[Mind Sense] and [Hawkeye] are both skills.
The description of [Mind Sense] is a bit complicated, but in essence, it's a perception-type skill that might seem useless at first. Despite its na, it doesn't sense others directly but rather allows the user to sense through their own mind.
The main use is that once activated, Blaine could subtly detect the level of danger around him and sense nearby enemies.

Although it doesn't reach a level of "All Seeing Eyes" of Heimdall.
After reaching Lv.2, it undergoes a qualitative leap—allowing Blaine to lift his vision skyward in a small radius, gaining a god-like aerial perspective.
At first glance, [Hawkeye] might seem redundant alongside [Mind Sense], but in reality, they complent each other perfectly.
[Hawkeye] leans more toward direct offensive use, enhancing vision for aiming and precision attacks.
[Mind Sense] is better for stealth and assassination—detecting danger in advance and always being alert.
Any slight movent or disturbance could be instantly noticed, and in case of danger, [Mind Sense] would produce a huge warning reaction—much more sensitive than [Hawkeye].
That's also the main reason Blaine bought [Mind Sense]—If you ask why?
Simple: he was afraid of dying.
By stepping into the Bounty Hunter business, Blaine was destined to make countless enemies. Take the Tony Stark mission, for instance—if he actually killed Tony, he would probably have S.H.I.E.L.D. added to his enemies list.
Exposure of his identity was inevitable. Being targeted was inevitable too.
Buying [Mind Sense] was Blaine's last line of defense for himself— At least it would keep him from dying without even knowing how it happened.

Buying [Mind Sense] cost 100,000 and upgrading it to Lv.2 also cost 1,000,000.
Altogether, this shopping spree cost Blaine about 2.45 million.
Blaine felt that with [Hawkeye] combined with [Absolute Hit Lv.3] and the [Elental Bow], he could now use his attacks much more comfortably.
As long as there were no obstacles, seeing a kiloter away with complete accuracy was no longer just a dream.
