"...Okay!"
Hawk was slightly taken aback, initially thinking things were urgent, but unexpectedly, ti was surprisingly ample. He thought for a mont and nodded, "Alright, you use your thod to find them, I’ll use mine, we’ll proceed with a two-pronged approach."
After all, the Heaven Dinsion’s target isn’t only phisto.
There’s also him.
Secretly tinkering with his clones seems to have traces of the Heaven Dinsion involved.
Who knows, after all this ti, whether the Heaven Dinsion has worked out anything significant.
Honestly, Hawk is quite looking forward to the Heaven Dinsion coming up with sothing substantial.
After all...
If the Heaven Dinsion cos up with sothing, when he takes action, he can do so with greater legitimacy, and it will be more justifiable when he conquers the Heaven Dinsion.
Simply ask, the Heaven Dinsion made the first move.
With this thought in mind, after bidding farewell to phisto, Hawk turned around, pushed open the tavern’s door, and stepped out, returning to the greenhouse at Fox Manor.
By now it was dark outside, and snow had already begun to fall, and it seed to be going on for quite so ti.
Gwen was asleep, leaning on the table in the greenhouse.
However, the greenhouse was heated, so it wasn’t too cold.
Hawk watched Gwen from a distance, asleep in her chair, seeming like a wife waiting for her husband to return ho, he smiled slightly and walked towards her.
Perhaps sensing sothing, Gwen’s eyelashes fluttered slightly, she slowly opened her eyes and seeing Hawk holding her in his arms, she smiled warmly.
"Back?"
"Yeah."
"How did the talk go?"
"He’s desperate, desperate enough to want to cooperate with ."
Hawk stepped forward, carrying Gwen, appearing directly in the living room of the manor’s main building, narrating the situation about his trip to Hell to Gwen, before glancing upstairs, "Grandpa asleep?"
Gwen stepped out of his arms and chuckled.
"Already asleep."
"Then..."
"Don’t worry, I said you went to the neighboring town to visit a friend."
"Alright."
Hawk smiled slightly at her words, looking over at Gwen, "Do you know what my friend’s na is, what they’re doing in the neighboring town, what they look like?"
Gwen shrugged.
"Just describe them like Peter."
"Works for ."
Hawk thought for a mont, then nodded, watching Gwen sit down on the sofa beside him, he wrapped his arms around her, "Sorry, I promised to co here and relax and watch Grandpa with you."
Gwen nestled against Hawk’s shoulder, looked up slightly at his chin, and smiled lightly.
"As long as you’re okay."
"It’s truly fine."
Hawk gazed into Gwen’s eyes, "Things are pretty much sorted out, from now on, we can relax, any remaining matters can wait until we’re back in New York."
And indeed, there’s not much left to do.
phisto didn’t even know where those highly elusive Birdn from the Heaven Dinsion hide.
Naturally, he wouldn’t possibly know either.
Unless...
His Sixth Sense officially upgrades to the Seventh Sense, in the golden peak state of Little Cosmos.
Because at that ti, his ’Sixth Sense - Visualization’ could completely cover every corner of Earth.
Put it this way.
By then, a re thought would let him see what’s happening in any corner of Earth.
Real-ti images, 18K HD, without any delay.
Unfortunately.
Right now, his ’Sixth Sense - Visualization’ can only cover the area around Waterfall Town.
Yet he doesn’t much like using this skill.
After all, he doesn’t have any voyeuristic tendencies, just as he rarely uses ’Sixth Sense - X-ray Vision.’
Hawk was thinking this to himself.
Gwen, upon hearing this, chuckled lightly.
"You still have one matter left unresolved."
"What?"
Hawk returned to his senses, looking down at Gwen.
Gwen smiled and said, "Klaus, this afternoon, Caroline ca by again, but seeing you weren’t around, she left."
Hawk chuckled.
"Relax, Klaus will give face."
"What if he doesn’t?"
"He will."
Hawk t his fiancée’s gaze, smiling, "If he doesn’t want to die."
Gwen blinked, withdrawing from Hawk’s shoulder, sitting cross-legged on the sofa, smiling at Hawk, "So, you were deceiving Klaus before, about Caroline dying if he did?"
Hawk shook his head.
"No, that’s true."
"Then why did you say earlier that Klaus would die if he didn’t give you face?"
"If he doesn’t give face, he will die, but as for Caroline?"
Hawk pulled Gwen back against his shoulder, smiling, "My sister is a bit lonely in the Netherworld, Caroline would be good company for Anna, we just made a new deal with phisto."
He recounted the latest soul agreent reached with phisto.
"I killed Klaus, his soul belongs to , and those vampires killed because of Klaus’s death belong to too."
"So, don’t worry about Caroline’s soul suffering in Hell."
"I promise she’ll live in the Pure Land over the Netherworld, a place I’ve described to you, where my sister is."
As he spoke, Hawk looked at Gwen, "Besides, you never liked Caroline turning into a vampire."
Nestled against Hawk’s shoulder, Gwen shrugged slightly.
"But there’s one sentence I haven’t said."
"What is it?"
"Better live miserably than die easily, so try to get Klaus to agree, Hawk, Caroline’s death will sadden Aunt."
"...Okay!"
