While I would love to check all those notifications and rewards, let’s at least talk with the Witch first. I decided as I glimpsed at the Witch, still sitting dazed as she stared at the disintegrating body of the devilkin. Plus, I should also explain the stream of what just happened.
If I leave things be, the accusations of cheating would do more disfavor to Ezekiel’s image than help. I thought, as I also knew that people would be more satisfied with seeing fall than rise.
But more than anything, it will increase the overall viewership of the stream, since my image will be more or less solidified as the ’guy who knows too much about Arcadia.’ I can use that image to manipulate- I an, help people out in need.
One step at a ti, as I moved through the muddy field, I looked at the quiet petite figure of the witch. Compared to the previous dark aura, her body was more ordinary now. Even the monstrous look of her complexion had changed into a mysterious aura with attractive features. It was captivating enough to make even the most beautiful models pale in comparison.

So she has beco an NPC, huh? I thought as I saw her description. Not focusing too much on the Remark, I reached closer to her, making her look up at , as she still sat on her knees there. There was hope in her eyes, and hints of disbelief in her expression.
"Is it finally over?" She asked in a high-pitched lancholic voice, her eyes looking at for answers. The previous usage of [Ancient Language] was gone now, allowing her to use words that can be used with mortals.
Her body was shivering, she was still in mistrust, wondering if it was all true or just another dream. And not delaying the answer, I gave a simple but proper nod. Seeing that she gave a light chuckle before she used all her efforts to stand on her own two feet.
Perhaps because she was still weak, she stumbled a bit before finally managing not to fall. And then with the sa weakened body, she bowed to with the best of her ability.
"Hero, thank you for protecting my children from the devil." She said without raising her head, still bowing to .

"Mama!"
"Mom!"
At that mont, voices ca from the distant inn, as two small figures slowly walked towards us. Their eyes observed the face of their mother, and as tears slowly covered them, both of them began running towards her with all their might.
The witch too stood back up slowly, as she turned to observe her children running towards her with all their might.
"MOM!" x2
Reaching towards her, they hugged her tightly, their tears running faster than their steps were.
"Lila. Aerie," and crying along with them was the Witch, as she slowly hugged her children back.
"I am ho," she added with the most relieved sound she could make.
A smile ford on my face while I focused on the distance, at the woman who was coming in this direction. She slowly reached towards us before pausing and turning towards .
"I knew you were talented, but... not this much. You have our thanks, saviour. If there is anything we can do for you, please don’t hesitate. The entire settlent is grateful to you." She, Tierra Porti, the owner of the inn, bowed as well, thanking before standing up and then moving towards Lierra.
Looking at the happy family... It felt nice sohow.
My eyes then slowly darted towards another intense gaze that was coming from behind .
All right. Let’s handle this as well. I sighed before reaching close to Blaze. Looking at his expectant face, I chuckled a little. Link was almost the sa, with being a bit more mature as usual. Raven seed curious but with an added touch of aloofness.
It would be too much of a hassle to explain everything. I thought before...
"Here," I simply spoke before opening the precise notification about the Prayers that I did before, and the drawbacks that I have received from it.
Their expressions are worth saving. I thought before clicking a picture of the trio’s faces using the system feature. It would be nice to use this later on. I saw them reaching back to their stream as they answered the questions of the viewers with equal excitent on their faces.
And while they started discussing the ssages with the stream, I once again turned to look at the crying family of the Witch. I glanced at their tears of happiness at finally being free of this madness.
And I just happened to kill her last ti for rewards, huh? Well... I was desperate... but still... I sighed in relief that I had gone through all the effort to finish this quest than to just hunt the Witch like last ti.
From a distance, as the sun rays slowly began forming in the sky, marking the beginning of a new day. I stretched a bit before looking at the night sky that was turning azure by the mont.
It was a new day.
It was a beautiful day.
