Chapter 46: Phone Call.
(In Raften Household)
''Emilia what's wrong?'' Sara asked the young girl sitting next to her.
Emilia flinched. ''A-Ah, what did you say?'' She turned her head towards Sara.
''I asked what's wrong, you have been looking at the phone for quite so ti.''
''A-Ah, Slych said he will call once he gets to the hotel… And he should have arrived already.'' Emilia said with concern.
''Why don't you call him?'' Sara asked.
Emilia shyly nodded, and with a rapid heartbeat she clicked Slych's number and the phone started ringing.
Emilia waited for 10 seconds and Slych still hasn't answered, she started to get worried until the call finally connected.
*Clank*
''Slych, are you alright?'' Emilia asked with concern.
''I am sorry, but Slych is currently in the bathroom, and he gave his phone for safekeeping!'' Emilia heard a young man's voice which she has never heard before.
''A-Ah… Who is this?'' Emilia asked with a shy voice, she isn't very good at dealing with strangers.
Sara and the rest of Raften family looked at her.
''My na is Kurogami Ichiro, Slych's friend! Who is this?'' Emilia gasped
''I-Ichiro?!'' Emilia asked with shock, everyone in the Raften Household also looked at her in surprise.
''Yup, who is this?'' She heard the young man's voice ask.
''A-Ah… It's Emilia… H-Has Slych ntioned …?'' Emilia asked shyly while twirling her hair.
''Ah, you are the girlfriend, Slych doesn't stop talking about you.'' Emilia had a huge smile after hearing the young man's answer.
''R-Really?!'' Emilia asked with a huge smile.
''Yes, yesterday he talked about you for hours! I got annoyed because I am still single.''
''Hehe…'' Emilia giggled which caused everyone in the Raften family to look at her in surprise.
Sara tried to lean closer to hear what Ichiro was saying.
''I will tell Slych that you called,''
''A-Ah, alright thank you!'' Emilia said with a cheerful voice and grateful smile.
''Tell everyone there that I said hi!''
''A-alright,'' Emilia replied shyly and she saw that call ended.
''What did he say?!'' Sara asked urgently.
''S-Slych was in the bathroom and Ichiro had his phone for safekeeping… And he also said hi to you all…'' Emilia shyly replied.
''Didn't they fight a very bloody battle a few hours ago?'' Sara asked.
''And?'' Zeux asked.
''Shouldn't Ichiro be like… Angry towards him?'' Sara asked.
''Why?'' Penelope asked with a neutral face.
''He lost… Usually, people in my school always get angry for losing.'' Sara answered.
Penelope giggled and said. ''Ichiro and Slych are way different than them, they know how to treat their opponent with respect and they would never go easy on their matches, even against their friends.''
Sara exclaid and nodded thoughtfully.
''So, how was he?'' Penelope asked curiously towards Emilia.
Emilia thought for a mont, then with a slight giggle, she said. ''Very funny.''
Penelope with a gentle smile nodded.

(In the dical Bay 1 Hour Later)
''I am telling you! Purple is not the sa as Violet! Completely different colors!'' Ichiro yelled angrily towards the young man in front of him.
''They both look the sa!'' Evol argued back.
Ichiro took a deep breath. ''Listen to you little sh*t, THEY ARE FUCKING DIFFERENT!''
''How are they different? They look the sa!'' Evol said and took a phone to show the picture of colors violet and purple.
''SEE?!'' Evol pointed at the pictures.
''Are you blind?!'' Ichiro said angrily, he pointed at the picture. ''Purple is darker in color, while violet is lighter!''
''They are practically the sa!'' Evol argued back.
Ichiro stood up. ''Alright, I will hit the stupidity out of your head!''
Evol also stood up and rolled up his sleeves. ''Bring it!''
''Ugh…'' They were about to fight until they heard a noise coming from the bed.
Everyone in the room was amused seeing the argunt between Ichiro and Evol, but then they heard a groaning sound from the bed and everyone quickly turned their heads towards Slych and saw him opening his eyes.
''Slych!'' mbers of Armya exclaid and surrounded the bed.
''W-Where am I?'' Slych asked drowsily and sat up in the bed.
''Do you rember anything?'' Eyrim asked with concern.
Slych opened his eyes and rembered everything that happened before he fell asleep.
Slych nodded. ''I do…''
''Are you alright?'' Rawal asked with a rare concerned expression.
Slych nodded. ''Yeah… I was lucky that Mars saved …''
mbers of Armya sighed and nodded.
Slych looked around the dical Bay and saw Ichiro.
He looked at him and saw Ichiro give a thumbs up.
''Can I have a mont with Ichiro, thanks,'' Slych asked, the mbers of Armya and Lucas nodded and left the dical Bay.
Ichiro walked next to the bed and sat down in the chair.
''What happened to my attacker?'' Slych asked first with a clenched fist.
''Dead,'' Ichiro replied.
Slych sighed and nodded, he wryly smiled. ''I guess you were right, the people from Ramu are plotting sothing.''
Ichiro smirked. ''Not for long…''
Slych raised an eyebrow.
Ichiro told him that they got the confession from the younger referee and the video clips of Ledorman and the confession are going to be broadcasted in news.
''The tournant will be canceled, that's for sure,'' Slych said, Ichiro nodded.
''Ramu will be the highlight of the entire Arya continent after the News co out,'' Ichiro said.
Slych chuckled. ''Yeah… I think we need to get out before the News Reporters start to swarm the city.''
''Yes… We are going to leave tomorrow back to Irio.'' Ichiro replied.
''Oh…'' Slych sullenly looked at the ground.
Ichiro saw his sullen face, he patted his shoulder. ''We are going to et again.''
Slych nodded and chuckled. ''And I will win next ti again.''
''You got lucky this ti around!'' Ichiro scoffed.
Slych chuckled.
''By the way, Emilia called you,'' Ichiro said.
Slych with a hurry took the phone and saw a phone call which lasted over a minute.
''Did you answer?'' Slych asked with a raised eyebrow.
''Yup!''
''Uhh… Why?''
''She was probably going to be anxious if she didn't hear anything about you, so I talked with her and told her that you were in the bathroom and couldn't answer the phone - So you being attacked is still secret!''
''Thanks…'' Slych nodded gratefully, with a small smile she dialed Emilia's phone number which started ringing shortly afterward.
Only about a second later the call connected.
*Clank*
''Slych?'' Slych heard Emilia's sweet voice.
Slych imdiately had a huge smile on his face. ''Hey, Emilia.''
''Ah! How are you? Are you injured?!'' Slych only wryly smiled after hearing Emilia's rapid questions, but he felt sweet inside.
''I am fine - I heard you talked about Ichiro, I am sorry that I wasn't available at that mont.''
''It's fine! I am just glad that you are fine…'' Emilia answered shyly with a visible blush on her face, but Slych couldn't see it, but blush also started forming on his face.
''Thanks for worrying…'' Slych with blush answered.
''Nn…'' Emilia muttered and nodded.
''W-Well… Is my reward still available…'' Slych with a shy smile asked.
Slych heard sothing crash on the other side of the phone call.
''Emilia?! Are you alright?!'' Slych asked with urgency.
''Ah… I am fine!'' Emilia with a shaky tone said she dropped her phone because of the sudden question, her cute young face was dyed in color of pink while rembering the bold promise she gave before Slych's match against Ichiro.
''Ah, good.'' Slych sighed a relief.
''A-And… About the reward… Y-You will receive it…'' Emilia said very quietly, her whole face was dyed in pink.
Slych couldn't hide his smile at all. ''Alright!''
''Are you in hotel now?'' Slych heard Emilia ask.
''Not yet, I am still with Ichiro in the Stadium, but we are going to leave soon,'' Slych answered.
''Ah, I see… Then should we talk later when you reach the hotel?''
''Yes, I will call you after I reach my hotel room.''
''O-Ok… Stay safe… I-I love you…'' Emilia said with a very quiet voice with huge blush, she looked around the room and sighed a relief that no one was around to hear her.
''A-Ah…'' Slych was stunned for a mont, but with a fast heartbeat and huge blush, he said. ''Take care… I love you.''
With huge blush, he ended the phone call and fell down heavily on the bed.
But next to him, a young man sitting on the chair was grudgingly looking at Slych… Ichiro clicked his tongue. ''Tsk.''
'Did Slych do that on purpose because I am single? We singles have feelings too! But damn that conversation was too sweet and I feel like I have diabetes right now!' Ichiro thought while clutching his chest in pain.
Ichiro could literally feel hearts flying all around the phone and around Slych while he was talking with Emilia.
He almost vomited because of the sugar overdose he received.
'Is that how every couple acts? Or is it just those two… Would I act like them with my girlfriend… Nah no way… I can't imagine acting like that, Slych literally transford into a maiden in love… And I definitely won't act like that once I get a girlfriend! If I get a girlfriend… I think I can get one… Bad thoughts go away! But there is no way that I will act like that… Yup… I promise…I think…'
Many people will suffer from sugar overdose once Ichiro gets a girlfriend…
