After the eting ended with us finally sighing in relief after an entire hour enduring the cringe and cliche dialogues that Zekram learned from God knows where, I imdiately sent a telepathic ssage to Ajuka and Serafall to et at my Sanctum in the human world.

As Ajuka hasn’t visited the human world yet, I left Serafall to help him.

As for , Sirzechs seed to have so business with .

“Hey, I was wondering about the building that you asked our construction business to build a few days back. How is it? Was everything in place? Did you like it?” Sirzechs scratched the back of his head as he asked .

Hold on. Is this so kind of survey?

Seeing my expression, Sirzechs probably thought I misunderstood and quickly tried to clear it up.

“I-I ant it as a business kind of question. I wasn’t trying to judge your tastes or sothing like that. My father heard about it and told that it is necessary to ask our client’s opinion about our service or sothing.” Of course I know what he ant but for the sa of saving him from embarrassing himself, I made an ‘Oh, I understand’ face and replied.

“It’s actually not that bad. In fact, I like it and I might order more of your service in the future.” Hearing my words, Sirzechs’s face bead up and he sighed in relief.

Weird, I thought he was experienced in business matters but looking at him now. I guess I was wrong.

“Really!? I-I an, sure, it’s pretty normal to co back if you like it.” Sirzechs cleared his throat and tried to play it cool.

‘Heh.’ I chuckled in my mind.

“Haha, you’re right. Anyways, anything else you want to talk about? I have so place to be.” I quickly changed the subject.

“Oh, right. Right, I’m sorry. But here’s the thing…” Sirzechs looked around us for a second before leaning forward and whispered in my ear.

“I have a bad feeling about this. You know, this war and all. Zekram is calm, too calm.” His words made smile a bit.

Well at least I won’t have to worry about him following Zekram’s plans blindly.

Sure, we had a recent secret eting about Zekram being suspicious and all but that doesn’t exactly determine one’s stance about the said person.

“Don’t worry. I am too. But we can’t do anything for now. We just have to wait and see where things end up.” Instead of trusting him and pulling him into my plan, I gave him a vague answer instead.

I still don’t trust this destructive red haired devil even if he’s the main character in this world.

“…Okay. You’re right.” Sirzechs bore a face of sothing deep in thinking before agreeing with a nod of his head.

“I’m going first. See you later, Sirzechs. In the war of course.” I pulled one up and chuckled, just to ease the tension among us.

After all, the great War that would consu millions of lives in both three sides would make even the man with the hardest will falter.

“So, what’s with the secret eting again?” Serafall jumped around the Sanctum, taking in their new to eye design.

Ajuka also looked interested at the Sanctum, specifically the Mystic Guardians that roam around.

I don’t bla him.

“Serafall. There’s sothing that happened that only Ajuka and I know and it’s very crucial for you to know.” After that, I proceeded to tell her the story of what and Ajuka went through in the Dinsional Gap.

Ajuka also added in a few details of his own and before we knew it, Serafall was already holding the hem of my robe and shaking back and forth with clear anger in her face.

“Why didn’t you let join! I could’ve helped you guys!” Tears were streaming from her eyes as her grip on my robe hardened as ti passes by.

“Okay! Okay! I’m sorry! Can you please stop shaking now?! I’m getting dizzy!” Yes, it’s a lie. But it’s the only way for her to stop, hopefully.

“….Not unless you promise that the next ti sothing like this happens, you’ll tell ! Okay!?” I gulped my saliva hard and nodded my head slowly.

I…was left with no choice.

Those icy glaring eyes is hard to resist, it makes feel like she’s freeze every bit of my body down to the last molecule.

“Okay.” I said before Serafall releases her grip on my robe.

Before I could move, she planted a kiss in my lips and said.

“That’s for thwarting Zekram’s plans. I can’t imagine the look on his face once he discovers that the very sa people he thought he trusted is actually allied with their sworn enemy.” After having a good laugh out of it, I turned serious and shifted the topic back to why I called them here.

“As you two just heard from Zekram. He’s urging us to stop holding back and make sure to kill God.” Crossing my arms, I continued once I saw that I’ve got their full attention.

“But we won’t. You two already know that God isn’t actually our enemy. He just beca one because of our race. Putting aside our devil race, we’re actually the ones at fault here.”

“That’s why I have already planned how we will proceed with this war while minimizing the casualties on the innocent and defenseless humans and also to ensure that Zekram and whatever plan is going on in his head will not make it to light.” Finishing my words, Serafall then chid in.

“But how are we supposed to do that? We can’t just ouright betray devils, right?” I shook my head at her words and replied.

“We won’t be betraying anyone. We’re just making the best decision necessary for this world and God is part of them.”

“What I’m asking you two is to silently help God in case the chance arises and avoid clashing with him if you could. Just pretend you’re fighting him, okay?” I asked for their confirmation and they both nodded their heads.

This ti, it was Ajuka who asked a question.

“What about Sirzechs and Falbium? Especially Sirzechs, he’s the strongest among us, it would be a lie to say he’s not as strong as Lucifer.”

Ajuka’s right. Sirzechs is the strongest and who knows his strength might already be on par with Lucifer himself and that ans trouble.

How can we convince him then? I asked myself.

That’s when the new hero, Serafall ca into place by raising her arms.

“Leave the convincing to ! Sirzechs won’t be able to refuse !” Serafall confidently grinned.

“And how are you going to do that?” I tilted my head and asked.

“It’s simple! I know a secret of him that he doesn’t want others to know!”

‘….That’s called Blackmailing!’ I yelled in my mind as face twitched several tis after seeing the proud look on Serafall’s face as if her technique is inevitable and effective.

Well actually it is.

But I haven't seen it being used on a supernatural being not to ntion, a devil.

Would soone of Sirzechs’s strength fall for the blackmailing trick? What is this secret anyway that Serafall is so confident it would work on Sirzechs.

When I tried to ask her about this, she simply said.

“Oh, he’s just soone whose been craving for a sister since he was a child and he always complained about his parents to . He also said if he ever have a sister, he would spoil her rotten.” She shrugged her shoulders as if what she just dropped is sothing casual and simple.

‘In other words, Sirzechs turns out to be a big siscon? That’s not a huge secret is it? I thought Sirzechs would turn out to be so kind of pedo or sothing.’ But still, I hope whatever this sister secret is, Serafall would be successful blackmailing Sirzechs from it.

“Huh, that’s a first. I always thought Sirzechs liked to be the only child in his family. He’s a prodigy after all and it’s common for his parents to give birth to another prodigy.” Ajuka on the side, placed his finger on his chin as he assessed the new information he just received.

“Pfft! Don’t believe whatever Sirzechs shows in front of you. That guy is an actor, he knows how to control his emotions well for his own benefit.” Serafall casually dismissed his words.

Unbeknownst to her, Serafall’s words just made freeze in place.

Control his emotions well for his own benefit?

For so reason, my mind flashed back a few minutes earlier during my short chat with Sirzechs.

While talking to him, Sirzechs displayed embarrassnt and such, emotions that can be seen on a business newbie.

During that ti, was Sirzechs pretending to be a newbie just to get a guarantee from that I will co back to seek his business services again in the future?

Suddenly, a face of Sirzechs smirking down on appeared in my mind.

Clenching my fists, I couldn’t help myself from yelling Sirzechs’s na in my mind.

‘SIRZECHS!!!! I KNEW YOU COULDN’T BE TRUSTED!!!’

***

Hachoo!

“Weird. Since when did I get a cold?” Sirzechs wondered to himself while rubbing his nose.

Grabbing a pen on his desk, Sirzechs ticked a check on the box in the paper where the na ‘Chamber’ can be seen written beside the newly ticked box.

“And that’s the 4,006th custor this year. I’m such a business expert.” Sirzechs grinned and he couldn’t help but to praise himself. He placed both the pen and the paper back on his table and leaned back to his ergonomic chair.

“Once I get to 5,000 Mom and Dad promised that they’ll try their best to give a sister. Hehe~.” His face then bore a mix of lecherous and longing expression.

His mind wandering to a smaller version of himself with a long scarlet hair and a cute expression all while calling out to him.

“Onii-chan!”

“Sirzechs-nii!”

“Nii-Nii!”

“Huehuehuehue!~”

Unknown to Sirzechs, he has fallen into an abyss he would not find himself climbing back up in the future.
