"This is crazy! Such a reward is madness!" Yone was almost about to lose it as his HP rose with terrifying speed and imdiately broke through the limit and went to level 6 with an EXP of 220.
Even then, that wasn't the reason for his shock; instead, it was a trivial matter since his leveling speed was determined to be this fast from the beginning, given his advantage. In fact, if he didn't have such a massive gap between him and the second highest-level player in the ga, then he would have been better off killing himself and stopping playing the ga altogether.
What instead shocked him was the skill book those assassins got, and he now received. They were totally two different skill books!
Indeed!
He ca to this place expecting to get Shadowstep, one of the rarest assassin skills that not only elevated that assassin who was the party leader for so ti in PvP, but carried him even further till even after seven years of the ga launch, the guy's na was known throughout their kingdom, only on a way smaller scale now given his weak guild and non-existant gear.
Still, truth to be spoken, that skill book was insanely valuable, even Yone slowed down one of his most important plans of making a group for a dungeon to co here instead...all for that one skill book.
'Damnit, did they lie?' He couldn't help but think as such.
It should be known that the skill book Yone currently has is still insanely valuable, which is why his reaction was that absurd to begin with; it's just that he expected sothing even better from this place.
'I guess going in and expecting less should be a mindset I should follow from now on, I can't have high hopes for every single thing.' He wasn't upset but rather disappointed.'
Scratching his head, he ignored this fact for now and looked on the ground if there was any items dropped or sothing specific related to a quest, but found none.
'To be fair, just this skill book alone is enough to please ,' Yone couldn't help but feel that he still won big money by directly coming here,' Absolute stealth is no joke and assassin suffered a lot from detection spells or people senses getting heightened to a terrifying degree later on that many complained over how useless the item was.
'Speaking of which, didn't that guy called Ghost get his nickna as such cause not even super guild elders could detect him unless he appeared of his own will? Is it related to this skill?' Yone couldn't help but bind the skill that appeared inside his bag and think as such.
He had a guess that it was a growth type of skill, but just needed to et certain conditions, or rely with a higher threshold, he would make it grow.
Crack!...Crack!...Crack!
Suddenly, a door right at the wall behind where the mini-boss once stood opened up, leading deeper into the underground. Yone imdiately pushed all his thoughts to the back of his mind, tightened the grip on his dagger, and slowly walked towards the staircase leading even deeper underground.
At first, the whole staircase, fitting only one person, was pitch-black, as seeing even a ter ahead of him was a challenge by itself, but the more he went deeper underground, the more lighting illuminated the space as small white orb lights began appearing on both sides of the wall.
The deeper he went, the more illumination filled the staircase, or more like an underground tunnel that he was going through, as several symbols were drawn into the walls, so of a massive golden crown, while others about a group of assassins extending their hands and trying to snatch it.
'Interesting, let's just hope I don't find sothing more terrifying than that mini-boss up on that arena,' He prayed as he kept descending.
'Hmm?' After several minutes of continuous descending, Yone finally reached the deepest point in this underground which was rely a three-ter-wide small chamber with only a little wooden table and a chair in its midst.
'What's that?' There was a small blue ring on top of the table that Yone couldn't recall in any of the item books he had once seen in his life, but he still reached out with his hand and grabbed.

Yone was about to leave when a system ssage, loud and clear, sounded in his ears and in front of him in the form of a ssage.

System Announcent: Golden Gate Kingdom Announcent: Player 'Requiem' has found and cleared the last hideout of the Lost Veiled Brotherhood!
The system announcent repeated three tis in a row before subsiding.
This is exactly what I needed!
A kingdom-based announcent, holy!
"Hahaha, what better gift can I have than my na being publicized such as this? Those guilds will truly know my true value after this. Especially Guardians Angels," Yone wasn't worried in the least by the sudden announcent and was even celebrating it.
His value will shoot to a new height after this announcent, and he won't be called the supposed 'Lucky Player' that often after this.
"The major guild executives were probably already scrambling to discuss what this ant. And that was exactly what I wanted." He thought with a chuckle, clearly enjoying this.
As for his safety? That was assured with his hidden identity that is protected by the AI of Eclipse Online, and even Noah had no way of revealing it unless he wished for his life to be destroyed after breaching the contract.
As a matter of fact, the only way anyone can find out about his real identity in real life is by him willingly revealing it, and Yone could never imagine doing such a thing. Last ti he did so, he was threatened multiple tis by many other squad leaders and even his guild executives about many decisions, and had to obey or lose one of them.
