A powerful beam tore through the sky, obliterating everything in its path.
An unstoppable torrent of water destroyed everything in its wake.
The Kage were left speechless, their perceptions of Pokémon and legendary beasts utterly transford.
This power rivaled even Kurama, the Nine-Tails! And knowing these creatures would obey them, with room to grow even stronger, filled the Kage with excitent.
Now they realized that their villages' power had increased significantly, making them less vulnerable to rival villages.
"What an interesting treasure! Not only are they powerful, but they can also control the weather."

i exclaid, recognizing him.
"That's right. But don't worry, I'm not here with hostile intent. In fact, with the current crisis in the ninja world, we need to convene a Five Kage Summit."
Jiraiya spoke seriously, realizing that the matter at hand was far beyond what Konoha alone could handle.
Jiraiya's other clones had already reached Raikage A and Tsuchikage Ōnoki, explaining the situation and the need for the summit.
Tsunade supported the idea as well, given the recent containnt crises and Orochimaru's hidden plots. No one knew what the future held for the ninja world.
At that mont, Orochimaru was in his secret lab, conducting research on monstrous beasts.
This secret lab had beco a haven for his monstrous creations.
Everywhere one looked, grotesque Javo creatures with multiple eyes road.
Each cell held mutants created with the C-virus, restlessly banging against their cages.
This place was a nightmare fortress; no ordinary person would dare live here.
Orochimaru reveled in this environnt. He was now crafting C-virus bio-creatures that were over thirty ters tall using a super-beast machine.
Each beast was terrifyingly unique.
So were covered in tentacles; others had enormous throats occupying half their bodies; so had human-like limbs but crawled on the ground; and others were nearly all bone, devoid of flesh.
The one thing they shared was the potent C-virus infection. Releasing them would cause an imdiate biohazard outbreak.
Among all his creations, Orochimaru was most pleased with the super-beasts created by combining summoning creatures with C-virus mutants.
These super-beasts were not only highly infectious and powerful but also intelligent enough to perform jutsu.
"Orochimaru-sama, if we continue using so many summoning creatures, we risk angering the entire summoning creature realm and becoming their enemies."
Kabuto cautioned.
They weren't in a position to make too many enemies.
"No matter. I already have enough super-beasts for my purposes. This machine's principles are intriguing, and there's still so much to uncover about these creatures. Fascinating."
Orochimaru chuckled, his eyes alight with excitent. He was now a mad scientist in every sense.
"By the way, several ninja villages and high-ranking officials have requested to purchase the C-virus from us, specifying that they want controllable variants."
Kabuto continued.
The biohazard unleashed in Konoha had attracted the interest of many villages.
While publicly condemned, such thods were highly sought after in secret, as every village and power-hungry faction craved the influence of terror to further their ambitions.
"Sell it to them, then. And if possible, tell them to trade summoning creatures for it."
Orochimaru's smile grew cold.
If he hunted summoning creatures himself, it would provoke them all. But spreading the risk around was another matter entirely.
"Understood, Orochimaru-sama," Kabuto replied, adjusting his glasses with admiration.
"Oh, and the Akatsuki have also reached out to us."
"Who's coming?"
"Uchiha Itachi and Hoshigaki Kisa."
"Heh, so it's them? Then I'll et them personally—fellow forr colleagues."
Orochimaru's smile turned icy as he anticipated the eting.
