[It also works based on how many floors have been climbed by the beings of that realm. That's why your previous world had the monsters at the strength of mostly S-rank hunters or monsters who had their stats at 100 only.]
'Umm, so what you are saying is, if we kept on climbing higher, we would be encountering more powerful monsters with higher stats.'

'Is that why you stopped to climb the tower at first? Cause if I go to the tower and begin to climb higher and higher, more powerful monsters will erge on Earth?'

'Wait... what if I were to conquer the floor instead of just climbing that? The monsters on the planet I went to in that dungeon... weren't they almost on my level? Then if I did that in the tower then...'

Evan then looked at the tower. Looking at it, he felt a strange emotion.
He has been trying for so long to enter that it won't be a lie to say that it was one of his dreams to enter ever since he awakened in his previous life.
And finally, that mont was near.
'I am gonna conquer you soon. I will reach such a height that nobody will ever reach.'
Excitent filled his whole body, and a full, stretched-wide smile ford on his face.
He didn't even try to hide it, and naturally, Seraphina was able to see that.
"Are you that excited to go to a new world? It must be your first experience, which you rember. Originally we were from a different planet as well. In that, travelling between different worlds wasn't a big deal at all. In fact, many worlds are connected, and if soone is strong enough, they can tear open a dinsional portal and travel between worlds."
She gently rested her head on Evan's chest, and he also took hold of her body.
Her body was soft and felt like a cushion. She then began to gently yet seductively circle his chest.
"You should have been the Prince of the demon realm, and with your potential, you should have beco a demon king too. All of which that should have belonged to you..."
"Do not worry about it, mother. We will soon take everything that was ours. And for being a demon king... I have no interest in just that; I will rule over everything, not just the demon realm. With you by my side, I will definitely be able to achieve that."
Evan said, looking at her lovingly and giving her a peck on her head.
Seraphina closed her eyes and rested like that for a while.
After a brief mont, she spoke again.
"I have decided to abolish my cultivation and restart again."
Evan was surprised at first. But then again, it was for her own sake.
"Are you sure? I know I suggested that myself, but still... you have spent a very long period of ti getting to the realm you are in."
"No, it's fine. It will take a few years to get back to the realm I am in. I never really cared about my cultivation in the demon realm. It would have been very obvious for other demon kings to know about my strength, that's why I worked on my physical strength instead. I am much stronger than I should be for the realm I am in because of that, so abolishing my cultivation won't make any difference for ."
Evan just humd at her statent. He already knew about it from Nova. Thinking of Nova was also similar to Seraphina in this context; her realm wasn't justifying her strength.
In fact, her stats look too broken. In Evan's case, he can understand it was because of his system and because he took the first ti of Seraphina.
