Harmony

The instant Christopher entered his Dinsion, he didn't hesitate and imdiately transported all of the lifeforms within it outside, the only exceptions being Eidrasil and Sinestra since their existences were bound to the Dinsion.

And the mont after that, the System's voice rang out.

[New Item Detecte- Warning!!! Warning!!! Warning!!!] It's voice suddenly echoed throughout the Dinsion as it shuddered and Christopher groaned.

He teleported backwards just as the Void energy erupted from the core and started to expand rapidly.

The Dinsion trembled and groaned as the vast energy of nothingness expanded outward, it's chaotic essence slamming against the Dinsion's orderly nature.

Christopher gasped, he rembered at that mont that the Dinsion was tied directly to his soul, and whatever damage it sustained would be transmitted to his soul.

'It… hurts… quite a bit…' He groaned, but he couldn't dally. The Void energy was rampant and waited For none as it seed to erase everything in sight.

It was then that the Pure Mana of his Dinsion that had been enhanced to unfathomable levels suddenly surged forth to et the Void energy and counter it. Read exclusive content at empire

The two opposing forces crashed into one another and Christopher yelped as cracks started to form along the Dinsional barrier, and Christopher could feel his soul cracking in response. The pain was simply unreal. But he couldn't let it cloud His mind.

"MASTER!" Sinestra and Eidrasil both materialised next to him with worried expressions. Their gaze moved from him to the ongoing battle between the Mana and Void energy.

"I'm… fine…" Christopher said before coughing up blood and groaning.

"Master, you need to stop this! It's not worth it." Sinestra said sternly, but Christopher raised his hand and shook his head.

He stood up with so difficulty and stared up. The force of the collisions was simply too much for the Dinsion to bear. If this went on, it was either the Void energy or the Mana won, or the Dinsion shattered.

Which would lead to his death.

He gritted his teeth. He would make this work.

Using his will, he made the Mana push back against the Void energy with even more intensity, his heart set on subduing the rampant Void energy.

However, the Void energy seed to be emboldened by this and pushed back with equal vigor, causing more cracks to run across the Dinsion.

Christopher's vision blurred.

'I'm doing sothing wrong.' He instantly realised and his mind spun. What did he understand about the Void and the way it interacted with Reality?

The Void was Oblivion and emptiness in which nothing could exist. And anything made of Creation would be reduced to nothing when exposed to it.

But that was only one side of the story.

Indeed, the Void erased anything and everything that wasn't nothing. But the sa could be said for how Creation acted when exposed to the Void.

The Void being exposed to creation would result in it losing its status as utter nothing and absolute Oblivion. In that case, nothing would beco sothing, and the aspect of nothing would cease to exist.

The two were opposing forces that countered each other yes, but they were two sides of the sa coin, just like life and death, or light and darkness. And needed each other to exist.

After all, if there was only Void and no creation, then there would be nothing to define the aning of, well, nothing. And if there was no Void, there would be no environnt conducive for creation to take place.

But at the sa ti, they both countered each other in every way. As such, the only way for both sides to exist in harmony, was to achieve balance.

Instead of both sides constantly trying to devour each other, they would learn to coexist with one another, and this way, they could both exist without any issues.

'That's what I need to do.' Christopher realised. He was trying to make his Mana suppress the Void energy, but that's not what he was ant to do.

He was ant to achieve balance and allow the two sides to coexist with one another. Otherwise, they would continue to clash until both were destroyed.

He isn't an to suppress the Void, he's ant to harmonise with it.

With this new insight, Christopher wasted no ti and imdiately willed the Mana of the Dinsion.

Imdiately, he stopped pushing against the Void energy and it imdiately surged forward, however, instead of allowing itself to be devoured, the Mana remained steadfast and the Void energy continued to crash into it for a ti.

However, as the Mana made no attempt to counter and just raised firm, the Void started to slow in its assaults, which grew slower and slower until they eventually stopped.

'So far so good.' He huffed as sweat poured down his brow.

Then, gently, he made his Mana guide the now passive Void energy towards the center of his Dinsion.

'Sinestra, make way for the core.' Christopher asked telepathically as he was too tired to speak.

The Manifestation of Sinestra hesitated before sighing and waved his hand.

Then amazingly, the entire Haven of the Enlightened floated upwards and a massive opening appeared in the ground below, and deep in this opening, a shimring core could be seen. The core of his Dinsion.

It was incredibly bright and gave off a multicoloured radiance and was simply srising to look at. This was the thing that was responsible For everything Christopher was now. The thing that made every enhancent possible. This was it.

And this was the first ti he'd ever exposed it to to open. As Christopher realised sothing about it. The Dinsion core, was insanely fragile. So fragile in fact that a moderate impact could shatter it, which would kill him.

As such, he was taking an insane risk by not only exposing it, but also taking the initiative to put Void energy into it.

It was risky, but he couldn't shake off the feeling that it was possible, and that doing it would lead to an incredible result.

As suck, when the first tendrils of Mana and Void energy reached the core, he imdiately started to make them spin around each other slowly. Similar to a YinYang pattern, he made the two opposing forces circulate around each other, and gradually sped it up as they filled it more and more.

Christopher found himself suddenly entering a strange state.

He didn't know when it happened, but he realised that he was no longer looking through his eyes. Instead, he was looking down on his dinsion, down the opening that led to its core.

The core was quite massive. About a kilotre in diater, so he could clearly see it from the height he was viewing from.

He could also clearly see how within the core, the Void energy and Mana began to circulate faster and faster, truly taking on the shape of a Yin and Yang symbol. Even in this strange state, he was still controlling the two energies to circulate Around one another.

He could feel it. He was right there.

The last bits of Mana and Void energy had been transferred into the core. And then.

BOOM

Christopher felt his consciousness shake as an explosion happened, but it wasn't violent or destructive. Instead, it was very very strange.

[Unparalleled Achievent!] The system suddenly spoke as Christopher started to witness sothing incredible.

That "explosion" just now had unleashed a wave of Mana throughout his Dinsion, but that wasn't all. The Mana now seed… strange.

It was pure blue before, but now, there were flecks of darkness within it. But it wasn't in any way Corruption or anything like that.

[Through the Master's efforts, his Dinsion has undergone an unprecedented change!] This strange Mana surged into everything, from the ground to the trees to the air, to the very concepts of the Dinsion itself, and it's inhabitants. Indeed, even those who were outside had this Mana fill their bodies abruptly.

[By achieving harmony between both Mana and Void, two perfectly opposing forces, the Master has opened a new avenue for evolution for his Dinsion and all its inhabitants!]

[Void-Forged Mana has been created.]

[Mana-Forged Void has been created.]

Christopher was shocked.

He didn't know when he returned to his body, but he put his hand on his chest and was stunned. Within his body where his Mana was circulating, he could sense traces of nothingness swimming among the Mana, but it wasn't dangerous. In fact, he was sure that it was positively enhancing.

He could already tell that from now on, his attacks would have the Void attribute to them, aning that not only were they deal their normal intended damage, but they would also be capable of dealing Void damage which to so extent ignored defense and all other forms of Creation based constructs. And thatbwas rely the surface.

But the system wasn't done.

[The Void and Creation energy have reached harmony, but the Void energy has no true place to dwell.] It said. And then it's next set of words made his eyes widen.

[Beginning the establishnt of the Void Dinsion.]
