Fu Zilin laughed, "Pleasing guests is our job."

Qi Cheng’s wedding was set to take place at Fu Zilin’s hotel. For Fu Zilin, it was undoubtedly a fantastic opportunity to make money.

Many guests ca from other cities and chose to stay here if they were not in a hurry to leave.

He looked at Ji Yunhuan, "Did you co down here for sothing?"

"No, I just ca to take a look." Ji Yunhuan was also about to leave.

She wanted to see how the arrangents were going, but her second sister-in-law had everything well-prepared.

Even though it was her wedding with Qi Cheng, her second sister-in-law was the one who put in the most effort.

Fu Zilin said, "I heard that Xia Duo annoyed you again today? Please don’t hold a grudge against her, Mrs. Qi."

Ji Yunhuan stopped in her tracks and looked back at Fu Zilin, "So Director Fu is here to confront . If that’s the case, I apologize for offending Ms. Xia."

After all, Xia Duo was the woman Fu Zilin was dating. Last ti, Fu Zilin hadn’t ntioned anything about her splashing coffee on Xia Duo, but they clashed again today. He probably couldn’t hold back anymore.

Fu Zilin smiled, "Mrs. Qi, there’s no need to be so polite."

"If Director Fu thinks it’s necessary, I’ll make an official visit to apologize to Ms. Xia another day."

"That’s not necessary." People said Ji Yunhuan was arrogant and overbearing, but he didn’t expect her to be so sincere.

Ironically, her sincerity only caused Xia Duo to suffer twice.

"Since that’s the case, please convey my apology to Ms. Xia." Ji Yunhuan had only casually ntioned making an official visit to apologize. She didn’t really believe he would insist on her going.

She believed Fu Zilin also understood why she always clashed with Xia Duo. The reason was nothing more than Qi Cheng. Xia Duo used to belong to Qi Cheng, and now that she was with Fu Zilin, it was impossible for Fu Zilin not to care about Xia Duo’s lingering feelings for Qi Cheng.

It was just amazing that Fu Zilin and Qi Cheng could still remain friends.

Coming out of the hall, Ji Yunhuan happened to bump into her second brother and second sister-in-law.

"Yunhuan." Her second sister-in-law called out to her.

Ji Yunhuan nodded and greeted them.

"We’re going to have dinner. What about you?"

Ji Yunhuan declined her second sister-in-law’s invitation, "Second Brother and Second Sister-in-law have been busy all day with our wedding arrangents. You should go rest! I won’t disturb you."

"Then we’ll go ahead." Her second sister-in-law smiled, hooked her arm around her second brother’s, and left.

Ji Yunhuan looked at their loving backs with envy.

They had been together for so many years and never thought of parting ways. Childhood sweethearts! It was truly enviable. Even now, their relationship was still so good.

When she got into the elevator, Ji Yunhuan suddenly thought of her own childhood sweetheart, Gu Yubai. When she first t Gu Yubai, he was only ten years old. The first ti he visited her house, her mother told her to call him, "Brother Yubai."

Actually, Gu Yubai was only two years older than her.

Ji Yunhuan looked at him coldly and couldn’t be bothered with him.

But they couldn’t avoid each other as they went to the sa school. He often ca to the classroom door to call her. Often, girls would co over and say, "Ji Yunhuan, there’s a handso guy outside looking for you."

Good-looking people had advantages. Whenever he ca, a group of innocent girls would be excited just by looking at him.

At that ti, they all knew Ji Yunhuan was his girlfriend.

Every ti she saw that gentle face of his, Ji Yunhuan wanted to stomp on him.

He was very good to her then. They were part of each other’s growing up.

Even when she had her first period, it was Gu Yubai who bought her sanitary pads.

It’s embarrassing to talk about it now.

But she couldn’t deny that they once had that kind of relationship.

But now...

To her, the Gu Family felt more like enemies.

In the past, his parents treated her like a treasure.

Now...

They beca enemies who couldn’t stand the sight of each other.

When Ji Yunhuan returned to her room, she was surprised to find her elder brother and Leilei there. This was the first ti her elder brother visited Qi Cheng since Qi Cheng got injured. He stood beside her, and his clear voice resounded in the room, "Feeling better now? I told you to drink less."

Leilei sat beside her, playing with the cup on the table with her small hands.

Her elder brother turned his head to look at Ji Yunhuan when he heard the door open.

Ji Yunhuan greeted him, "Brother."

He nodded.

Nothing else was said.

Qi Cheng, however, said, "Take Leilei out for a mont. I have sothing to discuss with Brother."

Ji Yunhuan glanced at Leilei and obediently said, "Leilei, let’s go out!"

Leilei didn’t want to leave her father, "I want to stay here."

"Be good, listen. Go out with your aunt and wait for outside for two minutes."

Seeing her father’s serious look, Leilei finally nodded and let Ji Yunhuan take her hand and walk out.

In the corridor, Ji Yunhuan watched Leilei. She seed unaware of her parents’ talk about divorce. Judging from her father’s attitude, he didn’t intend to let his daughter know about it either. He always doted on Leilei. He probably didn’t want to divorce because of his children’s feelings.

Although his wife believed the reason he wouldn’t divorce was because of another woman.

"Why are you looking at ?" Leilei asked Ji Yunhuan.

Ji Yunhuan laughed, "You helped twice today. Why? Don’t you hate anymore?"

Leilei turned her face away in embarrassnt and didn’t look at her.

Ji Yunhuan reached out to hug her and kissed her cheek, "Sweetie, you’re too good. I wish I had a daughter like you."

"Gross." Leilei wiped her cheek with her hand in disgust.

Knowing she was only shy, Ji Yunhuan didn’t expose her.

Soon, her elder brother ca out. Seeing Ji Yunhuan and Leilei getting along so well, he said, "We’re leaving. Take good care of Qi Cheng."

"Take care, brother. Bye, Leilei."

Leilei looked at her briefly and then left proudly holding her father’s hand.

Ji Yunhuan pushed open the door and went back inside. Qi Cheng was leaning against the headboard and asked her, "Did you see Brother and Sister-in-law fighting today?"

"Oh, did Brother co to talk about that?" Ji Yunhuan wasn’t surprised. They were probably afraid she would spread the news about them. Ji Yunhuan closed the door, climbed onto the bed, and lay down.

She thought, the Qi Family was indeed complex.

Qi Cheng said, "Sort of."

But he knew Ji Yunhuan wouldn’t talk about it.

So he didn’t ntion anything more.

Ji Yunhuan looked up at him, "Did Brother also tell you to tell not to talk around?"

"You are smart."

"You’re just figuring that out?" She said narcissistically.

"Do you have so untold grudge with the Gu Family?" Qi Cheng suddenly changed the topic.

Ji Yunhuan was stunned.

She looked at Qi Cheng. He asked this because of the car accident, didn’t he?

He found out?

So soon?

Ji Yunhuan also had soone investigating, but the other side hid everything well, and she couldn’t find out anything. But it didn’t an it could escape Qi Cheng.
