Angela looked up, desperately searching Butler the manager’s and Luke’s faces for even the slightest hint that this was a joke.

But there was nothing.

The owner of Celestial Feast... was Selina.

Selina—the owner? Impossible!

Then the realization hit her like ice water—she had just spent the last half hour bragging about knowing the owner... right in front of Selina herself. Selina must have been laughing at her the whole ti.

Across the table, the class president froze, panic flashing across his face.

Wait—Selina was the owner of Celestial Feast?!

He’d co here to beg the owner to delete the surveillance footage, and the owner turned out to be... Selina?!

He shot Angela a desperate look, like a drowning man grasping at a rope.

"Miss Morris, you said you were friends with the owner of Celestial Feast. It can’t be Selina, right? I—I believe you. Hurry, call the owner and expose her!"

Angela swayed slightly, feeling the blood rush to her head.

The class president grabbed her arm, babbling, "It’s not Selina, right? You promised —if I got Selina here, you’d ask the owner to delete the footage. You can’t go back on your word!"

"Shut up and let go of !" Angela snapped, her face twisting with fury. What kind of idiot teammate was this?!

"Whoa, whoa, so you’re that scumbag who forced a maid from Taylor Group and then cooked up fake rumors to get her fired?" Luke cut in with a tone of theatrical disgust.

"Miss Morris, the Morris Family is supposed to be a respectable upper-class family, and yet you’re cozying up to this trash and even promised to help him cover up a cri. No wonder you’re a fraud—you’ve clearly got a talent for shady, lowlife tricks."

"You... you all—" Angela’s whole body trembled. She’d already been humiliated enough, and now Selina just wouldn’t let up. They were sisters—why was Selina determined to corner her like this?!

"Butler, deal with them," Selina said without even glancing their way. "And as for the surveillance footage—send it straight to my lawyer."

"Selina!" the class president snarled, his face twisting, "We’re classmates—don’t you have any decency?! You can’t just abuse your power like this!"

Selina gave him a cool sideways glance. "You just said I was abusing my power. So? Get out."

Butler raised a hand, and in seconds, staff had both Angela and the class president being hauled toward the door.

"Oh, and one more thing." Selina’s tone turned almost pleasant, but the weight in her words was sharp. "Miss Morris, about you knowing the class president eight years ago—I’ll be looking into that. You might want to enjoy your current title while you still can."

A shiver ran down Angela’s spine. Enjoy her current title? That ant... once Selina found out the truth, she might lose her identity as the Morris Family’s daughter altogether.

No. No, she couldn’t let that happen!

The mont she was pushed out the door, humiliation burned in her chest. Then, suddenly, her eyes lit up. She grabbed her phone and dialed Joe.

"Dad, it’s . I was just kicked out of Celestial Feast by my sister. That’s when I found out—she’s the owner of Celestial Feast..."

"That place was Mom’s, wasn’t it? How can she keep it all to herself? It’s not that I’m greedy for Mom’s legacy—it’s just that you were her husband, so of course her things should be managed by you. She didn’t even tell you... I just don’t want you to be wronged."

...

Inside Celestial Feast, once the troublemakers were gone, the room finally went quiet. Butler stepped forward.

"Mr. Reid is here."

Selina nodded, walked forward a couple of steps, and saw Logan.

"So," he asked, "did you get the information you wanted from this little reunion?"

Selina arched a brow. "More than I expected—plus an extra surprise."

A few minutes later, Logan had heard the whole story. His eyes narrowed slightly. "Eight years ago?"

"Mm. Angela’s probably been watching all this ti."

A violent, cold fury rose in Logan’s chest. He shut his eyes for a mont, then opened them again, his voice low and rough.

"There’s sothing else I need to tell you."

Selina blinked. "What?"

The man looked at her, his voice steady. "Aiden ran the DNA test. Angela is indeed biologically related to you. The reason she was able to surgically alter her face to look exactly like yours is probably because she already had so natural resemblance to begin with."

Selina froze, then her expression shifted. "But Angela can’t be Mom’s child."

She was certain her mother couldn’t have given birth to soone like that.

Which ant...

"So, Angela’s only possible identity is—"

Logan enunciated each word. "Hannah’s daughter."

Selina’s fingers curled in, one by one.

In City N, the Hill Family had a secret everyone knew.

Two generations back, the Hill Family’s main line consisted of two brothers—Charles, the elder, and Matt, the younger.

Charles was brilliant and ruthless, so he naturally beca the family head. But Matt couldn’t accept it. Thirty years ago, he staged a car accident—Charles died, the Hill matriarch fell into a coma, and Charles’s two children were left to fend for themselves.

Matt took the position for himself, and his daughter Hannah’s status soared.

Later, to quiet gossip, Matt "found" Charles’s orphaned daughter and brought her back.

That girl was Victoria. But her father was dead, her mother comatose, and her brother missing. In the Hill Family, she was utterly alone.

Everything had been stolen from Charles, yet Hannah had what Victoria didn’t.

Hannah was allowed to learn what Victoria was forbidden to touch.

Under Hannah’s deliberate suppression, Victoria beca the perfect "country bumpkin" foil—soone who couldn’t arrange flowers, knew no etiquette, and had no taste for wine—set in contrast to Hannah, the polished heiress.

But Victoria carved out her own success. Hannah couldn’t stand it. She kept taking what Victoria earned—just like Matt had taken everything from Charles.

Father and daughter both only knew how to steal.

Identity. Status. Beauty. Designs. Reputation. Fiancé.

Even Joe—just because soone once called Victoria "Mrs. Morris," Hannah had to snatch him away, too.

And that still wasn’t enough. Hannah even raised her daughter from childhood to steal from Selina—to take her identity, occupy her place, and snatch her husband.

Once Selina pieced it all together, she let out a cold laugh, nausea rising in her throat.

"Selina, are you there? Check your phone!"

Luke’s anxious voice ca from outside. When she didn’t reply, he ca straight over.

Selina opened the door, glanced at her phone, and heard Luke blurt out—

"I rember this design—your mom’s, right? But Hannah’s claiming it’s hers, and now tons of people want to collaborate with her!"

Luke was wide-eyed in disbelief. "She’s shaless enough to lie with a straight face now? Doesn’t she realize you’ve got the original? Copying this blatantly—she’s not afraid you’ll call her out?"

Selina stared at the broadcast—Hannah on a news channel, confidently holding a stack of breathtaking designs.

She stared, then narrowed her eyes.

No—sothing was off.

Hannah’s designs weren’t the sa. The ones in her hands were rough sketches. The ones Victoria had left to Selina were ticulous, complete works.

She suddenly knew where Hannah’s versions had co from—and why Hannah had been able to get them so easily.

The two sets had only a small difference, but that tiny gap told Selina everything: her mother had known exactly what would happen.

Victoria had anticipated Hannah would keep stealing.

So she’d given her a trap—an incomplete set of designs.

Logan caught on too. "Lady Victoria was clever."

Selina nodded. "Mom took the first step. I’ll take the second."

Luke: "???"

What kind of secret code conversation was this? Were they deliberately bullying him because he couldn’t keep up?
