Sitting in the front passenger seat of the white SUV that raced through the highway at a speed of 150 miles per hour, I attended the package that I had asked Silva to buy for .

A dark crimson coat that matched my suit.

A pack of premium cards.

A Black Marker.

3 blank white cards.

These were the items that I may or may not need in the party. I could have taken a few additional things, but sadly, I neither had the ti, nor the money to prepare them.

Seems like everything is in place. I felt looking at the contents of the bag, counting them one by one at least three tis. Once made sure that everything was there without missing even a single card, I took the crimson coat out first.

Raising my right hand, and passing it through the armhole of the coat, I put it slowly. Then, placing the marker in the right pocket, the white cards in the left and the playing cards in my inner pocket, I once again looked at the highway in front of us.

Based on the speed and distance, it should take about an hour to reach there. I pondered, wondering what next I should do to utilise this ti.

"Here," Silva, who was watching getting ready, passed a file. Brushing my hand against the brown cover that seed to be quite premium to touch, I read the ’Top Secret’ written on the heading. I would have taken it seriously if it were not written with a red crayon that seed to be smashed on the paper at the end.

Opening the first page of the file, I found a familiar na.

The Adlaids

A rich group of investors who were famous for making the right investnts at the right ti. Below that na were a total of 3 pictures: two n and an old woman, with their details written along with their photos.

Giving it a quick read, I found that this information was sothing that I had already known. In fact, I knew about a dozen more about them than what was written within the file.

Perhaps a few things that even Adlaids won’t know.

The next few pages were the sa.

A family na written at the top with a few photos below it with information. So families had 3 of their mbers ntioned, others 2 and a rare few 4 of them. Even the Rothraks had only Silva Rothrak’s na written on it, with the last 7 pages left empty.

"These are the people who I know are invited to the ball. There will be about 10 to 20 more in there. Your work is to find at least 5 of the others not ntioned in the file. Have you been doing what I had asked you to do?" Silva spoke in a serious tone, much different from the casual unhinged she usually carried.

To morize the pattern of talking, their body language and behaviour from the internet, about as many famous people as possible. I recalled the ’howork’ she had given before.

All I had to do was get familiar with people’s patterns and then find out which of them was attending the ball. The only problem was that there were at least a thousand celebrities, small or big, who could arrive at this ball. Plus the one with the most obvious chance to co was already ntioned before in the file. aning I can’t count them.

"Yeah. It should be doable," I said, as I probably would end up finding the identity of all those at the party. If by chance there is soone that I don’t know... that would be interesting.

A smile ford on my face wondering just how many familiar faces I would be eting within the party. But then I recalled sothing...

"My na is not there, huh?" I asked curiously, to which Silva nodded, speaking," Yeah. I thought you wouldn’t like it there. Also, open the pocket at the end."

Hearing her words, I then did what she asked, finding a purple invitation card in it. There were grand words of [27th Grama Ball and Masquerade Party Invitation!] written on it, making take it out before folding it in half and keeping it in the left pocket, with the 3 white cards.

"Should I find a proper corner for you to observe the hall?" Silva asked with the sa serious vibe as she raced through the highway, while I looked at her attire with a slight analytic gaze.

She wore a long white one-piece gown that reached down below her feet. Made wonder how she was even driving the car right now. Then, I looked at the golden flower brooch she was wearing, attractive enough to get a few gentlen close to her, while elegant enough to push away anyone who did not have proper etiquette.

Before praising the lady, all you have to do is praise the flower first to praise the lady’s taste, huh? The world of nobles was complex, and the world of won was even worse. You gotta be guessing what their next move is. Sotis even forcefully choosing the wrong answer before getting to the right one.

Why do they have to be so complex all the ti? I sighed on the inside before focusing on the feather-white mask with a golden tint. Covering her entire face below the nose, it sohow brought out a different form of charm than she usually carried.

"Mikael?" She called out of my thoughts, before I recalled what her question was. Then, pondering what I was about to do, I answered the first thing that ca to my mind.

"I would love to do that. But... I don’t think I will be getting the recomndation that way, do I?"

Silva, being a chaos creator at parties, would in no way recomnd soone who hides from the crowd. Another reason I am going to so much trouble to hide my traces right now. I sighed on the inside.

Silva, who was serious for the entire journey up until now, showed a slight smile before her gaze focused on the highway, sharpened a bit more.

"No. No, you won’t," she answered without hiding anything, as she sped up even more.

Thought so. I sighed again before focusing on the file again. Specifically looking at the Vincents who were coming to the party. A slight smile ford at the corner of my lips.

...

Location: Riverside Grand Mansion!

In a huge mansion that was at least 3 tis larger than the Vincents’, the ball and masquerade party was being organised. Only the most distinguished guests were allowed, and one had to be pretty well known in the circle to even get a chance to enter this party.

All the guests were people that you would rarely even get a chance to et in real life. That is, if you were to find out who they were through their masks.

About 10 minutes after the party officially began and guests started enjoying the food and the dance, a black specter was parked outside the mansion, before two beautiful ladies dressed in black, moved out of it.

One of them had short bowl-cut hair that reached above her shoulders. Wearing a black feathered mask, she turned to the elder one with long black curly hair and a curvy figure that made almost all the n turn their heads at least once.

"Rember. We are only here to observe," a red-haired man, getting out of the car, spoke to the girls before they both nodded and began moving towards the mansion with an invitation in their hands each. Passing it to the guard, they waited for a few seconds before he nodded and said,

"Welco, Miss Black. Miss Crimson. Mr. Leaf."

Raven(Livia) and Castellina have joined the party.

...

5 minutes later, two n in white three-piece dresses, wearing green-golden feathered masks, ca out of a white exquisite rcedez. They looked at each other for a brief mont without showing any expression before moving towards the mansion.

Giving the invitation to the guard at the front door, they too, entered the ball party.

"Welco, Mr. Winter. Welco, Mr. Snow."

The Vincents have entered the party.

...

A woman with curly brown hair that reached below her waist, wearing a sapphire blue one-piece gown that matched the glow of her eyes, got out of the car. With her ca a burly, strong, black-haired man, wearing a white coat over his blue shirt and white formal pants.

"Are we really going to do this?" The woman asked in an unpleasant tone, to which the burly man answered,

"Aurora, you said you wanted a chance to prove your worth and break off the engagent. This is the best chance that I can give you."

She sighed before moving towards the mansion, putting on a bright facade smile on her face as she gave the invitation to the guards.

"Welco, Miss Shadow," the guard greeted before letting her enter.

Aurora has entered the party.

...

"20 minutes late is fine, isn’t it?" Silva asked as she looked at the ti, while she turned to Mikael, who chuckled before nodding as they both walked hand in hand towards the guard on the door.

He looked at Silva for a few seconds, and at Mikael for 2 seconds less, before greeting,

"Welco, Miss White. Welco, Mr. Anthony."

With the codenas, they entered the venue, with bright smiles on their faces, beginning to analyze the entire mansion without missing even a single speck of dust in there.

Silva and Mikael have entered the party.
