That afternoon, young Duke Windsor’s official arrived at the New Moon Chamber of Comrce’s branch in Dollar City, proposing the Lord Duke’s request for the Magic Surveillance System in person.
The New Moon Chamber of Comrce attached great importance to this and imdiately designed a set of Magic Surveillance System as per the young Duke Windsor’s request. They said that since this was the Lord Duke’s request, the New moon Chamber of Comrce could give the young Duke Windsor preferential treatnt, by letting them use this first set for a free trial, which was basically giving this set to the young Duke Windsor for free.

Four days later, the Frestech Chamber of Comrce magic research facility’s Magic Illusion departnt had finished all their research.
A week later, the corresponding first set of Magic Surveillance System equipnt was made by the Frestech Chamber of Comrce.
As per the requests of the New Moon Chamber of Comrce, this equipnt wasn’t sent by land transportation like normal products, rather they sent it by the Frestech Chamber of Comrce’s special air transport through a Magic Airship. It arrived at the Magic Airships landing base outside of Dollar City that very night. Then in the afternoon, it was rushed to the New Moon Chamber of Comrce headquarter’s engineers who had arrived that afternoon by Magic Airship.
After that night, which was the morning of the eighth day after the young Duke Windsor had made his request, the New Moon Chamber of Comrce’s staff were already setting up this equipnt in Dollar City.
As soon as noon passed, the young Duke Windsor who had received the news ca to the control room for the final test.
