Third Avenue, residence number 34.

In the first-floor lobby, three n circled a table, engrossed in a card ga. Guns lay scattered on the table and three computers displaying various surveillance footage stood on an adjacent table.

"I heard Pabiao’s dead."

"Yes, I heard too."

"Why did it happen?"

"Apparently, the boss had sent him to track soone down, but he ran into a shootout between Hongn and others and got killed."

"Ha, that guy, really had bad luck."

"He was tracking the father of the girl who escaped last ti."

"That girl with yellow skin and blue eyes?"

"That’s right, her."

"Tsk, she was an A-grade product."

"Too bad, no chance to taste."

"An A-grade product, no one’s allowed to touch. Not even the guys upstairs can defy the boss’s rule, and you think you want to touch her?"

"Didn’t the last A-grade product sell for 500,000 euros?"

"Even more. I heard it was over 600,000."

"Damn, the rich really splurge!"

"The one that ran away was a rare gem. I bet she would have fetched 1 million!"

"1 million?"

"Maybe even more! That’s why the boss was so furious when she escaped. Parker and the others probably got killed by the boss."

The three n continued chatting while playing cards. As a ga finished, one looked up toward the upstairs, where faint music could be heard.

"Shit, those two guys upstairs playing with won, and we’re stuck here on duty."

"Those perverts, always end up killing the girl. The room’s all covered in blood, and we have to clean it up."

"Damn, those assholes better go to hell sooner!"

"It’d be good if they t an accident like Pabiao."

...

Wu stood on the air-conditioning unit outside of a three-story house, a window to his right projecting light outward.

Leaping the distance of over a ter, Wu’s hands firmly caught the protruding windowsill, suspending his body in midair.

With a pull-up, Wu slowly peeked through the window, his eyes widening at the scene inside:

On a large bed, two n were brutally assaulting an obviously underage girl.

Blood was everywhere on the sheets, and the young girl was covered in wounds, her flesh torn open.

Loud rock music mixed with n’s laughter and the girl’s screams filtered through the window. Observing such cruelty, Wu could hardly believe humans could do this to their own kind.

After watching for a few seconds, anger surged through Wu, fury ignited. With a powerful push from his hands, he crouched on the windowsill, and then like a spear, his right elbow violently smashed forward.

Crash! The sound of shattering glass.

Wu broke the window with his elbow, tumbling into the room.

The reveling duo on the bed, high and delirious, seed confused.

Without hesitation, Wu lunged forward, covering the distance in a blink.

Crack! Crack!

Two crisp snaps, the n clutching their throats, collapsed.

"You got off easy," Wu’s eyes cold, he stared at the two n.

Then he looked at the young girl on the bed, who was in a state akin to drifting away and already at death’s brink.

Wu gently covered her with a blanket, crouching down to look at her.

Seeing Wu, a spark of life flashed across the girl’s eyes as she looked at the two n lying motionless on the floor, hate and fear in her eyes, and finally, a sense of relief.

Wu quietly watched her as the light slowly faded from the girl’s eyes.

Gently closing her eyes, Wu stood up with an icy expression, moved to the room’s door, listened to the noise outside for a mont, then opened the door and walked out.

The hallway was empty, carpeted in red, with an escalator not far to the right.

Wu swiftly shut the door behind him; the loud music inside the room had muffled the sound of the window breaking earlier.

Glancing towards the staircase, Wu silently walked to the left.

Reaching a room at the end of the hallway, he pressed his ear against the door, hearing the sound of soone typing on a keyboard.

Wu crouched down and pulled a pair of short knives from his trousers legs—the ones Li San had given him that day.

With the short knives in hand, Wu tried turning the doorknob quietly.

It turned!

Taking a deep breath, Wu turned the handle, opened the door, and rushed in.

It was a study, a short-haired man sitting at the desk looking at a computer.

As the door opened, the man jolted, looking up to see Wu barging in, his pupils contracting as he quickly reacted.

The man grabbed a pistol from the desk and without hesitation fired at Wu!

As Wu opened the door and saw the man inside, he dove forward, simultaneously pulling the door shut again.

Bang!

A gunshot rang out, echoing downstairs.

The three n playing cards downstairs paused initially, then quickly realized what was going on, glanced at the surveillance footage on a nearby computer, saw nothing unusual, and grabbed the guns on the table. One stayed put, while the other two rushed upstairs.

In the room, Wu hadn’t expected the man to shoot so rapidly, barely taking less than 0.5 seconds to grab the gun and fire.

In the mont before the man shot, Wu’s body sharply contracted into a Monkey Squat, dodging the bullet aid at his chest.

Military Maga Skill (Master Level),

Overall Score: A— (37%),

This was the result displayed by the system detection, Master Level Military Maga Skill!

According to the information from Li San, several leaders of the Bill Brothers Association practiced Military Maga Skill. The best were two people: the boss Bill and his younger brother, Baer.

Li San had never fought these two, but so of Hongn’s Red Sticks had been severely injured by them. Later, based on the descriptions from the victims, Li San surmised that apart from himself, no one else in New York’s Hongn could match these two brothers in a one-on-one fight.

The person before him was either Bill or Baer. Wu, taking no chances, threw the short knife in his left hand towards the man’s chest as he crouched.

Wu wasn’t particularly trained in using hidden weapons, but at such close range, he couldn’t miss, and with his strength, the knife could penetrate the man’s body completely.

Facing the incoming short knife, the man raised his pistol and shot accurately, knocking the short knife away.

"This spear technique..."

Wu’s heart shuddered, recognizing that he was facing the best marksman he had encountered yet.

Not giving the opponent a chance to fire a third shot, Wu lunged in Tiger Form, transitioning from Monkey Form. Since he couldn’t use the Ultimate Killing Move boosted by Tiger Hugging Head, Wu could only prioritize speed.

The opponent reacted quickly as well, unhesitatingly dropping his gun and stepping back, reaching behind with his right hand.

Thrust!

Wu slashed with his knife, aiming for the man’s crown, but the man moved back swiftly, the blade rely slicing the front of his clothing, leaving a bloodstain on his chest.

Swish! A cold light flashed as the man flung his right hand from behind his back, now wielding a dagger.
