I ran deeper into the cave when I felt the beast's gaze land on .
My heart was beating faster than ever before.
I heard the roar of the beast's roar as a ear deafening sound ca from behind .
I didn't even dare to turn around. I felt sothing approaching the entrance of the cave quickly.
All I could do was run.
Turning around the corner, I sighed as the gates ca into view. My pace slowed down to a slow jog.
That was a mistake!
A cold wyvern's breath of ice suddenly ca out of the corner and turned towards .
A shiver ran down my spine and I did everything I could to run towards the gates. I didn't care about the rhythm of my breathing or where I put my feet, I just saw that the gates were getting closer and closer.
Whoosh...
The attack caught up with and froze so of my back. I was very close to the gates. I jumped forward and felt both my legs being damaged by the attack.
I landed on the other side of the gate and rolled to the side to avoid the deadly attack.
My forehead was drenched in sweat, I almost lost two levels!
Mumbling under my nose, I quickly checked the condition of my body. My back was a little frozen and both of my legs were covered in ice.
I moved them around and held the demonic fla under the ice. Surprisingly, the ice lted in a few minutes, revealing the poor condition of my legs.
Fortunately, everything in this ga heals over ti. Except, of course, the damage you suffered in real life. At least not yet...
" How should I leave the cave? "
I muttered while throwing stones at the nearby wall. I didn't know the reason why the wyvern descended from the mountain. As far as I knew, the first player to enter the cave had no such problem.
Slowly, I stood up, checked that my legs were healed, and moved further away from the gates. I didn't know how many more attacks the gates could take.
My brain had already thought of a plan, since the cave won't regenerate until I leave it, why don't I take another exit?
I went to the deepest tunnel of the cave and looked at my watch. I'd to wait for the night.

The sky was illuminated by two moons, which gave two shadows for every being. Sowhere near the mountains, a Wyvern laid looking at the cave entrance with a look as if there's sothing bothering it.
anwhile, on the other side of the mountains, a hand erged from the ground. It looked like soone was trying to escape his grave.
I managed to drill another exit to the cave. I used the Lightning Spear and spent extra mana to turn it into a primitive drill.
Soon, enough a small hole had appeared in the ceiling. Not wanting to risk appearing near the wyvern, I stuck my hand into the crack to check if the climate was cold.
It wasn't!
I pulled back and continued to drill a larger hole.
A few minutes later, I climbed out of the cave. The cave behind rebuilt itself before my eyes, indicating that I'd left the cave.
Looking around, I noticed that the forest around this part hadn't turned into tundra and was still healthy. Warily looking around, I didn't spot any monsters, so I opened my map.
I was on the other side of the mountains and could see a snow bio on the other side. Not wanting to inform the wyvern of my position, I made a wide circle and walked back to the village.
Of course, the journey wasn't without surprises. While I was running, a green blob jumped out of the bushes.

My previously hardened expression slowly relaxed. I was very tense because of today's events.
I moved closer to the sli and dodged so of the bullets aid at my head. Just as I was about to burn it, I suddenly saw another sli erge from the greenery and another...
Soon there were more slis than I could count. I audibly swallowed my saliva and ran behind one of the trees.
Whoosh... Whoosh... Whoosh...
Wind bullets flew everywhere and forced to take cover behind a nearby tree.
'Why would sli creatures form a group? '
I muttered softly to myself as I lowered my head and covered it with my hands.
A bit later, most of the slis ran out of mana. Still suspicious of the situation, I automatically dropped the thought of attacking them in case so slis still had mana.
Slowly retreating I didn't dare to turn my back towards the group. The slis only gazed at from the distance not moving closer nor retreating.
After a few minutes I lost sight of group and Sighed from relief. At least I though I did, but then sothing jumped out of the forest and bit into my arm.
" Aghh "
I shouted out while trying to shake the being off my hand. Unfortunately the creature didn't want to let go and I was forced to grill it with Demonic Fla.
Fortunately the attacker was not immune to flas and let go distancing itself a dozen feet.
- 51 HP
One third of my HP was gone like that. Staring at the creature I noticed its yellow eyes glaring a my direction with an intent to kill.
I had no option, but to fight.
