Several bystanders noticed the commotion and looked over with shock. There was an assassination attempt happing right inside the market ?

With a swing of the spear her, and a stab there..the wolf brothers accompanied by so others from the blackwater gang were able to subdue the assassins creating a wall separating them from Leon.
They had been with Leon for a while now. From within the Undergod territory to the sacred lands territory, all the way to BloodRock city. So they kind of understood how to react to these kinds of situations.
Leon wasn’t a well liked man, he had told them this himself. But they wouldn’t betray him so easily, if not for any reason....for the person whom had saved them as kid. Ben Yoel
While the two parties stared each other down on opposite sides the market, Leon’s frown could be seen visibly distorting while looking up in the sky.
"Hm?" It wasn’t long until Zaldris noticed Leon’s hateful peircing gaze on him causing him to flinch.
This kid had not only noticed them, he had quickly put togather that they were responsible for this whole fiasco.
"Be gone!!!"
Zaldris smiled and not even a second later scread outloud in panic, with his face suddenly filled with worry. He was a great pretender.
As soon as he started descending to the ground, every one of the assassins in the region escaped into the shadows, even going to lengths such as tearing off limbs to do so.
"Are you guys okay?" Zaldris asked with so concern on his faces.
Of everyone seated here, he could recognise three, and those were Leon and his two girls. Ember and Arian.
But naturally, he only cared for one person her and that was none other than Leon himself
"You are the troublemaker from that night?" Leon asked feigning ignorance.
If the old man wanted to introduce himself, he would have to do it before everyone here. Leon would not take the initiative.
"Oh yes, we haven’t officially t. My na is Zaldris Yoko, the 4th Arbiter of the the bloodserpent clans Enforcent unit and elder of the clan" with a sly smile, Zaldris bowed his head in a courteous manner.
Leon was still his junior in terms of age and power level, but as a level 3 warlock, Leon too was to be respected to so extent.
"I see" Leon nodded in understanding before proceeding to bow slightly " this junior must thank you for coming to my aid then, elder"
This was all a farce, Leon knew this. But since no one really got hurt, he would just play along for now.
"Our enemies are constantly trying to take out talents of the clan, seeing you with fiona must have prompted them to send assassins over, for that I give my utmost apologies....." Zaldris began to cook up lies.
He did it to test Leon’s depths. He wanted to know how much leadership skills the boy had and his ability to stay calm. And he passed with flying colors, he was befitting of a top grade talent.
"It’s okay, we understand how dangerous people can be, but we can handle ourselves quite alright" Leon said
"That is also a good quality..however, this is not why I’m here" nodding his head Zaldris scanned Leon’s surrounds and noticed the readiness of his n to attack at any given mont.
Minutes after the assassination attempt, they were still at high alert. This was good.
"Here I degree, an invitation from the blood serpent clans High Arbiter, one Leon Alduwin from the eldoria branch is hereby invited to the enforcent branch for a feast of return to the holand!!" Whipping out a scroll from his robes, Zaldris announced in the market place.
The invitation served not only to invite Leon to the clan, it also served to announce to the world that he was a mber of the blood clan’s, BloodSerpent clan and for others to back off.
"The High Arbiter? Isn’t that?"
"Shit, close the store. I can’t handle this shit"
The rchants around started mumbling, so complained, so were struck with Awe and surprise. This kid with the white hair must have so status to be invited by the High Arbiter of the bloodserpent clan himself!!
You had to understand, the High Arbiter was a massive force to be reckoned with..and had frequent appearances in public to sort out various issues of the clan.
A ruthless and powerful man, could only take a liking to soone like him. This was the law of attraction.
However, this didn’t affect them much, talents would co and go, but business in BloodRock city would remain forever.
Naturally, there was one person in particular whom this did affect. And it was none other than the rchant who had tried to swindle Leon of off his black soil soaked in clear ying water.
He was actively terrified at this mont. He thought that Leon was so nobody he would swindle out of all he had, but he had no idea that he was from the blood clans.
This was a disaster, he had placed all his savings in the bet. There was no way he would get it back. That is, if he managed to keep his head first.

"Where do you think you’re going to?" Embers voice resounded as she stood blocking the way of the rchant.
Leon was busy sorting the details of this invitation to the main clan, seeing the opportunity, the rchant tried to escape.
But Embers was standing right to the corner waiting for him to try.
"I....I....." The rchant stuttered, but before he could make a coherent statent.
—bang!!!
He received a chop at the back of his head knocking him out cold.
"Hm?" Ember raised her head and saw Arian’s expressionless Face looking at her.
"Wolf 1, get the n to grab the black soil and the carriage..we will be hosting our friend here for a while" Arian looked at one of the n on horse back and commanded
There was really no difference between her word and Leon word from what they could see.....she was a trusted aid for the boss. Or maybe sothing more.
"Okay, take the carraige and its contenr" wolf 1 barked.
This was broad daylight robbery, in front of the auction house. It was Shaless and dishonorable, the old fool, no matter how crooked had won this treasure fair and square.
But who could stop them?
Absolutely no one.
"So I can bring in a few n, cool" Leon and Zaldris stood on one side of the road and spoke on details of the invitation.
There was still alot he didn’t know about the bloodserpent clan so he had to brush up on it before heading over.
But the plan as she saw it was coming together, a little adjustnt here and there, then he would be good to go.
"Yes, we will see you in two days" Zaldris nodded and slowly floated up into the air.
He had expected a little bit of resistance from Leon, after all, he knew that Leon knew that he was the reason for the assassination attempt.
But Leon didn’t seem to care. This was good, Leon’s temperant was the sa as every bloodserpent, cunning. He wouldn’t be surprised if he had to pay for this transgression in the near future.

Zaldris and fionoa blasted off into the sky towards the bloodserpent clans main house
Just like that they were gone,.
"Pack up, we are heading out" Leon too left with his n.

At the gate of BloodRock city, a silightly aged man walked through the gates with a calm look on his face.
His eyes were blood red with a digsuting feeling emmiting from them not so diffrent from those of the bloodserpent clan.
"Pheww, what a long journey" the man wiped several beads of sweat from his brows before looking up at the rock in the middle of the city with longing.
This was the birth place of the blood clans, their true ho and where they would all run to when they needed safety. This was exactly the case for him and many others of his clan
"Hm? Lady Liana?" While causally scanning through the city infront of him, he surprisingly spotted a familiar figure.
"It’s you?" Hearing her na liana turned back as her gaze fell upon the fairy aged man infront of her. She couldn’t even rember the last ti she set her eyes on this person and even in the middle of such a thick crowd he recognised her.
Liana couldn’t continue staying in eldoria after all that happened, so at the first opportunity, she took all the bloodserpent clan mbers she could find and proceeded to leave the region.
After a long voyage, they Finally made it here to their holand.
BloodRock.
The mbers of the bloodserpent clan were slowly being pulled by fate.
