A few minutes later, they ca upon another Stone Gate. Xiao Bai joyfully hopped toward it, Qin Qin and Mo Yunchen approached the gate, and Mo Yunchen stepped forward to open it, finding the usual stone block to the right. The Stone Gate emitted a muffled sound as it opened.
Mo Yunchen and Qin Qin exchanged a glance, their eyes warning each other to be cautious, then they and the fox stepped inside.
Upon entering the Tomb Chamber, dozens of skeletons caught the eyes of Mo Yunchen and Qin Qin, causing Xiao Bai to freeze in fear.
Qin Qin examined the skeletons on the ground, scrutinizing them before crouching down to inspect the one right in front of them more closely.
Mo Yunchen’s gaze was sharp as he surveyed their surroundings, finding nothing amiss but feeling that this chamber seed even more sinister and darker than the previous ones.
Qin Qin stood up with a solemn look, “These bodies are both old and new. The older ones probably date back a thousand years, while the newer ones seem to be a few years old.
