Capítulo 806: Bang, Crash and Howl
“Huff!”
Kaidan, with a panicky look, dragged Diwa’s corpse down the hallway, and the servants looked at the sight with shock.
He soon arrived at the doorstep of a bedroom, and he knocked on the door.
‘Who!’
In that mont, his mind almost split as he heard a voice in his mind, and Kaidan imdiately dropped to his knees.
“It’s Kaidan, my Queen. A horrible incident has occurred. Diwa is dead and needs imdiate resurrection before her soul travels to the afterlife!”
Kaidan said in panic.
In that mont, the doors opened, and Kaidan released his breath, which he had been holding, and dragged Diwa inside the dark room.
He kneeled before the bed.
A red curtain encircled the bed. It was letting out crimson light. There was a silhouette on the other side of the curtain.
At that mont, her pale hand reached out of the curtain and touched Diwa’s forehead, and her corpse started twitching.
“Ah… Ah… Ahh… Ahhhhhh!”
Diwa’s eyes rolled back to her skull, and after it was all over, she lay silently on the ground with a surprised look on her face.
She sat up, looked over to the bed, and bowed with a smile on her face.
“I appreciate you, my Queen.”
‘…Leave…’
The voice said inside their minds.
She nodded and left the bedroom with Kaidan, but she was humming a happy-sounding song.
It was like she didn’t care about the fact that she was dead just a minute ago!
“…What the hell were you thinking?”
Kaidan asked angrily.
“Oh, you talked! Hehe, I just love seeing my husband so angry~ Ah, the mont when he killed , I was in euphoria!”
Diwa twirled around with an ecstatic expression on her depraved face, and there was no sign of the kind person that she showed to the normal citizen of Dead World.
“…You are a crazy bitch.”
Kaidan said.
“Don’t complint , you silly. I am already taken, Kaidan, and you are just not my type~”
Diwa winked and ran off.
She was caressing the mark on her neck—the mark she got from getting her neck broken—and she was smiling like a kid in a candy store.
…
Swoosh… Swoosh!
In that mont, fake white clouds gathered above the Silver City, and atop the clouds, the flying ship stopped.
“…This is the place?”
Renette asked with a deep look.
“Yes… He is here. In that silver castle, I can sense him over there. This must an that he is still alive, right?”
Jock asked excitedly.
However, Renette and Julian weren’t celebrating.
Their expressions looked seriously grave, and they were sweating hideously because they sensed sothing crazy.
“Forty… Forty people…”
Renette’s expression looked complex and very depressed, as if she had completely lost the aning in her life.
“Insanity…”
Julian whispered.
“What? What’s going on?”
Jock asked with a frown.
“I can sense at least forty people in that city who are stronger than . Forty people. It ans that there are over forty Immortals at least.”
Renette said.
“WHAT?!”
Jock’s eyes popped almost out of his sockets.
Julian scratched at his eyebrow, as if he was trying to pull out the answer from his brain to the dilemma in hand.
If they acted with reason, they should turn the ship around and leave imdiately.
“…This is why Kiernan hasn’t been able to escape.”
Jock said with a serious look.
“Also… Look down.”
Julian looked down to the city’s front gate, and when they saw the sa thing, they all turned sickly.
The heads of Martial Order mbers were being proudly displayed on a row of spikes. It was a grueso sight.
“…Kiernan’s head isn’t there, so he is the only one they left alive, but why?”
Renette rubbed her chin thoughtfully.
BANG!
In that mont, sothing smashed through the ship’s hull, and the ship started falling from the sky!
“We’ve been hit!”
Jock shouted.
“Shit!”
Julian cloaked the ship in invisibility.
The ship fell off the sky like a stone dropped from a rooftop, and Renette, with struggle, steered the ship away from the city.
“Argh… We are going down!”
Renette shouted.
In that mont, the ship crash-landed a distance away from the city, and the forest echoed with the sound of splintering wood and twisting tal.
The black smoke lingered towards the sky, but Julian also made that invisible, so it would seem like there was no sign of their crash.
“Huff… What the hell happened?”
Julian asked with a grimace.
They were noticed sohow!
…
At the roof of the Silver Castle, a figure was sitting in the roof in an lean-back stance, wearing a full-body dark cloak with dark sniper tucked under the arm.
“…I sensed sothing.”
Anathema whispered with a cold smile.
In that mont, the dark cloak’s hoodie got blown back, and his face got revealed—it was just a skull with empty hollow sockets.
He was a skinny skeleton!
“I was mistaken?”
Anathema wondered.
He looked to the blue skies and saw that the clouds disappeared, but he sensed sothing above the clouds, so he fired without thinking.
‘…What happened, Anathema?’
A voice asked inside his mind.
“Nothin’, just a false alarm.”
Anathema leaned back and started snoozing off.
…
Renette visited the ship’s engine, turned on a switch, and then ca back to the deck to see Jock taking care of the smoke.
“…Alright, now!”
Jock shouted.
“Haah…”
Julian undid his invisibility, and the ship ca back into view, but because of Jock, the smoke wasn’t as bad anymore.
It wouldn’t be seen by anyone from the Silver City.
“I checked the engine, and luckily, the ship’s self-repair function is still working. It will slowly fix the ship, but it will take a while.
“anwhile, we must discuss a plan. I am not sure if your invisibility, Julian, is strong enough to save Kiernan without being seen.”
Renette said.
“…Hmm.”
Julian sighed.
They had already tested his invisibility and even Renette couldn’t sense him, but they couldn’t tell whether those inhumanly strong people over in Silver City would be able to detect him.
“…I still want to try.”
Julian said with a serious look.
“…”
Renette looked at him silently.
“HOOOOOOOOOOOOWL!”
In that mont, the ground shook, the sky turned silent, and the animals ran away like a frightened pack of dogs.
They heard a wolf howl. It was so loud.
A large shadow fell over the crashed flying ship, and they turned around… There was a massive wolf standing on a hill, looking straight at them.
It was as big as the ship itself.
