"Huh, calling for backup?" sneered the man in the leather coat with utter disdain. "You think you’re tough?"

Wu Li ignored him, patting Chen Ting on the shoulder, "Hang in there a bit, I’ve called soone to handle this."

Upon hearing this, Chen Ting nodded and said, "Ah, these people, they have no limits, they just want to pressure into selling the shop."

Wu Li chuckled, "No worries, in a few days, we’ll have this lot co over to apologize."

"Hey, the young kids nowadays love to talk big, coming over to apologize? Am I supposed to be scared by that?"

The man in the leather coat scoffed and took a few steps forward, getting close to Wu Li and others, lowered his voice and said, "I’m laying it down here today, calling the cops is no use, I do a few days inside and once out, I’ll be back to deal with you!"

Chen Ting was so angry he was shaking, Chen Ling and Wu Wenhua also had ugly expressions on their faces.

Wu Li had no intention of responding to this trash, pulling Chen Ting around to not look and walked towards his aunt and Chen Ling.

"Wu Li, can you handle this?"

Chen Ling asked, sowhat anxious, while Wu Wenhua also ca over, patting Chen Ting’s shoulder without saying a word.

Wu Li smiled, "Don’t worry, leave it to ."

Chen Ting, "Wu Li, should we call the police?"

Wu Li shook his head, "This kind of person, probably been in more than once, that’s why he’s so fearless, let’s not rush, I’ll play along with them."

Chen Ling jumped, "Don’t do anything rash!"

She had seen the video of Wu Li taking down an ard criminal and knew how capable Wu Li was.

Wu Li laughed, "How could I possibly act rashly, don’t worry, it’s all small stuff."

Everyone present knew that Wu Li now had great ability, not to ntion anything else, just his Martial Arts Hall had three branches in Shudu now, so hearing Wu Li say that gave them much comfort.

The crowd of onlookers did not diminish, so people left, and others joined, after all, with such a large group of people gathered around, many were curious about what was going on.

After about twenty minutes, soone squeezed through.

"Wu sir?" a voice suddenly ca.

Wu Li turned around and saw a tall, middle-aged man.

"Uh, hello."

Wu Li was a bit embarrassed, he rembered teaching the man, but couldn’t recall his na.

Seeing Wu Li respond, the man walked over sowhat excitedly, "Wu sir, I’m Zhao Yuan, you once taught Xingyi."

Wu Li nodded, "Yeah, I rember, how many people did you bring?"

Zhao Yuan replied, "Five people."

With that said, the other four made their way through the crowd.

"Wu sir."

"Boss Wu."

Another person in the group was one of the first coaches from Bo Yuan Martial Arts Hall, who had also learned martial arts with Wu Li, while the other three had joined later.

The three calling Wu Li ’Boss Wu’ exchanged looks and eyed the two veteran coaches with so envy.

It might seem like just a title, but it represented a bond. Bo Yuan Company now had over eighty branches nationwide, with close to a thousand employees under its wing, and it was set to continue expanding. Wu Li was the chairman of such a company.

In the future, no matter how many people would call Wu Li ’Boss Wu’, coaches like Zhao Yuan who had been taught by Wu Li could call him ’Wu sir’, which imdiately set them apart.

Wu Li nodded at them, "You’ve all learned grappling, haven’t you?"

Zhao Yuan and the others were taken aback, then nodded, "We have."

Wu Li pointed at the three n opposite, "Then I’ll check your grappling level, and you can practice on those three."

"What?"

The five were flabbergasted; they had co to help when they got the call but had truly not expected to have to fight. After all, with Wu Li’s combat power, did he really need their help?

One of them quickly caught on and said directly, "Boss Wu, watch !"

He had just been envious of Zhao Yuan and the others for their relationship with Wu Wenhua, but now, wasn’t an opportunity knocking on the door? This was a perfect chance to show off in front of the boss!

The rest figured it out too and rubbed their hands with glee, eyeing the man in the leather jacket and his two accomplices.

The color drained from the leather-jacketed man’s face. At a glance, he could tell Zhao Yuan and the others were formidable fighters. Plus, he hadn’t expected Wu Wenhua to call for backup to engage in a brawl, especially with so many onlookers around in broad daylight.

"What are you trying to do?"

"Go!"

"Ah!"

Five n pounced like wolves and tigers. They were all forr professional boxers who had beco coaches after retirent. Although they trained less intensely now, dealing with a few ordinary guys was a breeze.

Besides, with the big boss watching and demanding an evaluation of their capturing skills, what was there to question? Each exploded with trendous fighting power and quickly ended the fight.

Zhao Yuan and his four comrades floored the three leather-jacketed n, pinning them down; two of the victors even felt annoyed at not having made a ’kill’.

"Let go!"

"What are you trying to do!"

"Ah, it hurts, let go..."

Ignoring the wails coming from the leather-jacketed n and their company, Wu Wenhua said to the two coaches who hadn’t scored a takedown, "Take out their cell phones."

So, the two coaches searched and grabbed all three cell phones.

"What are you going to do!" The leather-jacketed man was frantic.

Three phones in total, Wu Wenhua motioned to set them on the ground, then stepped on them right in front of the leather-jacketed man.

Bang!

Wu Wenhua exerted force under his foot, shattering the screen of a mobile phone, followed by the second and the third.

The onlooking crowd was amazed. Just monts ago, the leather-jacketed bunch was acting all cocky, and now, they were being subdued on the ground, helplessly watching as their mobile phones were crushed.

Then Wu Wenhua stepped into the bookstore and tossed a bag of coins in front of the leather-jacketed man.

"This is to compensate for your phones. Count it. If it’s not enough, I’ll have soone bring more. I’m not short on cash."

Behind him, Chen Ting watched and felt extrely satisfied; he had been disgusted by that bag of coins a mont ago.

"Good!"

"Ha-ha!"

"Beautifully done."

Many among the onlookers clapped and cheered; they had seen everything from start to finish and knew that it was the leather-jacketed n who were deliberately bullying others. Now, Wu Wenhua had turned the tables on them, and everyone felt a sense of justice being served.

"I’m telling you, you guys started it, and you smashed my phone, even if the police co, I’ll be in the right!" The leather-jacketed man said defiantly with a tilt of his neck.

Wu Wenhua squatted down, patted the leather-jacketed man’s face, which made him turn a furious shade of red.

"With soone like you, when I talk reason, you play dirty; when I stoop to your level, you turn to legalities. Fine, you’re in the right, is that it? Want to call the cops, is that it? No worries, your phone’s busted—I’ll call them for you."

The leather-jacketed man glared at Wu Wenhua, teeth clenched; he felt like he had kicked an iron plate this ti.

Originally, his brother-in-law had his eyes on this bookstore, thinking the location was excellent to convert into a bubble tea shop, but the bookstore’s owner just wouldn’t sell.

When the brother-in-law ntioned it, he thought, what kind of backing could a couple running a bookstore have? So, he took it upon himself, guaranteeing to make the owner bow his head within a month.

He had done similar things in the past, never crossing certain lines, but he knew how to be a nuisance. Ordinary folks, when faced with such harassnt, often lost patience and ended up compensating him. Today, however, it seed he was up against soone solid, not your average Joe.

"Dare to leave a na?" the leather-jacketed man asked.

"Hmph, you’re not worthy."

Wu Wenhua didn’t want to waste words with such a person and turned to speak to Chen Ting, "Uncle, you can call the police now."

The reason for not calling the police right away was to first vent so frustration; once the officers arrived, it wouldn’t be as easy to handle.

Given Wu Wenhua’s current status, it wasn’t ideal for him to get hands-on; it could attract negative dia attention and also seed beneath him, which is why he had others fight on his behalf.

As Chen Ting started to call the police, Wu Wenhua pulled out his phone to call Liu Yuanbo.

"Yuan Bo, I need another favor..."
