The sound of daggers flying resounded throughout the forest, as the two bloodmancer brothers went at it with all their might. Each not not giving an inch.
"BloodSerpent work: blood amplification"
With a step to the side, Avon swung his blood dagger in the direction of balins neck.
Blood amplification, this was one of the few spells in the blood manipulation branch that were insanely rare and hard to use. It allowed one to inject and congregate their very essence into an attack.
To manipulators, the essence was like their life. To put their essence into an attack. The essence of a manipulator was their greatest weakness and also their most powerful weapon.
The first few exchanges were just Childs play, now they were getting serious.

Balin mused with shock in his eyes as he watched the glowing blood dagger periceing towards him. This attack was very dangerous, if it were to connect in anyway, he would be severely injured.
In as much as he hated his brother, he couldn’t deny that he was very talented in battle.
But not matter what, he wouldn’t let himself get outshone by Avon. Not in a million years.
Using his leg as propulsion, balin threw himself into the air effectively dodging the attack.
But Avon didn’t let up, he shot into the sky with balin and continued sending strikes his way.

With panic revealed in his face, Balin frowned. Avon would frequently fight against him, but always In the capacity of a spar. However right now even though he had dodged the deadly amplified dagger, Avon was still trying to get him.
He had him dodging like a common dog, he couldn’t let this continue happening.
"I have no choice then"
So from within his robes, he magically pulled out a spear that elongated as if coming out from a pocket dinsion.
"Hm?" A few teres away from them, Victoria’s eyes widened in shock as she saw this scene.
In the spilt second between Avon striking at Balin and him pulling out the spear from his robes, a change occurred.
As if materialising from thin air, several blood red daggers appeared behind Avon and periced towards him.
"Fuck!!" Avon tried to dodge them.....but he was trapped. Because, just as the daggers were flying towards him, Balins spear was also rushing towards him.
He had been sneak attacked.

From the back, several daggers peirced through him, and from the front, he was impaled by a crimson red spear.
"Hmp!! Serves you right" Balin smirked, right from the get go he wasn’t planning to play fair.
In a distance tree a few hundred ters away, a 5th mber of the bloodmancer family could be seen smiling at the scene infront.
He was there for crowd control if things went south, so when he received a signal from balin he knew what to do.
"There we go" with Avons body resting in his balin pulled out the jade tipped stem from his pocket.
It was a jade twig tip that shone with a luxurious green glow. This was why they were all here.
"Grab him!!"
While he stared at the jade tipped stem in his hand, a voice filled with rage resounded. Following which a sonic boom resounded pushing balin through the air and into a distant tree.
"Shit!!" Using the spear in his hand, balin was able to spilt the tree in half before stabilising himself midair.
Victoria had acted and grabbed Avon from his hand. And she was boiling uncontrollably.

Realising that he had gone too far, Balin frowned and dashed of into the distance with the other bloodmancer family mbers following suit.
"Qing, Leon, Yankai!!!!" Victoria barked and not even a second later.

Four silhouettes imdiately gave chase to the bloodmancer family representatives. The bloodmancer family had nearly unalived a captain of the enforcent unit.
Forget the competition, this alone was grounds for an execution. Not even the clan head could stop them from getting retribution, this was no longer a sparring match. They were going to kill them.
"Rufus, co help stabilise him" Victoria called out with Avon in her hand. Even though she was boiling, she knew what was important at this mont.
They had to save their little brother Avon.
"Hang in there kid, we’ll get you through this..." Victoria assured Avon as she watched his eyes slowly closing up.

anwhile, Leon and the rest gave chase to the bloodmancer family representatives. They didn’t relent even by a little.
They sent projectiles, blades, lazer beams and Leon in resulted to punching up whomsoever fell behind.
It looked comical in away, but the intent was clear, they were out for blood.
"Queen, I need you to block their escape routes....you know what to do"
"Alduwin, I hear your Site is incredibly fast and is good for crowd control. Please get ready to activate it at a monts notice"
"Yankai, rember last ti? Let’s get it"
As they flew futher and further away, Qing gave commands. Without Victoria, there was still a need for coordination and he was next In line.
"Let’s do it" Yankai nodded and increased his speed by a little pushing him infront of the group....then from behind, he was grabbed by Qing and flung forward like a projectile.
Qing was incredibly powerful, strength wise and skill wise. To be honest, before Victoria entered level 4, he had already surpassed her and was just keeping a low profile.

With the montum from Qings strength, Yankai was able to blast past the bloodmancer representatives and appear infront of them.
"Sacred Bloodlight Splendour"
Right infront of them a bright Red Light shone from within Yankias eyes blinding them all in an instant.
