However, this weakness of Mavi was an advantage that Rudra could exploit and he was sure as hell not letting such a big advantage slip by.

A mastery over a technique greatly decreased it's activation ti and the harder the skill was to execute the longer was it's activation ti.
For god's to activate planetary devastation skills, they needed at least 1-2 minutes of preparation while Rudra could do so instantly.
