But no one expected that they were actually a group of magicians, people born with magical abilities. Legend has it their lineage carries the blood of many powerful creatures, like dragons or demons. On the continent, they are quite unpopular because they could beco too popular.

Magicians possess astonishing charm and easily mingle with others. This might stem from the power of their ancestry, as that mysterious aura always draws deep attention. If it were just about this, these people from the Underdark wouldn't be treated as they currently are. The dwarves later discovered that this group was organized and on an underground journey to find "sothing." This ti, their target was within the Dwarf City.

The dwarves did not want anyone to turn the city upside-down, perhaps only Lynch was an exception. But just suspicion wasn't enough to harden the hearts of the dwarves to drive out these magicians.

"Or maybe you should ask Karami when this group of people will leave." Xibao patted Moni's shoulder and said, "Or you can chat about when your lovely nephew Nimo will co back. Maybe she knows."

"Heaven knows!" Moni said helplessly.

The inn's door creaked open, and five people ca in, making the already small place seem fully packed. Except for a red-bearded dwarf, the others wore the sa clothing as the magicians outside, with cloth masks covering their faces. Although those clothes seed sowhat ill-fitting, the elegance exuded by these people indicated they were certainly among "that group."

The tall person entering a dwarf's tavern naturally felt so discomfort. Especially the dwarf, who had the wooden chair creaking under him. He was truly a burly man, his arms thicker than an average man's thighs, intertwined with solid muscle. He was now pounding the wooden table with his fist, making a thumping sound. "Boss, bring out the good wine!"

In the underworld, wood is a rare commodity. Xibao watched the table with a pang of heartache.

"Is this the place you often talk about? I don't think it's all that great." The dwarf kept an eye on Xibao's actions, afraid he might spill so of the wine. anwhile, he said to a masked tall person beside him, "The layout here is decent, but there are so flaws; the streets should be paved better, and there are too few sculptures, or rather, no decorations. Once everything is over, I will volunteer to provide excellent stonemasons to make this place proudly resemble a tower."

"Eat your food first, we'll discuss this later." The tall person patted the dwarf's shoulder, then stood up and looked over in Moni's direction.

'Don't co over, I want to finish my al properly.' Moni thought to himself, speeding up the movent of his knives and forks. However, unlike his expectations—which recently often didn't co true—that guy walked over to him. And what infuriated Moni the most was that this guy sat down uninvited.

"Oh, well, sir, it seems you don't know the rules." Moni said, "This table doesn't welco magicians or masked people. Please don't disturb ."

"I promise I'm not either of those. Although I can also do tricks." He removed the mask from his face, returning to his normal voice, and smiled at Moni: "Haha, look who I am?"

Moni stood up suddenly, but even then, he was only as tall as the seated guest: "Lynch! I can't believe my eyes! What brings you here?"

"Getting in wasn't easy, but I really missed you all." Lynch tapped his artificial limb: "I'm here for so maintenance."

"Haha, you must be joking. How could sothing installed by a dwarf break?" Moni felt a suspicious wetness in his eyes and quickly wiped them with his hand: "Welco back, welco!" He shouted to Xibao: "Old fatty! Put down your frying pan, serve the best wine... Oh no! Bring out your treasured tea. I have so much to say, I can't afford to get drunk!"

"If I hadn't taken off the mask, you might have kicked out." Lynch laughed and said: "Where did these guys co from? They actually tried to stop us outside. At first, I thought they were your newly hired guards."
