"Welco back, Mage." The elf steadied himself by the ship’s railing and said, "Where have you been all this ti? We were very worried about your safety. And the lady who was traveling with you?"

Lynch jumped ashore without saying a word, answering his question with a smile. Then the mage quickly walked towards the palace at the top of the Holy Mountain, his steps both light and hurried.

"Sothing big must be happening." The elf moored the boat and said, watching the mage’s back.

Just as he reached the highest platform, a figure leaped from the branches outside the palace gates. Little Soka hugged Lynch’s arm and said while shaking it, "Brother Lynch, you’re finally back. A lot of people have been looking for you!"

The mage patted the little angel’s head and said softly, "Little one, who all ca looking for ?"

"Hmm..." Soka tilted her head and thought for a mont, "The one who ca the most was an old elf uncle, he’s covered in leaves. His na seems to be sothing like Nosta."

"Nosta?" Lynch looked at Soka, the little angel now swinging on his refined gold arm as if on a swing. Lynch, who had a basic understanding of how to use the refined gold arm, was unconcerned with such a small weight and asked, "How many tis did Nosta co by?"

"It seems like more than ten tis." Soka said, "More than my fingers, I couldn’t count them all."

Carrying the little angel on his back, the mage walked forward while contemplating the Great Druid Nosta’s intentions. Judging by the elves encountered on the way, it seed Heather had not been troubled by war in recent days, and the undead attack Lynch anticipated was still so ti away, making imdiate conflict unlikely. Although Nosta, this Great Druid, was rigid, he was not easily disturbed unless matters were related to the Sacred Land of the elves. It was surprising that he would frequently seek the mage as Soka described.

Only two issues could prompt such a response from him: the seed of the Holy Tree, or the Dark Elf.

The seed of the Holy Tree was not the mage’s responsibility; Lynch was rely a transporter of the item with no accountability. Yet, if Nosta had discovered Zilvra’s identity and wished to "warn" or protect Lynch, or even eliminate the Drow who had entered the elves’ Holy Land, what would he do?

Lynch halted in his tracks, standing motionless in front of the elven palace. Soka looked at the mage in bewildernt, but her attention was soon drawn to the flowing silver patterns on the mage’s robe, poking at the soft black cloak with her little finger.

Lynch’s Eye of Insight had already observed the situation within the palace. The Great Druid was seated sternly on a stump of the Holy Tree, surrounded by more than a dozen elf warriors. They appeared to be elite warriors, each exuding energy and their eyes shining with brilliance—that was the gaze of a Hunter. Observing their weapons, whether elf longbows or finely crafted slender swords, all were of top quality, having withstood the test of ti. The mage could even imagine their movents wielding these weapons, graceful and deadly. In this regard, they were not so different from Dark Elves, sharing the sa blood of war.

Undoubtedly, those within the palace possessed the strength akin to a Martial Arts Master of the Dark Elf Family.

The mage stood for a mont, calculating all potential situations that might occur. He gently patted Soka’s arm and said to her, "Soka, I gave your invisibility stone to Zilvra, so if danger arises, fly imdiately to find the Elf Queen Hernfurry."

"Oh!" Soka replied, "Brother Lynch, you promised to give another stone. This ti, I want one that’s perfectly transparent, perfectly transparent."

The mage nodded, his Powerful Wand glowing faintly in his hand, trembling with excitent. Lynch looked down at this mighty artifact in his hand, puzzled. He had no intent of fighting the elves, so why did the wand seem to be preparing for battle as if given a command? Logically, no thought other than his own could influence this staff.

At Lynch’s command, the Powerful Wand returned to normalcy, calming itself like an ordinary wooden stick.

"Ah! Lynch, my friend, you returned at last." Seeing the mage push open the palace’s wooden door, the Great Druid Nosta stood and said, "Fortunately, you’re safe."
