By its stats alone, the shield had to be one of the best Level 120 Mythical tier equipnt around. The active skill of the skill was rather strong, even though 1,000 Defense was not much. It was almost the sa as {Cripple Defense}. Any lower, and it would be useless since it reduced defense by a fixed value.
