Blaine still vaguely rembered the uniqueness of this intelligence structure. Wakanda had once obtained information through its spy network and even seed to have formulated a defense plan capable of dealing with the Devourer of Worlds.

Moreover, Blaine carefully noticed that the ornants and totems worn by mbers of each tribe were different. This showed that not everyone in Wakanda worshipped the Black Panther.
For example, the leader of the first phalanx Blaine saw wore the skeleton of an ape. Others bore ornants made from antelope horns, lion manes, and hyena teeth, among various symbols.
In fact, based on his knowledge of the Marvel storyline, Blaine generally understood the situation.
For instance, the ape tribe—their leader was the first to oppose T'Challa's ascension as King of Wakanda. Blaine couldn't quite rember his na; it seed to be M'Baku. This tribe was a mountain tribe, worshipping the White Ape Gos as their totem and living in seclusion year-round. Unlike the other four tribes, the ape tribe adhered strictly to tradition and refused to use Vibranium or modern technology.
However, although their leader was initially fiercely opposed to T'Challa, he later helped him reclaim the throne. He was, in truth, deeply loyal to Wakanda.
As for tribes like the lion tribe—also known as the Border Tribe—they were mainly responsible for disguising themselves as farrs, Hunters, and other ordinary professions.
They lived along Wakanda's borders, using ancient farming thods with cattle and plows to deceive outsiders who wandered in by accident. (Ordinary people might stumble in by chance, but soone like Blaine couldn't just force his way in—it truly showed how incompatible he was with Wakanda.) The Border Tribe also possessed warriors equipped with Vibranium cloaks capable of protection and invisibility—the sa kind of shield Blaine had seen earlier. Though they maintained the appearance of ancient agriculture, they didn't use ordinary livestock like cattle or horses. Instead, they raised war rhinos, and when necessary—close the gates and unleash the rhinos!
Thinking of the Border Tribe, Blaine recalled that during the Battle of Ultron, the person who provided Vibranium for Vision's body was that extrely talkative and irritating Klaue. That was where it all began.
Not only Klaue, but also T'Challa's cousin—Killmonger—had made his first contact with the outside world through this place. And it was here that the tribe's leader succumbed to temptation and was incited against T'Challa…

After all, he planned to use it to upgrade his weapons, not trade it to the system for rice knives. Whether he took it, grabbed it outright, or used any other ans didn't matter to him. In short, as long as he got it, he didn't care whether T'Challa agreed or not.
However, as Blaine's spiritual power probed deeper and deeper, he felt a mysterious force calling out to him—while at the sa ti, sothing seed to be blocking his sight, preventing him from seeing it clearly.
