While the villagers were voicing their opinions one after another, An Xuyuan watched them without saying a word. After a while, the villagers finally quieted down when they t his gaze.
"Is everyone done talking?" he asked.
When they heard his words, the villagers felt unhappy, but no one dared to et his gaze or talk back.

Hearing this, the villagers nodded in agreent.
After a short pause, An Xuyuan continued, "But that applies only if the wild animal was hunted by a group of villagers. Since this wild boar was hunted by Chen Jianmin with Dong Li’s help, it’s fair for them to decide how to divide the prey."
As soon as the villagers heard this, they exchanged surprised glances. They never expected the vice team leader to let the boys make the decision.

The villager was embarrassed and angry, but he couldn’t find anything to say in his defense. So, he could only glare at them without a word.
Under the midst of the lively chat, the butcher focused on his work and ignored their chattering.
