"I didn't expect it would be him!" Captain Arica's expression was complicated. He still rembered vividly the battle with Red Skull's Hydra.
"I rember my father seed to have searched for him, but in the end he ca back empty-handed. I never thought he had been sent to another planet! No wonder he couldn't be found!"
Tony rubbed his chin. The appearance of Red Skull surprised countless people.
The elderly Peggy Carter looked at the silent old Captain Arica and held his hand tightly.
Fury said, "This guy is actually alive today, and he looks neither human nor ghost."
After taking a closer look, Strange said, "His soul must have been captured by the Soul Stone, and he has beco its slave!"
Christine nodded in agreent. "Yeah! His body has long been destroyed, and now it is his soul that appears before Thanos!"
"It's only fitting for this guy to receive such punishnt!" Natasha sneered.
Barton sighed. "Years of loneliness haven't driven this guy crazy. His spirit is still quite strong!"
Mantis tilted her head and asked in confusion, "Why would you go crazy?"
He was stunned for a mont, then said, "Won't you get bored on Ego's planet, Mantis?"
"Why? What is boredom?" Mantis asked again.
Her two sentences silenced Barton, who didn't know how to answer her question.
Natasha smiled silently as she looked at Barton who had a headache. It was always difficult to explain this kind of problem to Mantis. Sotis she found it difficult to understand so of the words of the earthlings.

He brought Thanos and Gamora to the Soul Stone altar, where two tall stone pillars stood, looking like a door from afar.
"How do you know this place so well?" Thanos asked halfway through the journey.
The Red Skull said calmly, "In a previous life, I also pursued these gems! I even caught one with my own hands! But it abandoned ! Exiled here!"
He couldn't help but laugh at himself when he said this. "I lead others to find treasure, but I'll never find it myself!"
The three of them arrived at the edge of the cliff.
"What you are facing now is not only the treasure you are looking for, but also the fear in your heart!"
Gamora looked at the cliffs below and asked, "What is this?"
"There's a price to pay! The Soul Gem holds a special place among the Infinity Gems precisely because it contains unique wisdom!"
"Tell what it wants?" The Soul Stone was right before his eyes. Thanos seed to see himself holding it, and thus seed a little impatient.
"To ensure its owner understands its power, the gem demands a sacrifice!"
Red Skull raised his hand, signaling Thanos to co forward. Thanos walked to the central opening of the altar and looked down.
Thanos frowned upon hearing Red Skull's words. "What sacrifice?"
"In order to obtain this gem, you must lose your beloved! Soul... for soul!"
Thanos suddenly turned his head and looked at Red Skull, sowhat incredulous at the high price he had to pay. For a mont, he was silent and wavering.
At this mont, Gamora behind him suddenly laughed.
"I've dread of this day, this mont, my whole life! Watching you reap what you sowed!"
Thanos ignored Gamora's words and stared intently at the cliff below. His eyes gradually beca moist, and it seed as if tears would flow out at any mont.
Gamora, standing behind him, failed to notice the change in Thanos's expression and continued to talk to herself. "I never got what I wanted! But now..."
She looked at the huge Soul Stone altar, as if she saw the destruction of Thanos's plan.
"You killed innocent people... and called it rcy! This is the universe's punishnt for you! You spent your entire life searching, but in the end, you found nothing! You failed miserably! Do you want to know why this happened? Because you've never loved anything! Never loved anyone!!!"
Thanos listened to Gamora's taunting and turned to look at her. "No!"
"Really?" Gamora still didn't know her place in Thanos's heart.
But soon she saw tears in Thanos's eyes and felt sothing was wrong. "Are you crying?"
Red Skull said calmly, "He's not crying for himself!"
Gamora glanced at the Red Skull after hearing this, and the smile on her face gradually froze.
She looked up at Thanos, who had been staring at her silently, and finally realized sothing.
Thanos slowly moved forward, and Gamora stepped back in fear, her face filled with disbelief. "No! This isn't love at all!"
"I've run from my fate before! I won't run from it this ti! Even if it ans losing you!"
Gamora's expression beca a little dazed. She finally confird that Thanos had always loved her. She was the most beloved daughter in Thanos's heart!
She silently glanced at Thanos, then suddenly pulled out the dagger from his waist and stabbed herself. But the next mont, the dagger, under the influence of the Reality Stone, turned into bubbles and dissipated into the air.
Gamora closed her eyes in pain, tears welling up in her eyes. She never thought that she had been trying to stop Thanos from obtaining the Soul Stone, but in the end she beca his sacrifice!
"I'm sorry, little one!" Thanos's heart was extrely firm, and his determination to complete his great plan was unshakable.
After saying this, he grabbed Gamora's hand and dragged her towards the cliff.
"No!!!" Gamora struggled desperately to break free, but how could her strength compare to the Titans?
Thanos let Gamora continue to beat his arms, closed his eyes and threw Gamora down.
"Dad!" Gamora stretched out her hand and let out a desperate cry. Thanos watched her fall off the cliff with tears in his eyes, and closed his eyes in pain again.
The scene changed to show Gamora lying on the altar at the foot of the cliff, green blood flowing on the ground. Thanos watched this scene and unconsciously clenched his fists.
Behind him, a massive stone pillar began to emit light. A huge hole ford above the altar, and then a powerful wave erupted in the clouds.
The Soul Gem sensed the soul of a loved one and took it away, and a bright white light suddenly appeared.
When Thanos opened his eyes again, he found himself lying in a pool of water at the foot of the mountain. He had left the altar without knowing when.
He sat up and first glanced at the gems on the Infinity Gauntlet. After confirming that the gems were still there, he realized that he seed to be holding sothing in his right hand.
He raised his arm and opened his palm, revealing an orange gem radiating light. This was the Soul Gem he had longed for!
