Mu Chienchien nodded in agreent. The last ti they learned about Qin Qin’s pregnancy, they went to the villa to see her. They saw Master Mo following Qin Qin around carefully, as if he was afraid that she would fall. It made them think that they had seen wrong, so they rubbed their eyes, but he was still the sa. They hadn’t expected Master Mo to change like that after marriage. It really was astonishing.
“Alright, stop talking nonsense. Let’s hurry up and shop, or else it’ll get late. Didn’t you say you wanted to buy so special products from Jingdu City for your parents?”
Qin Qin laughed and shook her head before walking forward, with Mu Chienchien and Gan Tiantian following close behind.
The two bodyguards followed them, occasionally reporting back to Mo Yunchen who was across from them.
The next day, Qin Qin, Mo Yunchen, Gan Tiantian, and Mu Chienchien boarded Mo Yunchen’s private plane.
Mu Chienchien planned to spend a few days in Chuandu City, but this ti she would stay at Gan Tiantian’s ho rather than Qin Qin’s. She didn’t want to be the third wheel and be scared off by Master Mo’s dark clouds.
The plane landed in Chuandu City after a little more than two hours, and half an hour later, Qin Qin and Mo Yunchen were back ho. Lu Xue Zhen was staying in Jingdu City because of Heavenly dicine Group business, along with Zhao Han. Back in Chuandu, Gan Tiantian waved goodbye to Qin Qin as they told the taxi driver to head towards Tian Family’s ho.
The Bentley stopped in front of Qin Qin’s ho. Mo Yunchen helped Qin Qin out of the car, followed by the two drivers who carried Mo Yunchen’s gifts and the special products Qin Qin had prepared.
Qin Qin held Mo Yunchen’s hand tightly, feeling a bit nervous. She wondered if she was putting the cart before the horse now, and whether Qin An’s temperant would cause him to faint from shock.
Qin Qin pressed the doorbell, and Lee Fong’s voice ca from inside the villa. Then, the villa’s door opened. Lee Fong saw Qin Qin and smiled, but when she saw Mo Yunchen, a puzzled expression appeared on her face. She recognized him as Qin Qin’s friend. Why would he co back with Qin Qin? And why was he holding her hand? Could it be the two of them?
“Aunt Lee!” Qin Qin called out with a laugh.
“Aunt Lee,” Mo Yunchen said following Qin Qin.
“Old Qin, Old Qin, co quickly,” Lee Fong shouted into the villa.
Then Qin An’s voice followed, “Is that Qinqin back? Why don’t you co in?”
Qin An, wearing an apron, ca out from the villa and upon seeing Qin Qin, his face lit up with joy. But when he saw Mo Yunchen, his expression suddenly changed.
“He… he…”
Qin An looked at their clasped hands, his eyes widening in shock.
“Dad, I’ll explain in a bit,” Qin Qin said.
Qin Qin entered the villa, and the two drivers brought everything inside. Looking at the mountain of items, Qin An and Lee Fong exchanged glances.
“These are the special products I bought for you, and these are to show respect from Mo Yunchen,” Qin Qin said, pointing to the heaps of items.
Qin An still didn’t know what was going on and could only nod, “Just coming is enough, why buy gifts?”
The packaging of the gifts alone looked extravagant, and he hardly dared to accept them.
“It’s what I should do, father-in-law,” Mo Yunchen said directly.
At the sound of the words “father-in-law,” Qin An’s legs wobbled, and he staggered back a few steps.
