"Good luck!" Lynch chanted the spell, activated the transmission device, and in a burst of light, sent them out.

In reality, the first wave of attacks launched by the Great Mages was the simplest part of the entire operation. The surprise strike and overwhelming instantaneous power left the targeted snake-man camp completely defenseless. If it weren't for protecting the Black Teleportation Stone and needing to confirm its location before the attack, the required ti might have been even shorter. When the giant dragon of flas, the tornado of ice blades, and the net of lightning pounced upon the earth together, the snake-n were buried without even managing a scream.

This was the first battle entirely participated by Great Mages. After the initial impact, the Great Mages cast the "Withering Spell" over the entire camp. This spell could drain all living creatures of their moisture, taking away their life force. All animals and plants within the coverage turned into piles of debris; the ground cracked, and wooden houses beca as brittle as eggshells. Even the snake-n who had turned into corpses were completely drained, leaving nothing but dust.

When Lynch, after calculating the ti, transported the main attack team and those bombs to the camp, it had already beco a complete wasteland. It seed like they had stepped into a desert, where all they saw was decay. Many warriors mistakenly thought the environnt had always been barren until later they learned from others that it was the terrifying result of the Great Mages' attacks.

Lynch saw off his ntor, as they needed to return to guard the towering Mage Towers standing high above the world of Aunrae. The remaining tasks had to be completed by these mixed assault teams.

Five warriors tead up with one or two mages, assigned to different attack targets based on their abilities. Due to the still insufficient manpower relative to the number of snake-man fortresses, these assault teams often needed to accomplish multiple actions whenever possible. Soka would always remain on the safe side of the Teleportation Stone, using her Divine Arts to heal the wounded soldiers. After dispatching the first batch of troops, Lynch would personally head to Sunrise Bay to organize the operation there.

With ample psychological preparation, the team set off quietly and swiftly. The sound of the horn signaled the troops to move out, one team after another, group by group, striding into the Teleportation Stone, facing an almost unknown environnt. Long after their departure, Lynch still stood there. The pale morning light barely penetrated the smoky battlefield, casting a blood-red reflection on Lynch's Arcane Wand. The mage stood there, head down, feeling uneasy, the influence of the Magic God once again manifesting, his anxiety and impulsiveness nearly causing him to send a squad to the wrong destination. Everyone leaving trusted his intellect and wisdom on this perilous journey. He sent them to that gloomy battlefield, feeling in his heart that there might not be another chance to reunite.

When the last batch of "assault teams" remained, he handed the Eight-Headed Snake Emblem to Zilvra. "You must open the Transmission Black Stone in sequence so that those squads can return. I can't completely trust anyone else with this task, only you."

"Save the nonsense for when you return," Zilvra said, staring at Lynch. "Take this Black Dragon Ring back with you; I don't need it now. Return it to when you co back."

"If even I can't escape from there, then it wouldn't matter whether the Black Dragon helps," Lynch replied. "Soon, call it out, and if the snake-n attempt to infiltrate here, let the Black Dragon help you eliminate the enemy."

"Got it, stop the nonsense." Zilvra waved her hand, "You head out quickly, you'll return sooner that way!"

Lynch nodded, then pointed a finger at Soka. A bolt of yellow lightning enveloped the little angel, freezing her completely.

"Stay here and don't think of sneaking along," Lynch waved to the remaining dozen people, taking Dwarf Bombs into the Transmission Black Stone.

Soka couldn't even blink, only anxiously watching the mage disappear into the ripples of Teleportation Magic.

With a blur before his eyes, Lynch found himself in another space. The sun at Sunrise Bay was much brighter than elsewhere, dazzling to the point his eyes couldn't open, making it difficult to adapt. However, under the protection of the Eye of Insight, the mage quickly ascertained his environnt.

Unlike elsewhere, the black stone at Sunrise Bay was placed on a platform in a square, not hidden within a concealed building. Beneath the platform's dozens of steps was a training ground big enough to hold thousands of people. Just as Lynch arrived, the snake-n army was gearing up here, preparing to head to the battlefields of Haisas or Yim. They were fully ard, with blades and spears forming an impenetrable iron forest, and tens of thousands of snake eyes glistening with surprise at the mage who suddenly appeared before them.

"Damn it!" Lynch couldn't help but curse. It would be at least ten minutes before Zilvra could open the Transmission Black Stone again to this location, and before that, they had no retreat, having to protect the Dwarf Bombs at all costs. Although Lynch could use spells to quickly leave the battlefield himself, that didn't an he could simultaneously protect the warriors surrounded by enemies.

"Quickly do your jobs! We've walked into a snake pit!" Lynch shouted, "Ti isn't enough; show your utmost potential!"

The sudden silence was shattered as deafening, low drumbeats echoed like thunder in the mountains. The piercing horn calls and shouts shook the ground, causing eardrums to ache faintly. The snake-n troops imdiately reacted, charging towards the platform like a tide.

War drums thundered, flas roared everywhere! tal weapons reflected the unusual sunlight from above, creating a dazzling spectacle. Lynch and the warriors were quickly surrounded, and other than the platform they stood on, every nearby space was encircled by enemies, hundreds of tis over, as the snake-n's steel jaws prepared to clamp down on this bait.
