Tony's decision to investigate the bank account number was made on the spot. He carried it out secretly, thinking the person involved wouldn't notice.

Half an hour later.

Pepper walked up to Tony with a strange expression, holding a stack of docunts. "Here."

"I told you, no dealing with company matters these days," Tony waved his hand. He was currently eating steak — after everything he had been through recently, he felt it was necessary to take a few days off to eat and have fun properly.

"This is the stuff you asked

to investigate just now…" Pepper's expression remained odd.

Tony was slightly stunned. Curious, he picked up the docunts and saw photo after photo.

Even with his exceptionally high intelligence, he was montarily dumbfounded.

"What the hell?"

Pepper explained, "This bank account number isn't ordinary. Every ti we check it, we find a different person connected to it. These are the ones that ca up just now."

Tony was frozen...

Because in the photos, he actually saw himself, Pepper, even their driver Happy — all included.

What the hell!

Maybe there weren't any Bounty Hunters at all, or maybe… everyone was a Bounty Hunter.

When the news of shutting down the weapons developnt division ca out, so people were happy while others were upset. The ones happy were rival companies; the upset ones were, of course, shareholders like Obadiah.

The group's interests were their interests.

Tony's action was essentially attacking their lifeline.

However, Stark Industries was run at Tony's sole discretion, and they couldn't force him to change anything.

Still, if there's a policy from above, there's always a counterasure from below.

Obadiah wasn't soone to be trifled with either.

Half an hour earlier.

Blaine was watching the live news broadcast on TV.

The screen showed Tony, who had just been rescued, announcing the closure of the weapons developnt departnt.

Even though he was prepared and knew the storyline, Blaine still couldn't help but click his tongue.

For an arms company to close its weapons division — that was like a gunman breaking his own hands.

Honestly speaking, if it were him, he would never give up such huge profits; at most, he would just tighten control over weapon distribution.

Tony might look like a carefree playboy, but when he got serious, he was more ruthless than anyone else.

After all, being ruthless to others isn't true ruthlessness — being ruthless to yourself is.

Anyway, Blaine admitted he could never be that kind of ruthless person.

He turned off the TV.

Blaine let out a comfortable sigh.

He was about to go take a shower. When he received a text ssage.

The content wasn't detailed, but the gist was that $50 million had been deposited into his account.

Tony was efficient — he had barely returned ho and already transferred the money.

The bank account Blaine gave Tony was his own. With the system's protection, he wasn't afraid of any investigation.

Finally, the 50 million arrived.

Blaine had thought he would be extrely excited.

But now he realized... it was just so-so.

Fifty million was just a line of numbers...

It felt like he entered a "sage mode." Of course, that peace shattered the mont he opened the System Shop.

In the system shop's balance section…

Holy crap, so many zeros — how much could he buy with that?

Even though fifty million was still tiny compared to the trillions needed for Infinity Stones, it was more than enough if he only bought certain abilities.

[Fire Ability (Lv.1)]: Price 100,000 — can temporarily control flas. Overuse leads to ntal exhaustion. At Lv.3, can manipulate air elents to create flas.

[Water Ability (Lv.1)]: Price 100,000 — can temporarily control water flow. Overuse leads to ntal exhaustion. At Lv.3, can manipulate air elents to create water.

[Mind Reading]: Price 10,000,000 — can read people's thoughts. No levels; the stronger the user, the stronger the mind-reading ability.

[Sharingan (Lv.1)]: Price 100,000 — Insight Eye (see through movents, read opponent's minute actions) and Hypnotic Eye (use illusions to control opponents). Evolves to Mangekyou at Lv.3.

[X-Ray Vision]: Price 7,000,000 — can see through everything. No levels; the stronger the user, the stronger the X-ray vision.

[Wall-Phasing Technique]: Price 100,000 — ...

[Instant Transmission]: Price 500,000,000— ...

There was truly a dazzling variety of items in the System Shop.

And the more Blaine looked, the calr he beca.

Ordinary items were now practically useless to him.

What was useful for him started at hundreds of thousands or millions — fifty million might seem like a lot, but it actually couldn't buy much…

He would have to make every dollar count.
