She didn't want anyone with viewpoints similar to Obadiah Stane's, as that would stray the company from her original vision.
Additionally, the world wasn't entirely safe, and various intelligence agencies or hostile organizations could attempt to infiltrate the company during its reorganization.
Kagura made sure to vet each person's background personally.
Using her hacking skills, she scrutinized each individual's history to ensure there were no discrepancies or red flags.
Any sign of potential issues was imdiately dismissed.
These twelve carefully selected people would help "Bruce Wayne" manage the company and guide it in the right direction.
The eting was about to start. The last empty seat activated the holographic projection system.
As a three-dinsional image gradually materialized, a man dressed in a black coat and a mask appeared before the group.
"Apologies for not showing my true face.
Due to various reasons, I cannot present myself in person," the man spoke.
His voice was low and resonant, generated electronically.
"You must already know who I am. I am the owner of Rhode Island Industries, Bruce Wayne."
At this mont, Kagura Hitomi herself was controlling the "Bruce Wayne" persona.
The virtual identity had both automatic and manual modes.
Kagura took manual control only in crucial monts, as mimicking a male voice was a challenge. Any slip-up could expose issues and trigger a chain reaction.

"What you need to rember is that I created Rhode Island Industries to make this endeavor better, to make the world a more peaceful and stable place."
He went on, "Now, to begin with the main content of this first eting, I will briefly explain the core principles of Rhode Island Industries."
A holographic presentation appeared in the center of the table.
"These three principles are the foundation of Rhode Island Industries, and I hope you will rember them."
"First, Rhode Island Industries will have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal arms trading. Any violation will be dealt with severely."
"Second, we specialize in developing and researching cutting-edge defensive weapon systems. We will focus on developing both 'sword' and 'shield' when it cos to addressing offensive weapon technologies."
"Third, Rhode Island Industries will never abandon the weak. We will actively assist regions and organizations in need by providing defensive weapons and promoting peace and stability through military trade."
Kagura Hitomi spent a long ti thinking before finalizing these principles. The reality was complex, and peace and stability were influenced by a wide range of factors—social, economic, military, and political.
But Kagura believed that by doing what she could to the best of her abilities, she would bring so change to the world.
In the end, providing a strong "shield" for those in need seed better than offering a "sword" that could lead them to conflict.
Overall, Rhode Island Industries' mission was to "Protect."
"Next, we will discuss the company's future developnt and upcoming plans," Bruce Wayne said.

After saying that, Kagura Hitomi, in her private basent in New York, finished controlling the virtual identity and passed the responsibility to Cortana.
"Cortana, I've said everything I needed to. You can take over the eting from here."
"Understood, Master."
"Ugh... That was nerve-wracking!" Kagura sighed in the high-tech basent. "I really suck at talking like that. I'll leave it to Cortana next ti."
Apart from the company's overall plans, the developnt of next-generation weapons systems also needed to be prioritized.
Currently, most of Rhode Island's orders were leftovers from the Stark era. The company's own weapons hadn't been developed yet.
Although Rhode Island Industries led the military trade industry thanks to Stark's "legacy," it wouldn't be long before competitors overtook them if they didn't deliver their own products.
