The extinguished flas burned the space, a kind of fire that doesn’t exist in the present world, pitch black and twisted, so cold at first sight that it sends a chill rising from the heart.
Yet more terrifying than the flas were the eyes dwelling in the shadows beneath them.
Those eyes were piled high with hatred and venom, as though they contained hatred deeper than Hell.
Boom!!!
The head of World Light exploded with a bang, a twisted phantom erged from the smoke and slowly descended into the flas.
The figure slowly solidified, humanoid but with a hint of peculiarity, standing atop the twisted flas as if the master of it all.
However, unlike those twisted, hateful eyes and flas, this phantom radiated an indescribable sense of sanctity.
In stark contrast to the surrounding space-consuming flas.
Like an angel descending in Hell, reflected before Su Tu’s eyes.
"You shouldn’t have asked that question."
The voice of World Light erged from the void, imbued with an indescribable chill, with an invisible frost beginning to spread around, even the blood-colored avenue was covered with a layer of frosty white.
But upon closer inspection, this frosty white was not covered in snow and frost but rather tiny icy flas.
These frosty fires spread extrely fast, almost instantly filling the entire blood-colored avenue, covering even Su Tu with these dense frosty flas.
Rendering his whole body extrely pale, as if bathed in snow.
However, Su Tu paid no mind to the layer of frostfire covering him, he rely gazed calmly at the hellish sea of fire ahead, at the phantom of World Light, then at those venomous gazing eyes.
His pitch-black pupils flickering with inexpressible emotions, he scrutinized each eye beneath the flas as if seeing deeper emotions through them.
He sensed from those eyes complex and intricate yet pure emotions, like a web of intertwined threads.
It was boundless hatred, relentless intent to kill, an unchangeable will, an animosity etched deep into the soul, casting hostility within the bloodline!!
And this hatred, hostility, and killing intent were not directed at Su Tu the individual, but because he was a human, and thus it ca.
This was an intense emotion aid at the entire Human Race.
This feeling was not unfamiliar to Su Tu, similar to how humans viewed beasts, only, humans’ feelings towards beasts were like the disgust of seeing cockroaches.
Yet the emotions in these eyes were hundreds, thousands, ten thousand tis stronger than humans’ instincts!
Feeling these emotions, Su Tu’s eyes narrowed slightly, looking at the phantom erging from World Light’s head, and spoke with a complex tone.
"It seems, I guessed right, didn’t I?"
"The so-called Void Spirits are indeed the life forms of this Star River, you were never the intruders, but the masters of this Star River."
With extrely calm words, Su Tu spoke a sentence that could overturn the entire worldview of the Star River.
This sentence ant to change thousands of years of understanding about the Star River, toppling all its history as this long-despised external race turned out to be native beings.
This is simply madness, to the eyes of the masses, the Void Spirits were nothing but a group of powerful, mysterious, and unapproachable lunatics.
Yet Su Tu’s remark completely overturned everything.
If heard by outsiders, they would surely think Su Tu was insane.
Once Su Tu uttered these words, it was akin to poking a hornet’s nest entirely.
Crash!!!
The flas grew extrely chaotic, more twisted, even the phantom of World Light standing upon them seemingly unable to control them.
Countless incomprehensible whispers echoed from the flas, the eyes’ owners as if mad began to contort, countless ghostly phantoms attempted to breach the flas, lunging towards Su Tu.
The twisted flas seed on the verge of total eruption, the fire lost control, and even began devouring the surrounding frostfire.
Screech!!
Black flas entwined with frostfire surged madly towards Su Tu, turning into black mists, through which countless ghostly hands reached out, struggling, grasping, as if to seize Su Tu.
The deep-seated hatred seed to take form, intent on tearing him apart.
Su Tu just stood there, witnessing it all, looking at those terrifying, twisted hands, his gaze unchanged from start to finish.
As those hands seed about to touch him...
Crack...
A sound of shattering was heard, and the black mist and white frost dissolved rapidly, leaving only the phantom of World Light quietly descending to the ground.
"You shouldn’t have spoken, my current state is rely a Split Spirit, unable to suppress ’our’ hatred toward the Human Race."
"Honestly, I’m not surprised you know all this, but you shouldn’t know it now."
"Which Immortal told you?"
World Light stood nearby, quietly observing Su Tu.
The two of them at that mont seed to have reached an indescribable understanding, with neither side intending to strike.
They appeared like a calm lake, yet beneath that tranquility lay unimaginable undercurrents.
"That is not sothing you need to know."
