He searched for a long ti but couldn’t find her.
Anxiously, he swam further out.
Under the sea, he couldn’t see her shadow.
He had no idea where she had gone.
She really had no regard for her life!
Qi Cheng suddenly felt a twinge of regret for bringing Ji Yunhuan here.
He didn’t know how long it had been; after surfacing for air several tis, he finally found Ji Yunhuan behind a large reef. She wasn’t in the water but sitting on a big rock.
The rock was very flat, much larger than the ones they had just been on.
This side would be impossible to reach unless one was a strong swimr.
She was wearing a beach dress, which had dried in the wind. She sat by the shore, her legs elegantly dangling, her slender calves making her look like a rmaid who had just grown legs.
Her dium-length hair was still a bit wet, blowing gracefully in the wind.
Qi Cheng climbed out of the water, stood beside her, and looked at her with a deep, intense gaze.
Ji Yunhuan didn’t sense his anger at all. "Why did you co over?" she asked.
"You made really angry." Qi Cheng’s entire body exuded a cold aura as he walked up to Ji Yunhuan, his anger undisguised.
Ji Yunhuan swung her feet. "I thought the scenery here was quite nice, so I stayed a bit longer."
"But you should have at least told !" He stopped beside her angrily, looking down at her.
"Swimming back and forth is troubleso." Faced with his stern expression, Ji Yunhuan felt guilty. "Why do you have to look at with such a scary expression?"
"And it’s not troubleso for to look for you everywhere?" He squatted his tall body, sitting beside her.
Ji Yunhuan replied nonchalantly, "I didn’t ask you to look for ."
"Don’t go too far."
"I am this brazen!" Qi Cheng lowered his head to kiss her again, but Ji Yunhuan blocked him. "Be gentle, how will I go back later?"
She was dressed like this. If he kissed her now, walking back on the beach, she wouldn’t want to face anyone!
"Can you carry ?"
"Are you underestimating ?" He wrapped his arms around her, easily lifting her onto a nearby smaller rock, then squatted in front of her.
Normally, he had never carried her before, so Ji Yunhuan felt a bit uncomfortable with it. "Is this okay?"
"Hurry up." He urged her.
Ji Yunhuan, unable to refuse, climbed onto his back...
When they walked out, those n in black had been secretly standing guard for a long ti.
Leaning on Qi Cheng’s shoulder, Ji Yunhuan asked, "Do you think I’m heavy?"
"Very heavy."
"Really?" Although she was slim, she stood at about five foot seven, weighing a hundred pounds. For Mr. Qi, who was used to a pampered life, carrying a hundred pounds was unusual.
So Ji Yunhuan still felt a bit pressured.
He deliberately walked very slowly. After a while, he said, "The whole world is on my back. Do you think it’s heavy or not?"
Ji Yunhuan paused.
She hadn’t expected Qi Cheng to suddenly say sothing like that.
Listening to others say it wouldn’t evoke any feelings. But when he said it, she had this illusion that his shoulders had suddenly beco broader.
