Tania’s sobbing ca to an abrupt halt. Her eyes, monts ago brimming with fake tears, now burned with fury. For a second, a flash of pure hatred passed over her face.

She wanted to strike then and there, to make Gabriel suffer. But she restrained herself. ’Not yet,’ she thought. ’First, I get into the Beaumont family. Then I destroy them—one by one.’

When she looked back up at him, her rage was gone, masked behind sadness and scorn.

"Love?" she scoffed bitterly. "That’s long dead. Denis still pines for Anne. Can you believe it?" Her voice was filled with resentnt. "He never cared about . Not really. All I was a shadow in her place. He called her na when he slept with . It was so humiliating."

Frustration radiated off her. "Now I want revenge. I want him to regret every mont he overlooked . I want to take back what I gave him and more."

Gabriel let out a cold, humorless snort. His lip curled. "You’ve got guts saying that to his father."

Then, without warning, he grabbed her throat again, his fingers tightening with murderous intent. His eyes darkened, the threat in them unmistakable.

"Do you think I won’t end you right here?" he growled.

But Tania didn’t flinch. Her fingers wrapped slowly around his wrist. "I know what you are capable of," she managed to press out those words. "But I also know sothing else..."

Her other hand slipped under the blanket and gripped his erection.

Gabriel stiffened.

She watched his face change, the fury in his eyes flickering as sothing else stirred in its place. His hold around her throat loosened. His body betrayed him.

She smiled knowingly. "You don’t hate my touch," she purred.

Gabriel’s breath hitched as she moved her hand along his length, his muscles tensing, his head tipping back as he closed his eyes, caught between control and surrender. Every breath he took now ca heavier, slower.

Tania eased him down to the pillow, her figure hovering over his. Her voice dripped like honey as she leaned close to his ear.

"I can give you things you haven’t had in years. I’m young, beautiful... everything n dream of." She paused, then added, with deadly precision, "And I can give you a child. An heir."

At those final words, Gabriel’s eyes flew open, his entire body going rigid. The thought struck deep. He had always longed for a child of his own. But Jeanne’s health had made that impossible, leaving him with no choice but to place his hopes on Denis.

Yet Denis had never given him a grandson, a legacy.

But now... if Tania could bear him a child, his own blood, he wouldn’t need Denis anymore. He could cast him aside without hesitation, without guilt. He’d finally have what he wanted, and Denis would be nothing.

But then another mory surfaced.

"Wait," he said sharply, gripping her arms. "Your dical record... You were having trouble conceiving, weren’t you?"

Tania t his eyes steadily. "That was a long ti ago," she said. "I’ve been under treatnt for a while now. My condition has improved. If you need proof, co with to the clinic. I’ll show you everything."

Gabriel studied her face closely, trying to read the truth in her expression. Doubt lingered, but the more he looked at her, the more he felt tempted to take the chance.

Tania was young, attractive, and could offer him a kind of physical satisfaction he hadn’t known in years. If she ended up unable to give him a child, he could simply get rid of her when he got tired of her. Either way, he’d make sure he ca out on top.

After a long pause, he pulled her closer, pressing her body to his chest. His grip was tight, almost possessive.

"If you lie to , I will kill you," he said darkly. "But if you stay loyal, if you give what I want, I’ll protect you. You’ll have everything."

And then, without another word, he crushed his mouth to hers, his kiss fierce, driven by lust and hunger.

But Tania pushed against his chest, stopping him.

"Let take care of you first," she murmured and took back control with ease.

She picked up right where she had left off, her hand gliding along his length with deliberate rhythm.

The sensation was intense, almost unbearable. Gabriel’s control slipped as the heat built inside him. His breath turned shallow as the tension within him climbed fast and hard. His hips instinctively lifted to match her pace, chasing the release.

The pressure surged until it overtook him completely. His body tensed, trembling as he climaxed, his muscles tightening as the mont consud him.

Tania simply smiled, her mind already several steps ahead.

Gabriel lay still, his chest rising and falling. He stared blankly at the ceiling, trying to process what had just happened. The sha he expected didn’t co. Instead, a disturbing sense of satisfaction settled in his chest. He didn’t hate it. He liked it.

The rush of power, the thrill of being with soone so much younger than him – it was intoxicating.

Beside him, Tania moved calmly, wiping her hands before tossing the tissue into the trash bin. Gabriel turned his head toward her.

"How did you get out of jail?"

Tania glanced back, her expression unreadable. Only she knew what she had endured behind those walls, and the things she had done to walk free.

"Good behavior," she said smoothly. "They released early."

Then she looked him dead in the eye. "So... when are you going to marry ?"

Gabriel reached out and tugged her close by the arm, pulling her toward him with a smirk.

"Eager to beco Mrs. Beaumont, aren’t you?" he sneered. "Tell what’s really going on in that head of yours."

Tania didn’t flinch. She smiled faintly.

"I’m just afraid you’ll forget ," she said with a sigh. "What will I do if you toss aside like nothing? I’m powerless. I have no protection. If you decide to discard , I can do nothing."
