragon!

Celestial Dragon: "Are you seeking death?!"

Enraged, the Celestial Dragon raised his pistol and fired without hesitation. The bullet struck the Plague Doctor's mask but harmlessly fell to the ground.

The Celestial Dragon's expression shifted to one of shock.

Plague Doctor: (mockingly) "Shooting on our first eting? You're even less polite than the people at the Foundation."

The Doctor's tone grew unsettling as he stepped closer to the Celestial Dragon.

Plague Doctor: "Plague exists in every universe. Judging by your condition, you're the most severe case I've seen. Let's begin with you."

Celestial Dragon: (panicking) "Stay back! Do you know who I am? Stop this instant, you insolent fool!"

The Celestial Dragon's guards sprang into action, encircling the Plague Doctor and attacking without hesitation.

But sothing strange occurred. As their weapons made contact with the Plague Doctor, the guards collapsed, lifeless.

The crowd stared in horror and disbelief as the guards dropped one by one.

Celestial Dragon: (shouting) "What did you do?!"

Plague Doctor: "Nothing much. Touching usually ans death, and the sa goes for anyone I touch."
