After replacing the bait and resetting the traps, they went to check on Chen Jianmin's boar. The boar had doubled in size in just a month, thanks to the pig feed brought by Dong Li.
They built a simple nest with a roof for the hares and left food and water for them. After treating the hares' injuries, they headed to the mountain lake.
The fruit trees near the lake had begun to bear fruit, and most were already ripe. When Li Jingqian and Li Jingxu saw this, the two beca so excited that they imdiately started picking the fruit.
Seeing their enthusiasm, Li Chenmo reminded them, "Jingqian, Jingxu, don't pick too much, or you won't be able to carry it all back."

When they reached Li Chenmo's house, the sun had already set on the western horizon.
