The council eting went on for another 21 days, where the table rotated for a total of 5 tis before the eting was concluded.
In these 3 weeks ti a total of 43 resolutions were brought forward but only 15 were eventually passed.
While everyone else walked with at least so benefits from the eting, the only one who could have not a single resolution passed in his favour was Regus Aurelius as despite his best efforts his political isolation was set in stone.
However, while he was the one who suffered the most, he was not the only one who suffered as more or less everyone walked away with 1-2 points that they wished were adopted but were not.
Despite this, the eting itself was considered to be a success as the motions that were adopted in general were sure to increase the riches and lifestyle of all light faction individuals at the cost of exploiting the dark.
The changes were to be put into implentation in 3 days ti, during which the universal queen was to make preparations to accommodate said changes.
She was to make the new dinsional safe zones, the universal court of law, implent the new distributed monarchy boundaries and much more during this ti-
Neatwit had already decided that once all the changes were implented, Max's issue was to be brought to the Universal Court on the very first day, but until then his fate was in Regus's hands who had 3 days to get a headstart on the situation.

( anwhile Max )
Max's ti in the cell mostly consisted of him trying to comprehend the vast knowledge contained within the book of the war god.
Isolation was not a new phenonon for him as he had already spent decades isolated in the ti chamber as well as during his tier6 promotion test, so spending a few weeks inside a dark cell did not disturb his ntal state although it did make him wonder as to how things were proceeding on the outside.
Occasionally he would hear the disturbed howls of the werewolves that were imprisoned nearby but at those tis he would just close his eyes and imagine them to be the scum werewolves that attacked him in his past life and revelled in their pain.
Apart from that, the things he found from reading the book of the war god were enlightening to say the least.
He progressed 7 pages from page 4 to page 10 and had made so shocking discoveries.
Page 4- " After deliberating on a thod to create a spell for achieving bottomless vitality, I have stumbled upon the idea of creating an ultimate ti-loop spell that can solve not just the problem of having limitless vitality but also stamina and mana.
In theory, If I create a ti spell that is independent from my spatial movent such that at every fixed ti interval the physical status of my body reverts to the ti of starting the spell but my physical position remains unaffected, then I can theoretically achieve unlimited status points across all fields.
The premise of the idea is to allow to move in combat but at the sa ti refresh my body status after a miniscule ti interval back to the state where I started the spell without teleporting back to the sa location as to what happens in an actual ti loop spell.
As of now, I don't know if such an approach is even viable, but if I can achieve such a state, I'm sure I'll be invincible ".
Page 5 - " It's been two years since I've last written this journal and my initial enthusiasm surrounding the idea of creating a ti loop spell has begun to wane.
After countless trials and errors, I still find the isolation of physical traits without isolating the actual physical body to be impossible.
Perhaps I can achieve it with a tool, but as of now the chances look slim "
Page 6 - " I was almost about to give up on the ti loop spell after 5 years of making next to no progress, but my hopes surrounding this procedure have been renewed because I've gotten wind of an ultimate treasure that can possibly make this dream co true.
In the universe there are apparently these tier10 treasure seeds scattered that I learnt about recently and apparently one of those seeds is called the ' Seed Of Ti ' and it's said to exert a perfect dominion over ti.
I'm confident that if I get my hands on this treasure, I shall be able to perfect the principles behind my ultimate spell ".
Page 7- " The search for the seed of ti was very difficult, I had to chase folklore and whispers, often go on witch hunts.
The seeds that contain such imnse power seem to have a will of their own and won't easily be found by those that they don't wish to reveal themselves to.
Thankfully, I've made acquaintance with an ancient Monarch nad Odin.
He claims to know the location of the seed of ti and is willing to help in my journey to find the seed if in return I give him the secret of my war god domain ".
Page 8- " With Odin's help, I was able to obtain the seed of ti after enduring considerable difficulties.
But since I'm the strongest in the universe it was all but child's play for .
I've started experinting with the powers of the seed and sohow I feel like even without the spell, with just the seed in my posession I will be ready to face any celestial easily.
The object oozes unfathomable power and it's good that it has soone as capable as to handle it ".
Page 9 - " With the help of the seed of ti, I've managed to perfect the spell I've always wanted.
I call it [ Divine Stasis ] and with this spell under my belt I'm finally feeling confident enough to take on any celestial!
This will probably be the last entry of mine in this journal and I'll let history judge whether I beca a celestial or not.
Enel… here I co! ".
Page 10 - " It's WRONG, everything is wrong.
The seed of ti-
It's been 4000 years.
My family is long dead, my bloodline has long thinned to the point I don't even recognise my descendants.
I was in isolated research for five years at most, at least that's what it felt like to but sohow thousands of years have passed in the real world.
This seems impossible! "
—------
Max read all the pages and sighed deeply.
The primal god of war supposedly lived in the pre-chaos war era.
Apparently about 5000 years before the chaos war even happened.
Roughly 10,100 years from now.
Yet even back then apparently Odin was still alive and the war god called him a ' Ancient ' monarch, aning he must have lived for thousands of years before the war god even existed.
It made no sense considering the fact that Odin was still very much alive during the chaos war era and feuding with his master Kreth and having babies with Beniogre while also becoming the ntor of the Angels.
If he was so old and knew about the seeds and their true power, he should have beca a celestial long before now as sothing clearly did not add up in the story.
To make matters worse, Max felt like he was in the middle of a storm and everything that was supposed to make sense seed hazy at the mont-
His involvent with Angakok, the possessor of the seed of ti.
His race as a primordial vampire and the true history of his race-
His choice to walk on the path of the Perfect Warrior.
His title as the ' Primal God '
His subconscious choices in move selection that reflected the war god's mindset.
And finally his connection with Hazriel who shaped his life path.
Everything seed to be connected but the pieces were not clicking together for Max just yet as he felt himself being dragged towards the brewing storm the closer he got towards realising his ambition of becoming vampire king.
Although he felt like there might be so answers to these questions for him within the primal war god's book, there was a gnawing feeling within him that told him that knowing too much would open his eyes to a reality that he was not ready for yet.
Thankfully for him, before he could make up his mind on what was the true nature of the secrets surrounding his life, Aurelius clan guards were down in the dark prison depths as they unlocked his cell and his chains in reluctance.
Apparently, Regus Aurelius wanted a eting with Max and conversely it was precisely what Max wanted too.
For Regus to be forced to set up a eting with him ant that the political pressure that he put on him was too much for him to handle and now he wanted to cut himself a deal before things got any worse.
Unfortunately for him however, Max wasn't ready to play ball with him just yet.
