The runes took effect, the elental-like wall appeared, glowing even more than a bald god’s head, and then it was finally the mont of truth, for an amazing instant the world seed to still.

Once more, it was rely a fleeting glance from the dragon, one that barely saw their elental-like energy and disregarded it, for they were too weak for it.

As the two stared at one another, it was a beautiful mont of— Who the fuck were they kidding?! As soon as the Dragon retreated, their cave bloody gave in, trying to bury them alive! "RUUNNNNNN!" And then ca all the elentals.
Luckily, this was nothing new. Jack looked at them as if old friends, chuckling at their pathetic attempts at throwing fireballs! Besides, now wasn’t the ti to face them.
"Here’s the plan. Now that you can resist the Dragon’s pressure, we GTFO, get a well-deserved nap, and then re-challenge it ASAP!"

To fight or to nap? Jack couldn’t help but give a wry smile. "System, Surrender the Inst— Wait, what?!" He had just been about to finish his sentence when he suddenly froze.
Jack suddenly watched the lava below, panicked...

As soon as Jack saw that, his blood utterly chilled.
Was a Coward’s Debuff that big a deal? No! All it did was lower stats for a bit and increase the ti before one could reenter an instance.
Except in this case, it would be catastrophic! Unable to enter the instance? What if the Heat in Timber City finally reached critical levels while they were jerking outside?!
Timber City? → DESTROYED!
City Destroyed on his Watch? → Suspicious AF!
That with that Lord Silver Lurking? → Precarious Situation!
Still, it couldn’t have co at a worse ti. As Jack gazed at the lava, he couldn’t help but frown endlessly. He had progressed a bit alone, but it would still take a while.

The two weird elentals had probably gained sentience?
They were probably coming to pay their respect!
As for being worried? There was no need to be!
In fact, the one dying at the mont was actually Jack! Sleep deprivation coupled with feeling like a pig in the oven and Dragon jump-scares?! This was the Ultimate Torture!
And the more they went down, and the worse it got...

But seeing this, the little wolf didn’t panic as it grabbed its Master in its maw: this was just like back in the Iceland Trial! Was his Master affected by the Eternal Slumber again?
It wasn’t sure, but it would protect him!

Would they stay scared for long? Definitely not! But that didn’t matter one bit; all that mattered was that it bought the little bit of ti its master needed!

At that mont, there was one thing and one thing only Jack could think of to salvage the situation, and yet it would look incredibly dumb to the uninford!
Back in the real world, a ghost ran out of his apartnt. He was sickly looking, coughing endlessly, and so tired-looking, yet he rushed out of his place like a mad demon!
"Quick! Soone help, there’s a junkie!"
"Public safety agents, he’s there!"
"Hurry, catch him! ASAP!"

As expected, the neighborhood was still "amazing" and full of concerned citizens, but so what? Jack didn’t give a fuck about them! He erupted inside a convenience store!
The poor clerk saw his life flash before his eyes...
"Take anything you want, just don’t kill !" but then a second later, the man gasped in utter incomprehension. What the hell?! The junkie was just grabbing Ice bags?
Yep, ICE! Lots and lots of ICE! Enough to freeze a pool over, and yet he didn’t seem to want to give it a rest just yet, even as the peacekeepers aid their electrified sticks his way.
Even they couldn’t help but freeze as Jack kept swiping his phone at the automatic ice machine as if he was truly addicted to ICE!

But their incessant and baffled chatter was suddenly halted by a demon glaring at them like he wanted to devour their souls! Jack didn’t have ti for that!
"Help already! It’s URGENT!" Could a random citizen order the peacemakers? No way, right? He wasn’t their boss! But as the n in uniform saw his beast-like gaze, they froze.
Then, a second later, they were all obediently carrying ice bags for a youngster who looked more madman than human, yet one that they didn’t dare slight in the least.
But as for what followed, they suddenly jumped in fright.
"Young man, you can’t be serious?!"
"What are you even trying to do?"
"We won’t help with—GULP!"
Those eyes ca back, ones that scread of violence, destruction, madness, and yet that had a glow in them that utterly overwheld all their protests.
This guy KNEW what he was doing!
"Y-Yes, Sir! Right away, Sir!"
Before long, they had helped him with whatever he was doing, utterly unsure what that was about. So shaken that they actually helped him as if on auto-pilot.
It was only once they left the apartnt and the door closed on their asses that they finally slowly returned to their senses, still shaken.
"Why would anyone need that much Ice in a bathtub?"
"Wait... don’t tell he’s killing himself?!"
"Oh FUCK! What did we just do?!"
"Let’s kick the door in and—"
But just as they were about to, a goddess appeared, her eyes glowing as she grasped the paper bag in her embrace like a treasure. < Deadliest Spices! >
Lilly was just returning, resolved to cook her beloved brother the most delicious food! But she had barely taken a few steps when she froze. What the hell was that about?
Wait, Jack was in trouble?! Never had anyone rushed to a bathroom so fast! The place was colder than death, and he was in a coffin of ice! What the hell?!
And as she saw his state, her heart stopped...
