Chapter 614: Get your filthy claws away from !

Chapter 614

"AHHHHH!"

BANG! BANG! BANG!

BOOOOM!

A thunderous shockwave split the air with imnse force as the ground quaked beneath two colossal figures. Thalos versus Gil, the battle had already begun with fierce intensity, each strike after strike shaking the very foundation of the coliseum. Dust and debris erupted everywhere as the imnse power of their blows reverberated throughout the arena.

BAM!

Thalos swung his greatsword with such ferocity that the air itself seed to split for a mont, the blade streaking through the atmosphere like a streak of lightning. The demon barely leaped back in ti, the tip of the sword grazing its face and leaving a deep, crimson slash that dripped with fresh blood.

But the mont the demon’s feet landed on the ground, the wound on its cheek sealed itself instantly, leaving no ti for it to recover its composure. Thalos, moving faster than the eye could track, darted forward like a living storm, his greatsword streaking from down below with lethal precision.

The ground beneath them split open as the tip of the greatsword struck, aiming directly for the demon, which responded just in ti, crossing its claws in front of it to block.

BANG!

The collision echoed like thunder, reverberating through the coliseum as the ground trembled beneath the two combatants.

Chunks of debris were sent flying into the air, dust choking the spectators as the gargoyle and the demon were locked in a brutal stalemate, neither able to gain the upper hand.

"What happened? Is your rage not enough?!" Gil mocked with dark glee, its eyes burning with fury. With a sudden, fluid motion, it pushed the greatsword aside and darted toward Thalos, appearing in front of him in an instant.

"ARGH!" The demon roared, swinging its sharp claws with blinding speed toward the gargoyle’s face.

Surprisingly, Thalos remained calm. He jerked his hands back, raising his greatsword just in ti to block the first strike with a loud, resonating shing.

But the demon was relentless. Its claws flew again and again, a flurry of deadly strikes, each one coming faster than the last. The gargoyle t every attack with unyielding precision, parrying, dodging, and countering with his greatsword.

Cracks splintered across the ground beneath them with every stomp and pivot, the sheer force of the battle sending tremors through the arena.

"I still have to make you pay, you know!" Thalos muttered, a wide grin splitting his stony face. He leaped back, avoiding another vicious claw swing, his muscles coiled like a spring ready to strike.

The mont his feet touched the ground, Thalos hurled his greatsword with the full strength of his arms. The air itself seed to shatter as the sword tore through it, rocketing toward the demon with unstoppable force.

Gil, prepared for the attack, crossed its claws in an X shape just in ti, the impact sending a deafening bang echoing across the coliseum.

The sword sliced cleanly through the demon’s arms, striking its abdon with lethal precision. It burst out the other side, gouging the ground behind it, leaving a trench carved into the arena floor.

Blood oozed from the demon’s sliced-open abdon, causing the humans present to stare with wide eyes at the horrific sight. Not only were its limbs gone, but now a wide, gaping hole had appeared around its midsection.

"It’s not enough," Sera mumbled quietly, her gaze fixed on the scene. It was almost as if Thalos heard her or understood her thoughts because he didn’t hesitate for long.

He kicked off from the shattered ground, speeding like a bullet across the arena. Dust and debris flew in every direction as the floor beneath him cracked further. In a blink, Thalos appeared in front of the demon like a living blur.

Without hesitation, the gargoyle grabbed the demon by its face, launched into the air with a swift kick from the ground, and then nosedived back down.

In an instant, Thalos smashed the demon’s head into the ground with trendous force, the impact causing the earth beneath it to cave in, forming a crater. Chunks of dirt flew into the air, and fissures spread for tres around the point of impact.

"What monstrous strength," Liam gulped in awe, his voice barely above a whisper.

"How on earth did Grey get sothing so powerful on his side?" Rivock muttered quietly, staring at the brutal display. ’Clearly, when we fought earlier, it was being honest when it said it wasn’t using its full strength on .’

’Not enough, not enough. We need more. A stronger hit!’ Sera thought inwardly, anxiety bubbling in her chest.

"Get away from !" The demon thundered in pure rage, its bony wings twitching furiously. Without wasting a second, it shot toward the gargoyle like a blur, the force of its speed kicking up dust in its wake.

SWOOOSH!

CLINK!

Sothing zipped through the air and landed into Thalos’ hands with a loud clink. It was his greatsword, which he now held flat, bracing it against the demon’s wings. The impact struck with such imnse force that the gargoyle was hurled off the demon’s body and out of the crater he had just created.

Before Thalos’ body could be thrown any further, the demon darted from the crater like a living missile. In a flash, it appeared directly in front of him, driving its hooved foot into the gargoyle’s abdon with terrifying force.

BOOOM!

Thalos was blasted out of the air and slamd into the ground, forming another crater beneath him. A veil of dust hung in the air for a mont, concealing him from view. But through the dust, the demon struck again. Its abdon and hands fully healed, its claws shot forward from below, aiming to pierce Thalos’ throat.

"FUCK! Is he dood?" Ray shouted in horror as the scene unfolded.

SHING!

TCHWK!

THUD!

"Get your filthy claws away from ," Thalos said coldly, his eyes glowing a fierce golden. The demon’s hands hit the ground with a wet thud, frozen for a brief mont as the gargoyle’s power countered the assault.
