I don’t know how long have passed floating in the darkness.

I rember being swallowed by the Apocalypse Beast, Trihexa and then suddenly, I found myself here, floating endlessly.

Am I, perhaps, in Trihexa’s stomach? Doesn’t seem like it though, because if it’s true, then I should be dead by now or at least, feeling sothing hard to step on, instead of floating to nowhere.

“Still, it doesn’t feel that bad.” I muttered to myself, relaxing as I finished my words.

It’s like finally having the well-deserved rest after a very hectic year or a week of restless nights.

I almost wanted this to last forever.

Thinking of this, my body was imdiately jolted awake, not from sleepiness but from my thoughts.

“But….I have my life out there.” I muttered under my breath, my breathing hitched slightly.

“I have friends….” My mind went to Diorno and Ajuka.

“I have family…” My mind went to God and my students.

“I have….soone I love.” Then Serafall flashed, with her usual goofy grin and laugh that reminds whenever she finds sothing interesting or simply pulling a prank.

I can’t stay here. They’re waiting for . Serafall, she doesn’t know where I am or what I’m currently facing.

She's being kept in the dark, I can only imagine what would be her reaction when she receives the news of my death tomorrow.

Would she be sad? Depressed?

Or maybe both but only for a short ti and she would move on and maybe find another man.

Fuck. I don’t want that.

My face grimaced at the thought of other man trying to win my Serafall’s affection.

It feels like soone that belongs only to is being stolen by a thief.

No, I can’t die. I should not. Not only for Serafall but also for .

I have so many unfinished goals such as losing my virginity, building a strong force and marrying Serafall.

Maybe, just maybe also take my revenge against my forr Master, Kaecilius if I sohow found a way to go back ho.

After all, in the world of Marvel, multiversal travel is like a coin that you can randomly stumble upon in the streets.

Soday, I’m confident that I’ll be facing Kaecilius again and watch the shock on his face upon revealing that I’m alive and hundred tis stronger than before.

By then, I would no longer have to look over my shoulders every second in the Marvel Universe.

‘Maybe I’m actually not dead?’ I thought to myself, if I am, then why am I still here in the darkness and able to form thoughts.

If I’m dead, I should be in the afterlife or Heaven or even Hell.

But none of those happened yet. Which leaves to one thing.

I’m still alive or at least my soul is alive.

And if my soul is still alive then I can bring myself back to the world of living!

But first, before all that, I should figure out where I am.

All I know is that I’m in the darkness and this might be perhaps my soul.

I can still feel my Demonic Energy but it was around instead of inside my body. Thus leading to the conclusion that I’m inside my soul.

How exactly can I get out of here?

I can’t. That’s because I don’t have a physical form and hence, I don’t have any place or body to return to.

In layman’s terms. I am stuck here unless soone like God from the outside world would help find a new body or recreate my original body.

‘Please God. Send help.’ I prayed inside my mind.

Just as I was about to let myself fall endlessly and wait for soone to help, the dark surroundings suddenly shone brightly, as if the light bulb had been switched on.

‘My eyes! My eyes!’ I scread in my mind, using my hand to cover my eyes. However, I noticed that my entire body was actually transculent and there’s no place to cover my eyes from, everything around is lit up in bright white light.

As if I’m in a room where the walls, ceilings and floor was full of light bulbs.

“Who the fuck thought it was a bright idea to turn on the lights!” I yelled at no one. Of course, I’m alone here so I don’t expect any respons-.

“It was .” Suddenly, my entire body shivered and I felt a cold chill down my spine.

Oh god. Please don’t be a ghost.

While praying in my mind, I slowly turned atound, facing the source of the voice.

“You’re….?!” My eyes widened in surprise.

Shakily pointing my finger at the figure in front of , I couldn’t help but scan every detail on his appearance.

The sa black hair, loose orange robe and that dark green eyes. Yep, this is .

“Or maybe I’m just staring at a mirror.” I wondered to myself out loud.

“I’m not a re reflection of a mirror.” My reflection answered with a monotone voice. The sa also goes to his expression, showing no hint of emotion in his face.

“If you’re not my reflection. Then who are you? Are you really ?” After gulping a mouthful of saliva out of nervousness, I asked.

“Yes, but not what you are thinking of. I’m you because we’re the sa.” ‘ but not ’ then walked forward, approaching as he proceeded to continue.

“My na is not Chamber like yours. My na is Raviel. Raviel Morningstar.” His introduction made my eyes go wide.

I’ve heard of that na before.

This man…is really !

It’s as God told a few days before. How the colorful orb that I absorbed in the Dinsional Gap during my transfer to this world was Raviel’s soul, whom God left in the Dinsional Gap for sakekeeping because Heaven reeks of Holy Energy and Raviel, despite being a soul, is still a devil at birth, so being in Heaven isn’t good for him.

“Raviel. I didn’t think we’ll actually et. I an, from what I know, you died as an infant. I’m surprised you’re already this old.” I chuckled, initiating a conversation with myself? Or Raviel.

I see Raviel shaking his head as he answered .

“You’re right but the mont you took inside your body. I’ve grown alongside you, quickly catching up to your age.” Hearing his words made nod my head in understanding, until he said the next words.

“I’ve been watching you.” Raviel said with the sa monotonous expression.

“Watching…?” I repeated and Raviel nodded his head.

“I want to say. The world is very interesting. I wish I could’ve been alive to see it.” For the first ti, Raviel showed an emotion and it’s sadness.

“I’m sorry.” I feel responsible sohow for it.

Feeling my emotions, Raviel placed his hand on my shoulder as he smiled assuringly.

“Please don’t think that it’s your fault. It’s no ones.” Raviel then stepped back after, did he feel awkward by that? I an, not everyday you can just go to soone, pat their shoulder and encourage them to continue with their lives and drop an empowering word.

“….Thanks.” Still, I understood what he ant and smiled.

“Why am I here anyway?” I asked, changing the topic at the sa ti, hoping that Raviel might have an idea and shed so light to it.

“Unfortunately, I’m on the sa boat as you. I’m just an infant with barely any mories and the only reason I can behave like this is mostly thanks to your mories and knowledge, like I said earlier, we’re the sa.”

‘Oh. So that’s what he ant by that. I thought it’s because we share the sa body.’ I muttered under my breath, sighing in relief in the process.

“Sigh~ okay. First things first. We need to find a way to get out of here. But with my original body gone and destroyed. There’s nothing we can do without any outside help.” I slumped on the ground and drew circles on it.

Raviel also sat beside and started waving back and forth like a kid.

Well, he’s a child alright.

“Hmm…Why don’t we create one ourselves?” After so ti, the silence was broken by Raviel, asking a question in which I answered.

“We can’t. If I’m alive then maybe I can but now? I don’t.”

“I don’t an it that way. You can still feel your Demonic Energy don’t you?” Albeit confused, I nodded my head.

“Then that ans you can still use it, right?”

As soon as he finished his words, instead of answering him, realization dawned upon my stupid face and I stared at my translucent hand.

Feeling the Demonic Energy around move and swirl, a small red ball of pure Demonic Energy manifested on top of my palm.

Holy shit!

My eyes widened in surprise and I imdiately jumped from the ground.

“Raviel, you’re a smart dog!” I slapped his back out of excitent.

Thankfully, we’re in our soul forms, so my hand just passed through his shoulders.

“Ow.” He said with the sa dull tone which made it a few tis funnier than normal.

“Looks like we’ll be getting out of here in no ti!” I excitedly said, missing the change of emotion in Raviel’s face as he silently thought to himself.

‘Getting out of here, huh?’

***

Thankfully, I can even access my Chronos Requiem, so with it, I was able to increase our perception of ti and also slow down the ti inside my soul.

I’m not sure if there’s a difference in ti between my soul and the outside world but I’m not taking any chances. What if suddenly, when I wake up, years have passed? It’s scary just by thinking about it.

Hopefully, by the ti I get out of here, they’re still fighting Trihexa.
