" While we will be able to go both in and out of the dinsional battlefield. Don't expect to be permitted to leave for no solid reason.
When you step foot in that battlefield, know that the only way you are coming back is victorious.
I have no idea as to how long the war will last, but I do know that I will be there standing with all of you shoulder for shoulder " Regus said as he scanned the room and told his fellow vampires the mindset they needed to be prepared for before entering the battlefield.
The war might last for an indefinite period and they all might be cut off from the rest of the universe during that ti.
" We are supposed to report for battle in 45 days.
We will be given additional 5 days of preparation where there will be no conflict between both sides and we will be able to construct whatever defensive constructs we want to build.
So you lord's have one and a half month worth of ti left to get your affairs in order and March with all the supplies and weapons you deem necessary.
2 days from now, the Aurelius clan will officially reveal the information about the upcoming war to the general public and it's the responsibility of each and every lord here to stabilise their own territories and prevent riots.
We are fighting this war in an alternate dinsion only because we don't want the innocent to die in the crossfire.
But it is those who are on the outside who will be responsible to keep the supply lines steadily flowing.
The food we take with us, the potions, the weapons, they won't last us forever.
It will be the people on the outside and their morale regarding the war that will drive these factors.
It will be your responsibility to shape their outlook regarding this war and make them believe that we hold the upper hand in this conflict and shall co back with the dark faction being wiped off…. " Regus said as he shook his head and spoke with a hopeful voice, putting faith in the competency of his underlings to handle this situation well.
" Naturally, with this war, the 3 yearly clan inspection will have to be delayed, but worry not as the performance of all clans in the war will be factored heavily in the final evaluation if we do succeed in winning this war.
Finally, I want to assure all of you fine lord's that I am as afraid as all of you to participate in this ss that I never asked for, but regardless of my fear, I'm not backing off from this battle for backing off here is backing off from the future of the vampire society as a whole.
Unless we want to see our children and won live in a cruel world where only strength reigns supre and there is no repercussions for murder, arson, rape or looting, we need to fight this war…..
If we don't want their lives to be worse than slaves, we need to fight this war.
So I want all of you here to rember this in your hearts for whenever you feel like asking yourself as to why you need to fight this war?
You need to fight this war because you can.
You need to fight this war to stand for the society we have created.
You need to fight this war to give the next generation a chance.
You need to fight this war because the fate of the losing side will be decided by the winners.
So who is with ? " Regus asked as his heartfelt words moved the entire council.
All 36 lords raised their left hands to show that they were with the king as they banged the round table with their fists creating a rhythmic thumping noise.
Max disagreed with the King on various aspects and understood that he had to dethrone him soday. But at the sa ti he also felt that despite his flaws Regus was not a bad King and that he definitely had the interests of the Vampire society at his heart.
The mont he humanised his enemy, he felt it that much harder to hate him and entertain the thoughts of killing him, but that was an issue for another day.
For now he needed to gear up for the biggest conflict in the history of the universe that was set to happen in 45 days ti.

" Sister Naomi have you heard? Our Maxie did sothing amazing again! " Ruby said as she excitedly recited the latest news about Max's new victory to Naomi
" Ohhh~ , he's growing up to be just like his brother " Naomi said as she looked impressed by Max's new achievent.
" I've been thinking we should take up his offer and visit his palace for a week or two, it will be a much needed break.
Although we need to be careful about not exposing his double identity which is a dangerous task with the kids with us, I think that we can manage and that it will be fun to stay a few days in his city " Ruby suggested as she felt like there was so need for a change in scenery.
" I don't know sister Ruby, I don't want to impose on him you know…. " Naomi said, puffing her cheeks as she seed pissed that the lad had not co to visit ho in over 7 months now.
" Oh he's always busy with sothing. But if he's so busy then we will just spend so ti with his fiance and my sister and his palace staff I guess " Ruby said shrugging her shoulders as a mischievous glint appeared on both the won's faces.
" Alright, I'll start packing then… " Naomi said with an excited scream as she began preparing for her trip to Dombivli.
