“Xu Yi, I feel that I can understand what you’re doing less and less.” Chairman Cruise slightly knitted his brows as he looked at Xu Yi with a confused look.
“What?” Xu Yi revealed a smile that was so relaxed. No one would have ever imagined that this would be the “deep” and “cruel” chairman of the Frestech Chamber of Comrce.
However, seeing this smile, chairman Cruise actually felt more depressed.
“You wouldn’t discuss how to handle the Torea Dominion with the Candra Empire, so everyone thought that you would bring this place under your Frestech Chamber of Comrce, or even beco a king for fun. This was sothing that the Candra Empire already silently approved, but you haven’t made a move after all this ti. Just what are you thinking? How are you planning to handle this place?”
“I’m not interested in becoming a king.” Xu Yi gave a shrug, “You’ve known for this long, you should know this.”
“Of course I know that you aren’t interested in becoming a king, otherwise the Stantine Duchy would already be called the Frestech Duchy.” Chairman Cruise waved his hand, “But you forcefully took the Torea Province from the Candra Empire, are you really planning on not managing it at all?”
“Who says I’m not? Isn’t the dominion’s congress running it properly?”
Chairman Cruise’s eyes popped out, “Stop joking! The Torea Pro…..Alright, the Torea Dominion is such a large place, do you really plan on letting this autonomous congress run it forever? This is too absurd!”
“What is absurd about it?” Xu Yi strangely glared back at chairman Cruise, “Do you really think it has to beco a country for this place to be governed properly?”
“Shouldn’t it?”
Seeing the certain tone that chairman Cruise had, Xu Yi thought about it and was too lazy to refute him.
He wasn’t interested in forming the “Torea Kingdom” like many people in the company suggested, becoming the first king, but the Torea Province that was taken from the Candra Empire was an important place, so Xu Yi naturally couldn’t just give it back to the Candra Empire.
When the Candra Empire asked the Frestech Chamber of Comrce for help in regaining the southern province, they also had intentions for the Torea Province, but Xu Yi completely ignored it. The Candra Empire couldn’t do anything, so they could only recognize the situation for now.
But the Frestech Chamber of Comrce never had the Torea Province declare their independence. They operated under the na of a dominion and smoothly operated under the autonomous congress under the Frestech Chamber of Comrce, which many people were confused by.
The Frestech Chamber of Comrce didn’t bring this land under their na and didn’t give it back to the Candra Empire, so what were they planning on doing?

If the Frestech Chamber of Comrce controlled this Torea Dominion, they would control marine transport.
Then with the Frestech Chamber of Comrce’s naval forces that no one could match, the entire Sines Continent’s magic machine industry would be greatly influenced by the Frestech Chamber of Comrce.
Just this idea was sothing that Xu Yi couldn’t explain to chairman Cruise, not to ntion that in his plan, the Torea Dominion would be the gateway to the southern hemisphere of this planet. It would fulfill an important role in being the window of exchange between the Sines Continent and the other continents.
Although the Stantine Duchy had developed well under the Frestech Chamber of Comrce over the years, it was in a remote position. Although it was convenient to cooperate with the Magic Cloud Continent from this position, it was a bit troubleso to communicate with the other two continents that they had confird.
Moreover, the Stantine Duchy was very small and it bordered the Lampuri Kingdom and the Rudson Kingdom. It was impossible for Xu Yi to invade those two countries, so he could only find another new place to develop.
The Torea Dominion was the place that had the most developed magic machine industry infrastructure because of the previous cooperation between the Frestech Chamber of Comrce and the Candra Empire.
“You don’t need to care what I’m planning to do. Anyway, your Amrit Chamber of Comrce just needs to build a complete road network in the Torea Dominion in three years. How about it? Can you do it?” Xu Yi waved his hand before saying this to chairman Cruise.
Chairman Cruise curled his lips, “What do you take our Amrit Chamber of Comrce for? Such a simple job, do you need to contact like this? Tell , there must be another matter, right?”
Xu Yi gave a laugh and patted chairman Cruise’s shoulder. Revealing a look that said ‘you still understand ’, he continued, “That’s right, I still have another bolder and more difficult task, are you interested?”
Chairman Cruise revealed a shocked look before asking with wide open eyes, “What plan do you have? Tell about it?”
Ater cooperating with Xu Yi for over twenty years, chairman Cruise knew that Xu yi would often have ideas that many people considered bold and even inconceivable, but facts always showed that Xu Yi’s ideas were great and very beneficial.
So whenever chairman Cruise heard that Xu Yi had so new idea or new plan, he would be very excited.
“Un……you should know that our company has always been investing in the Magic Cloud Continent, right?”
Chairman Cruise was stunned. He never thought that Xu Yi would suddenly bring the topic to the Magic Cloud Continent that was over ten thousand kiloters away.
“Ah……I do, but what about it? Is this plan related to the Magic Cloud Continent?”
“Right. Cruise, I’m planning on further developing the Magic Cloud Continent, so first I have to lay down roads on the Magic Cloud Continent and I need the help of your Amrit Chamber of Comrce.”
Chairman Cruise slightly knitted his brows, “Hasn’t our company already been doing this? The two construction crews that we sent before haven’t been back in a year, there are many subordinates that were complaining about this.”
“No, not enough, far from enough.” Xu Yi stressed, “This ti the plan to develop the Magic Cloud Continent isn’t like before, it’s not just a probe, but rather it’ll be true developnt. Two construction crews is far from enough to satisfy my need, I need twenty construction crews or more!”
Hearing the determined tone in Xu Yi’s voice, chairman Cruise knew that he wasn’t joking and he revealed a bitter smile.
“I say, Xu Yi, it isn’t like you don’t know the situation with our company. All the countries on the continent are responding to the call from your Frestech Chamber of Comrce. To develop their own magic machine industries, they need to build roads first. Our company has received orders for over thirty thousand kiloters of road last month and our company is already lacking construction crews. How do I find twenty construction crews to give you?”
“I don’t care about that. You can think of a way, I’m just in charge of giving the request.” Xu Yi shook his head, “As for the benefits your Amrit Chamber of Comrce would gain, I can’t make a promise now, but I can guarantee that you will be satisfied in the future.”
Chairman Cruise looked at Xu Yi in a daze for a bit and then he couldn’t help giving a sigh.
“If it was anyone else, they would definitely leave right away, but I believe in you. Alright, I will do my best to satisfy your request, but can you first tell around what ti you need them? If you want to give you twenty construction crews now, I can’t do it even if you beat to death.”
Xu Yi revealed a smile that revealed his white teeth.
“There’s no rush right now, it has to wait until the situation on the continent is stable.”

After the war that enveloped the entire continent between the two empires and the Frestech Chamber of Comrce, everyone on the Sines Continent realized that they couldn’t easily offend the Frestech Chamber of Comrce.
Even the two empires couldn’t resist the attacks of the Frestech Chamber of Comrce, how could the other countries do anything.
If it was before, there were still so countries that wanted to take the magic machine industry from the Frestech Chamber of Comrce, which was what caused this war. All the countries, including the two empires wanted to cut off the Frestech Chamber of Comrce.
The Frestech Chamber of Comrce had to leave large amounts of guards to protect the Sines Continent before. Now that no country dared to offend the Frestech Chamber of Comrce, the Frestech Chamber of Comrce’s forces had been freed and they could move it to the Magic Cloud Continent.
So Xu Yi had the idea of fully developing the Magic Cloud Continent, it was supported by the foundation of having enough military forces.
Thinking of this, the ideas in chairman Cruise’s mind started to clear.
