"He fought with all his might alongside us, burning his young life on that land that was not his, shedding blood for the people of holy Pate. Bless Pate! What kind of spirit is this? Only the most devout knights can achieve this!"

"As I said, due to the enemy’s machinations, the defense of Moon Harbor City ultimately failed. Even when the outco was sealed, he continued to fight tirelessly. That traitor who betrayed us hid in a fortified castle, thinking he could escape punishnt and judgnt! But our mage friend, our Haisas friend, will show no rcy to such a murderer."

"Amidst the dazzling explosion, the sound reverberated through the clouds. Lynch, the mage we speak of, dedicated his all there. He used his life to atone for our mistakes, ensuring our knights could fight more bravely without fearing betrayal from behind in future battles!"

"Today we stand here, commorating this friend who ca to assist us, a noble soul, and we feel no sha! Because Moon Harbor City has returned to the people of holy Pate! Our brave knights have proven their glory! We shall ultimately achieve victory! The glory of Light God Pate shall forever shine upon us. Today we stand here, ready to face this friend who sacrificed his life."

"The nationality of Haisas does not hinder us from commorating him, the title of mage does not prevent us from praising him, and the distance across mountains does not stop us from mourning him here! Let us pray in our own way, wishing his soul eternal peace, and may Pate embrace this just and kind soul."

The priest delivered an emotional speech above. The rhythmic voice echoed over the cetery. The knights stood straight without a quiver. The townspeople, however, showed little reaction during the funeral, and except for a woman, there was no sound of crying.

Lynch hurried over from a distance, sighing in relief upon seeing that none of the residents were hurt. He hadn’t heard clearly what the Pate Priest had said, so he tugged at a townsperson’s clothes, asking softly, "What’s happening here?"

"Can’t you see a funeral is being held?" the townsman whispered to Lynch: "Be quiet, priests of holy Pate are rare to see."

Lynch responded with an "oh," quietly standing at the outermost part of the crowd. His companions hurried over, surrounding him.

The funeral continued, with lengthy eulogies going on. However, the more the mage listened, the more sothing felt amiss, as if they were holding a mourning ceremony for soone with the sa na as him. He looked toward the center of the venue, seeing his mother veiled in black, sitting on the ground crying, with Wislin and Morgan by her side.

"Let us rember this mage from Haisas, let us rember his na!" As the priest gestured, the Holy Temple Knights beside him raised their spears in salute to the sky, the highest etiquette to honor a friend of holy Pate.

The woman, upon seeing this scene, finally couldn’t hold on and fainted.

"Mom!" Lynch shouted, a fierce gust scattering the crowd before him. The mage ignored the people stumbling around him, shrugged off Zilvra, and leaped directly over their heads.

The Pate priest stumbled two steps back in a panic, extrely displeased with this young man disrupting the funeral. Daring to rush recklessly during such a sacred ceremony was nothing short of blasphemy! A spiritual light appeared in his hand as he began chanting a spell.

Seeing the Pate Priest’s action, Deluo grinned, drawing out the double-headed sword from behind him, his eyes fixed on the two rows of Holy Temple Knights, licking his lips and saying, "Well, this just got interesting!"
