Flas soared into the sky, and cars were blown into the air by the shockwaves of the explosions. Sam got back on his feet and ran for his life like an antelope being chased by a cheetah. The wicked and arrogant Starscream was still in hot pursuit. Behind them, Ironhide leapt high into the air, perford a beautiful sorsault, and pinned Starscream to the ground.
chanical parts scattered and flew in all directions. The road cracked like a spider web. Just as Starscream broke free from Ironhide’s entanglent, he was repeatedly shot by the pursuing Ratchet. Left with no choice, he transford into an F-22 and fled in panic.
Although Sam rushed into the building, the trouble he left behind continued attacking the bystanders.
The two newly appeared Transforrs seed to confirm what Optimus Pri had said—if gatron used the AllSpark to mass-produce Transforrs, humanity would surely perish.
"If the Autobots fail, what would the world be like if it were full of these Transforrs?"
Just as that thought erged, Luo Qinghua had another one pop into his head: "That would be pretty fun."
Wang Ziming had already clenched his fists. Behind his 3D glasses, his eyes were fixed on the big screen. The most intense battle had begun. Though he knew the Autobots would surely defeat the Decepticons, it was bound to be a fierce, difficult, and exciting process.
"The story is too simple."
In the front row, Jiang Xiaojun shook his head at Ge Baldy. "The plot is clearly a notch below The Dark Knight."
"But it’s more popular with audiences," Ge Baldy slightly turned toward the back.
Jiang Xiaojun also looked back. The general audience section was unusually quiet, as if no one was sitting there. This eerie silence wasn’t due to boredom it was because Transforrs was too captivating, leaving the audience no desire to talk or do anything else.
On the screen, the Transforrs created by the AllSpark were violently wreaking havoc, firing indiscriminately at buildings and vehicles on the street. They were even more brutal than the Decepticons.
Unfortunately, these newly appeared Transforrs quickly reached the end of their lives. Optimus Pri arrived at the critical mont and, after another stunning transformation, the leader of the Autobots, who had decided to unleash carnage, used the blazing sword in his hand to easily chop off their heads.
Then, gatron spotted Optimus Pri, and the film ushered in the direct showdown between the two leaders.
They smashed through buildings with ease. Cars were flattened like toys. Lampposts fell one by one like dominoes. The combat power of these two leaders was truly formidable.
This was the scene the audience had long been waiting for. These were the shots that countless Transforrs fans wanted to see. In the production team, only the sounds of collisions, shattering, and background music ca from the speakers...
Everyone stared intently at the screen. This was a visual baptism—an IAMX3D visual experience!
Although gatron was slightly stronger, Optimus Pri was no slouch either. He wasn’t powerless against gatron; he even managed to sever gatron’s shoulder armor with his sword. But out of concern for the fleeing civilians, he got flung like a sack by gatron and crashed in front of a building.
After comparing close-combat strength, the two leaders then clashed in firepower. In this area, gatron clearly had the upper hand. After taking a shot from Optimus Pri, he transford both arms into a laser cannon and blasted Optimus Pri away.
By this point in the film, the entire Las Vegas Strip had practically turned into a wasteland.
The battle continued. Even the supporting characters got their mont to shine. The strong and valiant portrayal of the female lead and the U.S. military was sothing audiences loved. Even while driving, Mikaela didn’t forget to strike a few sexy poses. She drove a tow truck carrying the injured Bumblebee and, along with Captain Lennox’s team, took down Frenzy.
On the other side, Sam was cornered by gatron, who had just shaken off Optimus Pri.
The film wasn’t about to let the Transforrs completely steal the show. Showing the determination and courage of humans made the film more appealing to the audience. Facing gatron’s threats and temptations, Sam clutched the AllSpark and shouted bravely—"NO!"
In the face of doom, this young man unleashed all his courage. He was soon crushed by a building brought down by gatron, and like a falling leaf, he plumted toward the ground—only to be caught just in ti by Optimus Pri.
Optimus Pri vs. gatron only one would survive!
"Sam, if I can’t kill gatron, put the AllSpark into my chest. I will use my life to destroy it!"
In such a situation, Sam, being an ordinary human, had no choice but to hide on the sidelines.
With stirring music playing, the screen once again filled with visuals. The two leaders clashed again, engaging in the most common style of Transforr combat—close-quarters brawling!
Emanating a sinister aura, gatron’s hand transford into a massive spiked curved blade. Besides the blazing sword ejected from his left arm, Optimus Pri also drew the flaming battle axe he had used countless tis in the animated series!
This instantly evoked mories for countless 80s kids. Wang Ziming was so excited he almost stood up.
Optimus Pri and gatron’s fight was simple, brutal, and direct. With every swing of their weapons, parts flew off, and streets and buildings were shattered.
Even though gatron had a slight advantage, he couldn’t defeat Optimus Pri quickly...
Another Decepticon arrived late to the scene. Blackout ca rolling down from the sky and joined the battle, imdiately shifting the balance of power. Fighting two enemies at once, Optimus Pri gradually fell behind, getting knocked down multiple tis.
gatron had help, but Optimus Pri wasn’t alone either. The film entered the U.S. military mont again.
Captain Lennox charged on a motorcycle, launching a death-defying attack. Other mbers of the special forces team used laser guidance for missiles fired by the F-22s. Blackout suffered a heavy bombardnt from the most advanced human fighter jets. That brave captain also delivered a penetrator round into Blackout’s body from between his legs.
The intense explosion temporarily interrupted the battle. Blackout, though not yet dead, staggered to his feet. The previously fallen Optimus Pri pulled out his big gun from behind and delivered the finishing blow. The projectile he fired passed through Blackout’s chest armor—already shattered by the F-22s—and struck the Transforr’s greatest weak point—the AllSpark.
anwhile, Starscream once again shook off Ironhide and Ratchet, the two background characters, flew into the sky, and charged straight toward the F-22 Raptors. Using his camouflage advantage, he took out several jets in quick succession.
At that mont, the F-22 squadron launched another missile salvo—the target was gatron, who had just thrown Optimus Pri!
The Decepticon leader was instantly engulfed by the explosions and flas. The cunning and treacherous Starscream chose to flee without hesitation.
On the ground, the continuous barrage had not dealt a fatal blow to gatron, but had blasted open his sturdy chest armor, clearly weakening his combat strength. When he once again viciously lunged at Optimus Pri, he was knocked down within just a few exchanges.
Captain Lennox’s squad surrounded him. Penetrator rounds repeatedly struck gatron. With no reinforcents in sight, gatron’s eyes landed on Sam, who was hiding behind a car.
If he could get the AllSpark, he could create a massive army of Transforrs!
gatron gathered his energy and released a shockwave, knocking both humans and Optimus Pri to the ground. Dragging his injured body, he lunged toward Sam. But at the critical mont, Optimus Pri stood up and charged, using his Fla Sword to sever one of gatron’s legs.
gatron collapsed in front of Sam. "I will kill you, pathetic insect. The AllSpark belongs to !"
"Humans are not insects!"
Staring at the weakened Decepticon leader, Sam rembered Optimus Pri’s words about destroying the AllSpark. Without hesitation, he lifted the AllSpark and inserted it into the cracked chest armor of gatron. This arrogant Decepticon leader, after struggling repeatedly, ultimately could not escape death.
"You leave no choice, my brother."
After Optimus Pri said this, the red glow in gatron’s eyes completely faded.
The cara gave a close-up of Optimus Pri’s hand picking up a fragnt of the AllSpark from gatron’s chest. Anyone familiar with Hollywood filmmaking would guess that, just like gatron’s corpse being thrown into the sea later, this is a setup for a sequel.
The battle ended. Sector Seven disbanded. Starscream fled. And naturally, the male and female leads got together.
Also, as in the previous life, the ending would not be complete without an Optimus Pri speech.
"After the AllSpark’s destruction, our planet can no longer sustain life. But fate has given us the greatest compensation to find a new ho."
"We live among humans, hidden in their midst, silently watching over them, waiting and protecting them."
"I have witnessed their courage and fearlessness with my own eyes."
"Though we co from different worlds, we are all the sa far beyond what ets the eye."
"I am Optimus Pri. Here, I summon all Autobots exiled across the universe."
"We are here. We are waiting."
The movie, with a runti of 113 minutes, ca to an end. Because many human scenes were cut, the length was not too long, and this also related to 3D technology. With today’s 3D visuals and glasses, an overly long film would likely cause discomfort for many viewers. Controlling the runti not only kept the pace tight but also ensured audience comfort.
Applause erupted without warning, instantly swelling from scattered claps into a roaring wave. Even at the back rows, cheers kept coming.
The entire IMAX 3D footage totaled 50 minutes, an absolute killer feature in today’s era.
