At the sa ti that Star-Lord and his team suffered defeat, on Earth, Captain Arica and his team had already arrived at the Avengers headquarters in upstate New York on a Quinjet.
Inside the headquarters, Rhodes sat at the table. A voice rang out, "Still can't contact Vision?"
"Satellite shows his last whereabouts were in Edinburgh!"
"On a stolen Quinjet, there are four of the world's most wanted criminals!"
Next to Rhodes, Secretary of State Ross was communicating with him via holographic projection, while several high-ranking officials were busy around him in the background.
After hearing Ross's words, Rhodes looked at him with so dissatisfaction.
"You know they're wanted criminals because of you, right? Sir!"
"My God! Rhodes! When did you learn to talk back?"
"If it weren't for the Sokovia Accords, Vision wouldn't have left!"
"I rember you signed the agreent, too, Colonel!" Ross walked up to him and stared at him through the projection.
Rhodes nodded and said, "That's right! And I paid the price I deserved!"
At this point, he gestured to his legs, which were supported by prosthetic limbs as he walked.
Ross glanced at his lower body. "Do you have any other comnts?"
"There is none left!"
Just as the two were talking, the doorbell rang. They turned around and saw Captain Arica and his companions walking in.
"Mr. Secretary of State!" Captain Arica greeted him.
Ross walked up to them through his projection, sowhat annoyed. "You guys are so bold! I really admire you!"
Natasha's expression was very calm. "How about I lend you a little courage?"
Ross tutted and said to Captain Arica, "The whole world is in dire straits! Do you think there's an amnesty?"
Captain Arica said calmly, "I'm not here to confess my guilt! I no longer need to obey your orders! The Earth is vulnerable! That's why we're here to fight for it!"
He leaned closer to Ross's projection, stared into his eyes, and said, "If you want to stop us... then don't bla us for being rude!"
Ross slowly turned his head and ordered Rhodes, "Arrest them!"
Rhodes nodded slightly. "No problem!" He turned off the projection and said to himself, "This is enough for a court-martial! I'm so glad to see you, Captain!"
Captain Arica walked up and shook his hand. " too, Rhodes!"
Natasha walked over and hugged him.
"You look... shabby! You haven't had a good ti these past few years!" Rhodes paused for several seconds before coming up with the word.
Sam, who was carrying Vision's arm, smiled and said, "Yeah! Well! After all, we're not staying in a five-star hotel!"
As they exchanged pleasantries, Banner appeared from the other side and said, "You look well!"

He slowly walked towards Wanda, looked at her and said, "If I co into contact with a sufficiently powerful energy source! If it resonates with its properties! Perhaps... its molecular structure will be destroyed!"
"Yeah! But you'll also die! Don't even think about it!" How could Wanda agree to Vision's approach! This would be more painful than killing her!
