Realizing she was basically dismissing , I quickly said my goodbyes and took my leave.
As I exited the office, the heavy weight in my heart finally lifted, and the issue of the commission was ultimately sorted out.
Unconsciously, I found myself standing at Tatiana’s office door.
I hesitated, unsure whether to enter.
Jessica and Linda were untrustworthy. If George hadn’t been reliable, I would have been in trouble during yesterday’s morning eting.
Tatiana, the mistress, was a tough cookie to handle.

I pushed the door and stepped inside. Compared to Linda, Tatiana dressed more youthfully, especially with her captivating eyes.
"Tatiana!" I greeted quickly.
"Did you just visit Linda’s office?" she asked.
"Yes. After all, Linda is the head of the marketing departnt," I said with a smile.
"Why didn’t you co to for justice in this matter? Have you forgotten what I said before?" Tatiana said.
She was quite sothing, asking in a probing manner that didn’t provoke anger but rather made one feel inadequate.
With a somber expression, I replied, "Tatiana, the situation was extrely urgent, and I didn’t consider it imdiately."
"It seems like my influence as a VP doesn’t hold much weight in your eyes."
"Not at all. It’s just that having you handle such a minor issue feels like using a sledgehamr to crack a nut."
"You certainly know how to sweet talk."
Tatiana finally said, "Take a seat."
"Thank you, Tatiana."

I quickly said, "I always heed my superiors."
Tatiana said, "Really? That’s good."
She added, "I’m planning to establish a new departnt and urgently need assistance. Would you be interested?"
"What departnt?"
"The business developnt departnt."
"What?"
"Isn’t that just the marketing departnt?"
I was taken aback. Was she really about to target the marketing departnt? Managing the project departnt wasn’t enough. Now she wanted to encroach on Linda’s territory as well.
If I really went over, Linda might tear apart.
Damn, I knew no good would co of this. In the end, they just wanted to use as a pawn.

I realized that this departnt was not just about decentralization. It was also designed to further increase the company’s profit points.

But it had to be said, she had great ambition and a far-reaching vision.
Once she succeeded, the existence of the marketing departnt would beco awkward, and Linda’s power would be significantly diminished.
Furthermore, it would strike at the core of her power.
In fact, the project departnt was essentially reliant on the marketing departnt. Without the marketing departnt generating projects, how could they make money?
No wonder Tatiana was resorting to such drastic asures.
