"We are here," Alex said.
"Wait, this is the sa place we got the moonlight plants before and the large tree is still there, but it feels different," Max said.
"Flesh..." an eerie voice echoed.
"Shit, I knew this was going to happen" lissa spoke, imdiately she removed an arrow from her quiver.
The rest of them heard the voice and quickly looked around trying to figure out where the voice was coming from.
"lissa, do you know what we are facing?" Alex asked.
"Ghoul" lissa simply said, but from the looks of it, she was vigilant as she looked around and Alex knew the ghouls were bad news.
"lissa, didn't you say ghouls were really troubleso, are we in danger?" Max asked.
"I faced them in the Silver Continent, but the ghouls here would be low-leveled so you have nothing to worry about except..."
"Flesh...flesh...flesh"
This ti different voices echoed around the forest and they knew they were already surrounded, in front of the group a single one ca.
They were already in the area where the moonlight plants grew and the plants were scattered all around giving little light to the area where they were.
"Flesh..." the ghoul who spotted them dashed towards them at full speed.
"He's coming here" Rebecca shouted.

"Level 16,150 HP" Alex shouted as they all took battle stances.

lissa imdiately let go of the string of her bow and her arrow traveled with a whistling sound heading straight to the ghoul.
"They are fast, but no match for her" Max muttered.
lissa's arrow hit the ghoul's leg pinning it to the ground, the ghoul stopped in its track and struggled to pull away from the arrow.
"Why didn't you finish it off?" Lynx asked.
"You can't finish it off, they are undead, you can finish them off by cutting off their heads or burning them with flas, they are extrely weak against fire," lissa said.

As soon as Gabriel heard 'burning them with flas' he quickly unleashed two fireballs to see what would happen.
"Yeeeeii..." the ghoul scread as the fla quickly spread around its body burning it.
"Woah, that's effective, the ghoul's HP is down to 100, wait...60...50...30..." Alex smiled as the ghoul fell to the ground.
"Wow...I didn't know fla was this effective, I was told it was effective but I never tested it out" lissa said.
"Uhmmm guys, I think you should turn around," Rebecca said with her voice cracking.
The five of them turned around and their jaws dropped, more than 30 ghouls were moving towards them.
"That's the problem, ghouls attack in groups to overwhelm opponents, and take note they may lay on the ground dead to ambush opponent, we should fight them off while Rebecca take the plants," lissa said.
"Good idea, but the plants are scattered all over, last ti we fought skeletons, there was a skeleton mage reviving more of them, it might be the sa for the ghoul," Alex said.
"I don't know about that but we have to get the plants and find a way out before they surround us," lissa said.
BAM!!
Lynx shot one of the ghouls and separated the head from the rest of the body, the ghoul fell down imdiately dead.
"Good news, I can kill them, bad news I have to wait 30 seconds before I can strike again," Lynx said.
Slowly the group was moving backward to create space between them and the ghouls, lissa's arrows weren't unlimited but she had up to 100 in her possession, sa with Lynx.
"I have an idea, Gabriel shot three of your fireballs," Alex said.
"Huh!! what the heck are you saying, I should shoot you with my fireballs, you realize you are going to die right, like die for real" Gabriel mouthed.
"Why should he shoot you?" lissa asked imdiately.
"Gabriel...I said shoot three of your fireballs" Alex spoke in a hoarse voice.
"Don't bla when you die" Gabriel shouted as he stretched his hands towards Alex.
"Hey guys, the enemy is right in front of us, this isn't ti to play, we are going to die for real" Rebecca spoke in a worried voice.

The rest of them moved away a little and Gabriel shot three fireballs straight at Alex, but instead of setting him on fire, the flas were absorbed by his body shocking the rest of them.

Alex smiled as he saw the information in front of him, imdiately he dashed towards the ghouls in front of them.
"Where is he going? What is he doing?" lissa shouted.
"Alex...what just happened" Gabriel mouthed, but Alex was concentrating, he still wasn't all that good at releasing the energy he absorbed but this wasn't the first ti he was doing it.
Alex narrowed his gaze to the ghoul in front, the ghoul was a little far from the rest of them, both of his daggers were still in his hands.
The ghoul in front was level 17 and the sa as zombies, ghouls were really slow and Alex also had that in his head.
His plan was simple, get in the center of the ghouls and the ghoul in front was the perfect springboard.
"Flesh..." the ghoul in front shouted as Alex ran towards it.
As soon as Alex was in range he quickly bent down and aid for the ghoul's legs, the ghoul stretched its hands but Alex was faster as he reached down and used his strength to hit both of the ghoul's legs causing it to fall on the ground, imdiately Alex moved backward.
"What is he doing?"
"Is he in his right sense, or is that thing back again?" Lynx asked.
"What thing?" lissa asked.
"Sotis Alex becos soone else," Lynx said.
"Isn't soone else a little bit much, he just gets too engrossed in a battle that he doesn't pay attention to others" Max said.
As soon as the ghoul raised its head to stand up, Alex dashed forward imdiately and used the ghoul as a springboard to jump higher.
The rest of the ghouls were now closer and to them Alex was a piece of at falling from the sky.
"Huh!!" Lynx shouted.
"Is he trying to get himself killed?"
"Alex!!!" lissa shouted.
"Flesh...flesh...flesh" All the ghouls attention were now shifted to Alex who was in the air with his eyes closed.
"Now" Alex mouthed as he opened his eyes.
Gabriel's fireball spell was weaker but on ghouls, it was super effective, and Alex had no doubt as he landed in the center of the ghouls.
His energy absorption also amplifies the absorbed energy increasing its power and range and as soon as he landed in the midst of the ghouls the flas were released.
The fla burst out of Alex's body igniting more than twenty of the ghouls all at once, the ghouls imdiately dashed away from Alex running away.
"What just happened?" Gabriel said in shock.
"Alex isn't a mage right?" Lynx said laughing nervously.
"What power is that, even top players aren't able to generate flas from their bodies" lissa mumbled.
"Incoming" Max said as the ghouls were now running towards them, even the ones in flas.
Alex quickly brandish his daggers after releasing the flas, the ghouls were running away from him so this was the perfect opportunity to kill them, Alex was used to striking an opponent's neck and his Blood dagger proved useful.
His demon blade wasn't able to behead the ghouls in one strike but the blood dagger did the job perfectly, Alex just had to put his strength and attack.
The rest of them quickly joined the fight quickly killing off the rest of the ghouls.
Alex alone was able to kill 17 ghouls by himself giving him an increase of 2,805 XP.
