Chapter 113: Chapter 113
It was like a loud thunder that struck Cindy right in her heart. She bit her lower lip as she watched Winter leave the office. She was angry that Winter could easily flex on the fact that she was truly wanted by many rich n, for no reason at all.
But Cindy got no coback to ridicule Winter. It was truly a frustrating situation where the heroine couldn’t do anything against her cruel and arrogant evil sister.
’This is so unfair. How could she seduce another rich man while already having Sebastian? Does she know no sha?!’
Unfortunately, Cindy could only swallow that question, because she was already stunned by Winter’s 10 million dollar ruby necklace just now.
Iris chuckled when she saw Cindy was still wearing that stupid expression, even after Winter left thirty seconds ago. Obviously, she was happy to see this ungrateful woman finally shut her poisonous mouth for once.
But Iris wasn’t as kind and forgiving as Winter. So, she ridiculed Cindy instead.
"Well, would you look at that? Winter is wanted by so many rich n that a ten-million-dollar necklace doesn’t hold significance for her. Ah, if only I could be just like her. Too bad, I’m not as pretty as her," Iris said, then she delivered the blow, "You do know the feeling very well, right, Cindy?"
Cindy gritted her teeth and said nothing. She decided to ignore Iris completely because arguing with Winter’s lapdog was a waste of ti!

Winter stepped out of the elevator and walked through the lobby. However, she didn’t head to the entrance, instead, she headed to the receptionist’s desk, where the sa unassuming young woman had been doing her job diligently.
She already knew this woman was the only possible suspect to be Camilla’s subordinate. After all, the receptionist was the only one who had all the information about the guests, and also the only one with access to all areas of the office.
But of course, she wouldn’t just confront the receptionist in the lobby, that was simply a suicide on her part.
Winter couldn’t simply rule out the possibility that Camilla was planting another of her subordinates in this office.
’I have to weed out the most important things first. This woman knows too much, and her job as a receptionist is too strategic,’ Winter thought. She stood in front of the receptionist who got tense imdiately.
"G-good afternoon, Madam. Do you need help?"
"Yes. I need you to co to the basent parking lot right now. I have sothing to talk to you about, and it is dire," Winter said.
Isabella’s heart jumped.
She stared at Madam Winter’s face, and there was no trace of anger. It seed that she was in a sowhat okay mood. So, Isabella quickly eliminated the idea that Madam Winter already found out about her identity as Camilla’s subordinate.
’No, there is no way Madam already knows about . I think I’ve done my part really well not to get caught by anyone, right?’ Isabella tried to convince herself, but she was also unsure because Madam Winter owned this company. ’Okay, calm down, Isabella. She will notice sothing’s wrong if you are panicking.’
Thus, Isabella tried to make an innocent smile and asked, "Is there sothing I need to do in the parking lot, Madam? I’m still in my shift right now. Should I call the security guard for you?"
"The lobby is pretty empty right now, so I don’t see any pressing matter you need to attend," Winter said. "Besides, you should’ve known this company is mine after my husband’s death. So which boss do you serve?"
Isabella gulped.
She had a feeling that Madam had already known about her being the mole. But if she already knew, wouldn’t it be wiser to just fire her?
Nevertheless, she had no way to refuse her anymore. So she nodded and said, "Let
call my colleague to replace
at the receptionist desk, Madam. I will be there as soon as possible."
"No," Winter refused to give this young woman a chance to inform Camilla about this. "Co with . Now."
Isabella finally gave up trying to wiggle her way out. She took her phone, but Winter pointed it out, "Put your phone here. This is a private talk between us."
Isabella nodded.
She followed Madam Winter to the basent parking lot, and her legs started shaking as she stared at Madam Winter’s back.
Winter had that dignified way of walking. Her every step was light but also carried montum that made anyone who followed her suddenly have a growing respect for her.
It was similar to Madam Camilla’s way of walking, but...
’She looks lonelier like this. As if she’s carrying a lot of pain in her life,’ Isabella pondered. She continued pondering until Winter stopped in front of her car, with Arthur, her bodyguard looking down on Isabella with his watchful gaze.
"Open the door, Arthur. I will have a private talk with her inside," Winter ordered.
"Understood, Madam."
Arthur opened the door for them, Isabella followed Madam Winter to the backseat.
Her heart jumped when the bodyguard slamd the door shut, and she was tense when she glanced at Madam Winter who sat gracefully next to her.
Winter was staring straight as she asked, "How much did she pay you?"
"I-I don’t know what you are talking about, Madam. I was hired by the HR departnt, and I—"
"No need to feign your innocence," Winter slowly turned towards Isabella, and judged the young woman with her cold eyes. "Tell
how much Camilla paid you to be a mole."
’I am done for.’
That thought flashed in Isabella’s head as she had been caught red-handed by the Madam.
She didn’t know what or who gave her the clue that Isabella was the mole.
But now, she was done for.
There was no way for her to escape Madam Winter’s clutch.
Isabella rembered her father who was ill, which forced him to take a loan from a loan shark like Camilla.
But maybe this was for the better.
She was tired of it all, anyway.
